Nice cozy place for Indian food. Loved the mushroom masala and dal fry. Hot and sour soup was not upto the mark (just cream of tomato with some vegetables). Less marks for the service as they give plastic cutlery. Loved the concept of small bit size mouth fresheners given at the end.
A good restaurant with great food and loads of potential, just a bit of fine tuning.

Had an amazing time here. Friendly staff and good food at affordable rates! Would personally prefer to try porrotta and chicken chilly fry.

We have been going to this place for the last 22 years! The food is amazing! The service is so good. And the quality n quantity is just worth the ride from Dubai!
Butter chicken, dal fry, fried rice, beef chilly, fish n Chips and butter naan- some of our favourites.
A must visit place in RAK.

Chilly chicken dry is the must try. To be honest I haven't tried many other options, always I go for their chilly chicken dry. Butter chicken is not that great as served in Al Hamoor restaurant.

It was fabulous. The food is tasty and the quantity is good, also price is reasonable and the interiors are nice. A fulfilling dining experience.

Nostalgia! Had food from the restaurant after almost 25 years. Almost similar taste since last 30 to 35 years! Good!

I ordered chilly chicken and fish and chips. The fish was nice soft and well cooked. The chilly chicken wasn't upto expectation, needs improvement. The mayonnaise has to taken separate and it was delicious.

Try the chicken chilli fry. It's a unique dish innovatively created by the chef. Biriyanis are also good.

Taj mahal restaurant service is fantastic but the food test they have to improve and make more testy.

Place does not seem appealing but the food is great!
The best nan-breads I have eaten in UAE! Topped with one of best curries. Especially advise; butter chicken and paneer makhanwala!
Byriani is decent, nothing special about it.
All at very reasonable prices!

Very poor food
Never try to take it.
Never get turned on by the interior.
Food is of bad quality and service.
I even had to ask twice to heat the food just for my satisfaction, but yet it was served with less than the minimum standards.

I think you should never try.
It used to be good but fell off the standards in the years.

I knew this restaurant from the past 20 years but never expected the standards to fall into such an extent that you can never go back.

This is an honest feedback from a person who has seen this restaurant fall below in the last 20 years. I'm sure alot of others would agree.

You just can't take common man for granted.
I even thought about complaints to the municipality. This was an embarrassing moment that I had to take my friend along thinking that food would be great.

Never thought I'd to write such nasty comments on this place, where I have seen it grow in the last 25 years.

Recent dine in was not a good experience at all. The house special Chilli Beef and Chilli Chicken were a total waste.
