I was told that I can File a complaint through your instagram page.
I had a very unfortunate incident in your salon, Al Dhait branch today.
Unfortunately, your employee Lelina totally messed up my hair.
I asked for a simple hair cut. But she ruined my hair with uneven layers.
The two sides of my hair were not identical. One side was very visible that it’s shorter.
I kept telling her that I can see that the 2 sides were not identical. But she kept asking arguing with me.
Anyway, may I know what steps can I take it based on this incident?

السعر مبالغ فيه اول من تدخلين بسعر ومن تطلعين بسعر ثاني شي تسالين عن الاستشوار ايقولون حسب طول الشعر وفالاخر طويل قصير نفس السعر
وصاحبه الصالون يوم قلت الهاون الاسعار يلست ادافع عن عاملاتها

لديهم عدد مناسب من العاملات، يقومون بقص شعر الأطفال و الصغار بالسن بطريقة جيدة، وجدت منهم البشاشة وحسن المعاملة والاستقبال

It’s the most Better place to make yourself relax and to treat yourself with highly professional staff and all their products are well known brands.all the staffs are friendly and well behaved…
I really loved the vibes of this salon?

I go to this salon regularly to do my nails and always for my hair treatments and coloring

الخدمة جيدة و لكن انسرق خاتمي cartier just en clou with diamonds محد ساعدني ابدا. العامله الي سوتلي المناكير كل شوي تغير كلامها وكانت مرتبكة جدا. مديرة الصالون عصبت و زعلت لاني بلغت عليهم الشرطة. و في النهاية حطو اللوم على الزبونه اللي بعدي. عموما تحملو على اغراضكم لانه مافيهم امانه

مكان مرتب و جميل جداً خدمة عالية المعايير ، و الستف جداً راقيين بمعاملتهم من الآخر خبره تبارك الرحمن ، أنصح كل البنات فيه
