Dr, and his language skills are very helpful too, he speaks 5 languages

I consulted for fever. They take blood test and xray for chest even small cough prblem.getting the x ray report more than 45 minutes just take the rport dr.firas ismail he talking to his friend inside the room even i asked why u taking somuch time he rplied system issue.their service very bad and all r business mind.

I am thankful for Dr. Shilpa, my wife fallow with her.she had good experience and she the best in gynecology I recommend for all. Overall good experience, the treatment was good. We are fully satisfied with the services only Reception staff needs improvement.

Very poor customer service, rude, felt very rushed, doctor was in hurry to leave. No professional behavior. Dissatisfied. No patient should feel this way at a clinic.

We got in there in emergency, my brother had food poisoning, Dr. Sabir I guess his exact name, treated. Well, was very helpful and good listener to understand him. Also, the nursing staff was cooperative. Admin team has always been very good at their customer service.

Dr. Sabir (a pathan Dr. Please correct me if wrong in Nakheel branch, RAK) is a great Dr.

Cons:
Unprofessional nurses, need to raise their bar. Though very cooperative.

Very Unprofessional clinic I experience very bad patient satisfaction experience. I got burned and paid the doctors fee for the assessment who just gave her glance. Later nurse did the dressing and they took another extra fee for just a bandage. They didn't disclose any of this information neither dr. Nor nurse. Highly disappointed, Unprofessional services didn't expected to be treated in this way.

Doctors are very good but most of the nurses are not professional enough, center needs to be managed in a better way.

Never respond to patients who are in very needy n bad situations, have be in Q for couple of hours for consultation. If u have More time to pass visit here with patience.

Gynecologist dr. Shilpa is so good to take care and friendly for pregnancy ladies… good behavior and advice full.

This is the great place to go take care of your teeth. I had to do the root cleaning and Dr.hanan did a great job.i felt that I was in good hands. She was very gentle and kind to me.she was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. She explained very well what was going on. Thanks to Dr.hanan.

Poor worst nursing staff delay of Time and also if you have insurance more take time for approval and then go to doctor waste of time

Very bad service waiting morethan twenty minutes for temperature checking no staffs are available

If you have insurance, then you may take a lot time here.
On weekends, there is a lot crowd of workers

I high recommend and appreciate this Medical Centre.
I want to share my entertaining experience from this Centre as a regular patient. Its happy to see these staff in reception adopting and adjusting in language just to make sure that the patient will understand them.that filipina lady is talking urdu and hindi language in nice way as well as the thin indian man beside her with long hair, their teamwork is great, they are helping each other to explain to the patient what they want to tell. Many scenario i witness since now and then how they deal the patient. You guys are amazing, even the patient is shouting at you, you are responding in standard manner. Your job is not easy but still you did it great.
I would like to thank you and appreciate also Dr. Jamsheed for taking care of our teeth, my children is always excited to go to dentist and never have a tantrums.thanks to you.
And to the doctor that I consider as our family doctor. Dr. Mahajabeen thank you and you are the best.

We are regular patient of this medical centre ajman, my wife is pregnant and she going the check up for gynec dctor. We are upset to service hav. Most of the staf are talking ther personal problems even patient is front of thm. Discussing they salary matter and telling to patient that late salary for more months. My wif feel irritated so we transfer to other hospital. That issue should not be speak to patient. Need to improve more this people.

Had very bad experience. The Filipino lady at the main counter is very rude with Shifa Al Jazeera customers, & and always has a frown on her face.
The doctors I have met at Shifa Al Jazeera are very good and very freindly. Wish to give 5 stars, but only 1 star because of the lady and the extremely bad experience at the counter.
