The service was outstanding, all the staff are polite and they always deliver with no difficulties, a big shoutout to ameer such a lovely guy

The place is amazing, very aesthetically pleasing. Especially Dr. Mohammed Ben Khadra, he was smooth, and provided me with great results and I am definitely much more confident now because of his diligent work

Found this place while in a rush because of an emergency tooth problem, I must say the service and the treatment are of pure satisfaction. Absolutely stunning place, recommend it.

Unfortunately this behavior in reception is not correct, supposed if any patient ask about his insurance they should not reply is not covered if I didn't ask to recheck again with management I will not get confirmation to use my car insurance.

للأسف تجربتي كانت سيئة مع عيادة الأسنان الدكتور ما عنده اسلوب بالتعامل وتوضيح الحالة حتى نجمة وايد عليهم

تجربه الحجوزات سىء و بشكل عام تأخير في دخول المراجع للطبيب. تصل نسبه التأخير إلى ٣٠ دقيقه او اكثر

Unprofessional Follow up and no proper informations during the refering to other Dr. Staff themselves confused which client referred which dr.it was first time this unprofessional service by this clinic which we never faced previously as we were using clinic services from long time before when clinic was in the other location.

الدكتور اسنان محمد حجازي من افضل الدكتاره صراحه من تنظيف نصائح توعيه ويحاول مايوذيك وينصحك ماتسوي شي كأنه من الاخر يشوف اسنانك كأنها اسنانه الله يجازيه الخير يارب

I just came here in RAK from other Emirate and I was looking for the best Dental Clinic nearby my place. Fortunately, I found SMILE CARE just beside my hotel and saw the reviews in the internet and found it amazing. So I went to the clinic to see and to have dental check up. The place is good and relaxing and one of the staff approached me and answered my inquiry. But then, they told me to wait. I waited for almost an hour and no one just informed me how long will it take to be seen by a doctor (not busy, less patient). I was so disappointed for the waiting time so I decided to leave not even checked by the doctor. Hope they will inform the patient for the waiting time, what needs to be done and what to expect so they will know what to do and not to expect too much. Thanks for the good place anyway. No chance to try how professional and good their doctors are. But its okay.

One of the best clinics, especially for the teeth, the service they have is elegant and fast, from the reception to the doctors, especially Dr. Mohamed Riyad, his treatment is perfect

الليزر عندهم يزيد الشعر و يخليه سميك حتى بعد جلسات كثيرة الحين أعاني من مشاكل في البشرة و سرت عيادات ثانية عسب يساعدون في المشكلة

ما انصح اي احد يتعالج عندهم. خمس زيارات على سن يتحرك. و اخرتها سقط السن. زيارتك لهذه العيادة عباره عن مضيعة وقت و صحة وفلوس و كلام كثير يوجع الراس.

Honestly I can't ask for more.a place that has fulfilled the patient needs from the amazing atmosphere to the lovely staff and the most important the experience that they have in their field.must visit if needed of course recommended 100% ️ all the best and keep the amazing work up

تجربه جدا سيئه. بعد انتظار ساعه ونصف بناء على اتصال من قبلهم بأن الطبيب متوفر. تم اخبارنا بالانتظار الطبيب الاخر. وبعد انتظارنا لنصف ساعه. تم اخبارنا بقدوم موعد الطبيب و يجب علينا تغييره. تجربه كانت جدا سيئه و لا يوجد احترام للمرضى
