WORST CLINIC IN RAK
It was my first visit and will be the last certainly.
They are very welcoming while booking appointments. Once done, you will have to literally beg them to get your lab reports. It's been 3 days and despite several calls I haven't received my reports.
RAK Hospital is the best I must mention. Very professional and efficient staff.

Dr Mohammed Bilel is very professional and competent. Very helpful assistance from miss Aoula in the reception.

حبيت التعامل والليزر جيد جدا وتبين النتيجه من اول مره والحلو انه علطول يعطونكم الموعد الي مناسب لكم

من أفضل الأماكن تعامل فالاستقبال والانتظار واشكر الدكتور ايمن فراج دكتووور راقي فالتعامل اهم شي عنده ارضاء المريض وطمأنته ما شاءالله ايده جدا جدا خفييييفه يعطيك العافيه دكتور ويكثر من أمثالك

المكان مرتب… الاستقبال جميل جدا… ودكتور يوسف ايده خفيفة واتقانه لعلاج الأسنان… كانت عندي تجربة سيئة مع دكتور سابق من عيادة تانية وبسببه صار عندي خوف من علاج الأسنان والذهاب للعيادات بشكل عام، بس الدكتور كسر الخوف هذا وصرت اروح للعيادة بكل راحة… وبالذات انه يشرح الحالة ويجاوب على جميع الأسئلة، وتعامله وأسلوبه في الكلام متقن… شكرا على التجربة الجميلة

اشكر موظفين الاستقبال على استقبالهم الراقي دائماً و المميز مع زائرين العيادة ، و اخص بالذكر الموظفه موزه الشحي على لباقتها بالكلام و التعامل و التميز في ادائها العالي في العمل مما يعطي للزائر انطباع رائع عن المكان و الموظفين.

اشجعهم جدا العيادة والموظفين ما شاء الله ممتازين و أكثرهم لطافة و تعاون الأستاذة موزة الشحي جدا لطيفة و صبورة و شاطرة الله يحفظها

ماشاءالله الاستقبال وايد رائع انا مره زرت المركز وكانت في الاستقبال وحده اسمها موزة الشحي ماشاءالله راقية جدا في تعاملها معاي ومع الاخرين وفي التنظيم

They are not respecting patients appointment and delaying the patients

The service is from bad to worst
Totally I do not recommend this center to anyone at all because of their service

Amazing service with high standards and experience. Big thanks to Doctor Talal for his skills and wonderful attitude toward his patients which he revamped my experience with dentist treatment.

زرت المركز وسويت معالجة للاسنان عند الدكتور يوسف شغل رائع ما شاء الله وللآن مكمل معاهم ومحافظين على نفس المستوى

انصح جدا بالدكتور محمد عيادة الاسنان من افضل الدكاترة في مجال الاسنان وايده خفيفة وماحسيت بأي الم يعطيه الف عافية

I am very satisfying with this amazing experience with Dr. Mohammed Bilal he is a professional dentist who clarified my teeth issue first and explained the treatment plan this was keep me calm and understanding my needs well.great thanks for Dr. Mohammed see you next time for sure because you will be my trusted DR ‍️

Dr Hasan is the best for children general he is very kind my kids loves him. For dentals and skin treatment they are not bad. Not recommend for children dental specially if pain involve. The stuff are friendly and the atmosphere is good.

دكتور حسن افضل طبيب عام للاطفال. لا انصح بعيادة الاسنان للاطفال خاصة لو كانت مشكلة في الاسنان. العلاج مؤلم بدون مراعاة للطفل.

Worst experience! Terrible. One minute they say my tests are under process, next minute they’re saying no tests were ever requested by the doctor and no tests were done. One minute they don’t know who I am and what’s going on? They couldn’t even submit insurance claim correctly and my insurance informed us they didn’t upload it, seriously unprofessional administration team! Shame for Dr. Sanaa who is professional, the team answering phones, booking, processing tests, giving customer results, zero quality! Disgrace actually. My health has no meaning to them!

سألت لماذا قالوا استشارة ١٥٠ و تحليل ١٣٠
خبرتهم أني طلبت تحليل فقط و لكن لا حياة لمن تنادي
دفعت مرغما غير مسامح ٢٥٥درهم

It's not deserve for a single start.
My name is Arif Jamal
I went there on 30/09/19, for my wife to check pregnancy she checked and told me everything is fine baby is OK heart beat ok
Whenever you will go to home country let me know I will give a paper that she is pregnant for the flight.but sudden my wife had bleed on 17/10/19, then I went there for consultation Dr said baby is not normal and not getting heart beat,
I asked to her get paper to go India now She is avoiding to give me and she said I can't give any paper and not talking nicely,
she is responsible for money 150+150= 300AED but not responsible for anything, atleast let her talk in a manner or good attitude so patient can be happy,
Anyway this was my last appointment and never go there
It is all about Dr Indira.
