Thalassery Restaurant

Food were nice. We landed RAK early in the morning and drove through the city looking for a restaurant. Most of the shops were closed and this one was open. So no second thoughts and decided to have breakfast. Atmosphere was nice and clean. Quick to serve the food. Recommend.

Mr. Janardhan @ RAK branch was very kind, courteous and well-spoken. The food was very tasty too.

We were there for breakfast and the food taste was not good. I got a half baked dosa with a taste less potato curry and spicy but not tasty chutney. The only thing I manage to eat was samabar.

Most underrated restaurant. Their food is amazing.

Their fish green masala in plantain leaf was unbelievable. We got humour and Sherry, equally good. However, I preferred the Humour (5/5) over Sherry.

Their ghee rice (4.5/5), aapam (4.5/5) and mutton chatti curry (5/5) was THE BEST.

Absolutely friendly and lively staff. Recommendations were spot on. Exactly what we expected.

The nool porotta and beef roast is the best thing here its really good the best I had in my life. The customer service is good the food is excellent. If you want to experience the best Kerala food you can come here.

Did not like the food. I ordered paal porotta and it was not good. We ordered beef chatty curry also and beef used was frozen beef. The total cost was very high compared to other restaurants in rak.

This is a malabari restaurant with good food. We ordered the fish thali which was really good, there were varieties of fish curry available and also veg.each one of them were really good. The tawa fry we ordered was mouthwatering and so worth it. This was the perfect weekend lunch we had ️‍

Very bad experience from talassery restaurant yesterday.
I had ordered food yesterday at 12Pm and I asked for home delivery, and their staff said ok give me your location,
I had given the location to their what's whats app number and he said OK
After One hour I called them and asked about food
They said you don't have any order, they don't know about it,
I said I had already ordered at 12pm.
They told sorry it's Friday so, your food will reach you in half hour. Hope fully I waited one hour again till 2.50pm they didn't delivered,
Then I went to another hotel then they called me at 2.55pm we are in your location
I said no need now I've waited 4hour
And their customer care staff said they don't delivery food for me
Such a waste staffs and service

Average taste and over priced. A small portion of beef fry (they call it as kaatu poth but I don't know why) cost is 22 AED and taste is not up to the expectation.it was too much spicy. If u want to spend more money and get an average taste food you can choose

Everything about this restaurant was great.amazing food. The food was fresh and awesome.the biriyani was toooo yummy and also sandwich, burger.juice nd cool drinks Then we also had dessert and that was really good. Nice ambience with a great variety of dishes. We had Porotta, Appam with butter chicken and Beef Chatty Curry. The staff was very nice (forgot to ask the gentleman's name). Samovar tea was Superb! Only thing felt that the quantity can be little more. Nice place for eating out with family.

Not recommend for small party, they don’t know quantities to be served, lot of waste, very poor arrangements, they have arranged table in a manner so people can not sit properly and no place for food, very bad experience

Delicious kerala food Available. Kappa and chemmeen roast was next level. Their samovar tea is good.

I had an amazing experience working with Mr Amith & Mr Saju and Chef Sanoj…They were absolutely easy to work with and super professional! Even the last minute requests were taken care of, and everyone loved the food!

I specifically ordered Non Spicy food, they serve me with the most spicy food and the food quality was really bad. I don’t Recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Expensive restaurant in rak, one day you pay one amount and next day the same item will be double charged.the staff says owner instructions.

The food was good, but could be better especially the hot ans sour soup.
Lee blue (Mojito) was awesome.

Went with great expectation. Fish was not fresh, rice and curries were cold. A below average to average restaurant. Nothing great. Price was reasonable. Should look at better options in Ras Al Khaimah if I come here again. Staff were friendly and courteous.

Other than their Delicious food, welcoming ambience and superior quality of service, I'm even more delighted by their professionalism and support for solving any and all issues.

Had a small issue with my delivery order, where I was overcharged and the order was missing. Within just 30 minutes of informing them, they had prepared a new order already and was ever willing to help the customer out with a smile.

Had an amazing time with such yummy food. The person who took the order was really helpful (apologies- didn’t ask his name) and suggested he would customise it according to our need. We order mixed grill, pollichathu, Fish neervana.

The Fish neervana were really so delicious and yummy - totally worth the price.

Ordered Samudra Sadya…But they just delivered us normal meals. The irony is that we had to pay just the price of Samudra Sadya…Ordering food from Thalassery Restaurant is a great way to waste money!

We went around 3 pm. We had pathiri, fish and porotta. Fish had above average salt.

Absolutely loved all the food. That was a great discovery of south Indian cuisine.
Very delicious and pocket friendly.

Keep in mind that food is spicy here but you can opt for a mild spicy
