Absolutely wonderful experience, worth the money and efforts! U need to book tickets online first. Stuff was really helpful and friendly, they to their job with engagement;) Flight itself is magic. Obviously u r nervous before, but once u dive it's just pleasure, nothing to worry about. If a group of elderly women could do this, u can as well. absolutely recommend!

They were very very supportive and humble enough to help us do both the sky tour and flight even after missing out on the time deadline due to vehicle breakdown. Easy online booking experience. Beautiful drive up the mountains. Checkin process, instructional and setup process was seamless. Staff were all professional and relaxed. The zipline experience itself was 3 out of 5. Quick at the start then after midway it slows down. The adrenaline gets lost at this bit of the zipline. You're in the prone position, which doesn't allow you to see much ahead which takes away from the experience as well. You're just looking straight down into the valley. Maybe angle it up a bit for more enjoyment. The views as you zipline was amazing though. The bus trip back with some dudes from UK (Khaled and Hamza) was a laugh and a half. People from the UK have a great sense of humour.
Overall 5 out of 5.

The First timer

This is a great activity for adrenaline junkies, seated comfortable at a very beautiful location (which you will get to enjoy over some screams and maniacal laughter as you descend) in a fast moving cart downhill…. But definitely worth it

Understood the no personal belongings (including phones) policy as i laugh cried my way down and overall 10/10 minus nothing for the customer service

Booking process and customer service are a nightmare, however, once at the site, everything was excellent. We went on a Sky Tour and our guide Ameen was both helpful and entertaining and made the whole experience great. This would have been 5 stars if the customer service was better, also just a small point, but I think there needs to be more signs to tell you to proceed to the security gate, as when we first got there we thought we were in the wrong place and turned around.

Awesome. Once-in-a-lifetime experience flying like Superman between mountains a thousand feet above the ground - at a hundred and sixty kph. Staff and organizational was impressive. Felt very safe. Definitely a must try in the UAE.

Not good at all, there is not place for communication, don’t expect any tolerance from them. They cancel you few day before for a mysterious reason, and I don’t even want to talk about the manager how’s not a honest person. The worst experience.

Adrenaline rush at its peak. Breathtaking views from the zipline at almost 1700 ft above the Arabian Gulf sea level and descending at speeds exceeding 120 kmph. Get the eagle eye view as advertised; incredible. All of this can be captured on an action camera and can be shown off on Instagram or Whatsapp stories. This comes at an extra cost. Very polite and helpful staff - at the counter, the technical advisors, the zipline operator guide, all of them were really good to interact with. World class safety rated security systems are used in the zipline, so there's really nothing much to be scared or worried about. Go for the feat and conquer your fears.

My children enjoyed it very much. Staff are very understanding and accommodating. Unfortunately and sadly, when they did the zip line they forgot to bring their phone with them so no photos are available to share.

A very easy, must do adventure in RAK. The staff were very efficient in each step and very polite! The process took no time and all instructors made us feel safe and excited for the flight. Would love to do it again as it goes so quickly, but definitely worth it! Will be back!

Nerve-wracking totally unforgettable experience! Went for the 3 adventures: Sky tour, rope course and Jebel Jais Flight and it was so amazing! The staff were very attentive and accommodating and patient especially that I was so nervous during the longest zipline. A must try if you are up for a great adventure!

From Dubai to reach 180km and two hours drive. The last 20km mountain roads, but very good conditions. 3 lanes, 2up one down.
In the dark no lights on the road. Nice restaurant on the top. More busy than the zipline.

I loved everything about the Sky Tour, my 2nd time doing it and I will go back again. I remove one star because the pre sales service is non existent, you call about 25 times for them to answer your phone call. They need to up the standards in Admin department.

I bought a cobone for the sky tour experience on Groupon that should covers the experience as well as 50 AED to buy stuff at the merchant

I just contacted them to book for my experience and they informed me that I need to pay an extra 150 AED at the office as this is not the correct price. However, this is NOT mentioned anywhere on the website or the tickit (pic attached)!

What a horrible CS and experience indeed.glad I didn't drive all the way for such a scam.

You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. I wish I could attach the audios your representative sent me on WhatsApp as well but I just can't

Where to start?

