High five to the best reciptionists ever in silkor ras alkhaimah (KARLA & JENAN). They are my favourite reciptionists! And they give the best customer service.

I've been doing laser services with silkor since years and i would say the best technician to ever be in silkor is (Renata Rahmeh) THE BEST! She takes care of her paitients and takes her time to give you the best results possible, you will be amazed by how good she does her work, i've never seen anyone this perfect with laser and facial! But unfourtunately she moved to silkor abudhabi branch. Thank you Renata

Also there was Dolorace and Chinki, they were very good too dolorace moved to dubai branch i think and chinki moved to abudhabi branch.

I would definitely recommend doing laser with the ones that i mentioned! You'll love the results with them 100%

من أسوأ المراكز ، ولايوجد اي احترافية في الادارة.
والتعليمات بخطة العلاج تعتمد على ظروف المركز ووفرة العاملين ولا توجد سياسه موحده للعلاج. والسعر مقارنة باسلوب الخدمة جدا مبالغ فيه بالمقارنه بالمراكز التي تفرض رسوم عليه ولكن بوجود احترافية اكثر للخدمة. و لا يوجد ثبات للعاملين الذين يقومون بالخدمه وهذا التغيير للاسف يؤثر على مستوى الخدمة. والمرونه التي توضح قبل شراء الباكيج تتغير مباشره بعد الجلسه الاولى.

تجربة جدا جدا سيئة نحرقت وللحين أثر الحرق معلم لم يتم تعويضي من العيادة او حتى الاعتذار وكل ماتصل عليهم ماحد يكلمني على اساس بتكون عندي جلسات تفتيح ولا شفت منهم شي اسوء مكان ممكن الواحد يروح يعمل فيه ليزر

Excellent for laser hair removal, facial and slimming too. Good quality of service specially practitioner.

Worst place ever I came in for a simple laser treatment had to wait almost 30 minute for a consultation because the lady in the reception ‏ Prioritised a lady that came after me for some reason, zero customer care and management
