Shake Shack Al Manar Mall

Loved the hospitality of the staff, very welcoming .Thanks a lot to all the 3 staff guys who served us .our kids were overwhelmed.

The best fast food restaurant out there. Excellent customer service. Would strongly recommend this place.

Shake Shack is one of the finest fast casual restaurant chain in United Arab Emirates and have been to there regularly. The mouth watering burger makes me visit the restaurant again and again. Every service and food items are perfect. Sharing a pic for it.

I haven't tried their sandwiches or burgers. But their coffees are good. And very reasonable price. Americano just 6 AED and you get a shortbread cookie along with it.

Im so glad there is shake shake in RAK, as we was visiting from Dubai

We ordered cheese burgers with normal & cheesy fries

Food was delicious but took time to finish.

Happy to have Shake Shack in RAK but the taste was little bit different than dubai? And place was very cold to dine-in.

I mean, the taste was very good but not mind blowing.

I honestly think its overpriced because if its name, but doesn't offer any thing extra.

+ I update you on their follow-up measures.
They are restaurants that accept customer inconvenience and try to fix it.
The manager of the store communicated perfectly with me, and I became a fan of this store again.

I just ordered a fried cheese. But they gave me the original. My car has already left and I'm offended.

I am very disappointed in their service.

They offer great burgers, shakes and the staff are amazing always lively. You should give it a try

I absolutely love the red velvet concrete from here the staff is soo soo sweet and nice and they remember me cuz I have a horrible addiction to the icecream. 10/10

Small branch.
Very high prices as usual.
Lower quality food than other branches I have tried, especially the fries.
Extremely bad delivery experience with talabt!
I gave 2 stars only for the service at the place, it was okay overall.

Finally in Ras Al Khaimah, just a quick note please improve the floor i saw many people including me tripping on some areas which is so dangerous because the floor is not straight.

Don’t order from them the would tell you the order will take 1 hour and you will end up waiting for 3 hours and nobody will answer your calls and complains.

There service was great in April and March since COVID 19 starts and now they are not willing to give a pickup order. Believe me they will let to download a Talabat Application and make someone to come to Almanar and give u the order even if u are in Al manar, They we’re seeking for anyone to order and after May the become more highly to order!

I wouldn't even give them a star, I have ordered through Talabat, it said that I would have it delivered within 35 minutes and guess what, its been TRIPLE THE TIME! Its been two hours and I haven't received my meal, and they have been ignoring my calls, I even got a one second answer and they hung up:). I wont ever want to deal with this "restaurant" chain ever!

It was a good experience to try their burger but I was not impressed with it.
It was average taste burger, the size is moderate and sufficient for one person, the f.fries was normal but doesnt seem like fresh the nuggets was not really good.
The price was acceptable and they accept cash and credit.
The staff were nice

Delicious food as usual, but i think the burger is very small compared to others.
But it's always good and healthy choice.
Nice place and friendly staff.
I wish if they improve the delivery service as it takes long time and we receive it cold and not fresh