1. The reception and briefing was spot on. Friendly staff welcoming adrenaline junkies with their wonderful smile and greetings. 5 out of 5
2. The check-in process is very simple and as we already filled the online waiver forms, we didn't spent much time in getting our wrist tags. But there could have been some additional support to the GoPro cam rental as we had to wait like 10 minutes before I could pay and get a camera handed over. 4 out of 5
3. Harness and helmet was securely worn by us with the help of amazing staff. Everything was nicely explained and all our stupid queries were politely answered with a bright smile. 5 out of 5
4. Journey from reception to the flight platform was smooth. Once we arrived at the pod, briefing was given about the flights we'll do. Giovanni and Anu are soo chilled and experienced that we felt like we're in the most safest hands. Special thanks to both these brilliant brothers. 5 out of 5
5. Overall flight experience is beyond words. I felt sky tour is much exciting as we can sit in relaxed position and enjoy the view of RAK mountains. It lasted for nearly 2 hours as we enjoyed kind of our private tour as we were just 2 guys and no one else. 5 out of 5

If you are looking for an adventure, do the world's longest zip line. 2.8km travelling at around 140km/h for about 100 seconds is a wonderful experience.
Totally worth AED 300 for 100 seconds.

Zip on your gear. Go down, enjoy the view while streaming through the air. It’s an amazing feeling and super calming if you notice the tranquility and sound of air!

Ridiculous to think a zip line exists between two peaks and even more ridiculous when you are on it. That said. What a rush! You'll remember it for the rest of your life. Not for the faint hearted. It really is high

Would really love to make a review but can't even get a response for a booking I made 2 days ago! Called and Whatsapped the published no.but there has been no response. I don't think they want to make business. Appalled by the customer service, just horrible!

I love it! You have to take the short trip to feel the adrenaline! Next time for sure I'll take the longer one.

Have been here twice now in the past year or so. The first time was a much better experience as they had a much nicer office and set up. Now they have switched or renovated to an even smaller space which is still under construction and just.terrible. However the staff are great and the zip-lining is awesome. If you do the 'longest zipline, 2min flight experience' just note it is literally 2mins and thats it

I'll suggest you start with the Sky Trail as it prepares your mind for the Flight.
I did the Zipline tour - (sky trail) and the Flight (world's longest zipline). The instructors were really helpful and it was fun filled.

Jebel Jais Sky Trail Zipline Tour
Perfect experience start to finish.
A group of us start together about 8.as we go through a series of 7 ziplines.rocky walkways and climbing stairs as well as a walk on the skybridge platform made of metal and wood built completely on the side of the mountain which hangs hundreds of meters high above the jagged rocks on the hills below.
Well i did almost turn away when i first saw the height and length of the 1st zipline.but after much assurity and being educated about the quality of materials/equipment and strict codes/regulations/safety checks i felt much better and after that first few seconds from the jumpoff it was one of the most pleasantly exhilirating things anyone can expereince.the sights.views.wind in your face.the feeling of flying above at such heights.just breathtaking! The variety and thoroughly brilliant engineering of each glide from one zip to the next is so well planned and executed. And the climax is the sky bridge! Floating above the cliffs.everything feels safe and yet wildy off the track.keeps you on-edge throughout the 7 ziplines.
The team of instructors were patient and freindly.they helped us n guided us with tips for the best expereince.their knowledge n motivational attitude got me through.n i had a much more enjoyable time because of them.highly recommend.cheaper and longer time in flight for whole expereince than the longest flight zipline one.they have little cabinets to keep phones n all.a tip would be wear comfy clothes and shoes

Had absolutely great experience! Appart of the stunning flight on the longest zip line, the team was so cool! Joking all the time, telling about the facility, also new upcoming adventures, made the day even more fascinating! Loved it! Highly recommend!

Must have experience that you have to do. A bit afraid at first but once you’re there, you feel free like a bird. Fearless and beautiful experience with the help of reliable team making sure the safety is at stake.

Dont be afraid even if you are scared of heights

A wonderful experience from the point of registering supported by a very friendly smily professional staff, to the point of the start of flight, where you can see the sea on the top of the mountain.

It can be a bit cold and windy so get your jacket.

When you look at it from up you can get really scared of the idea, but once you make the first 5 second you really see how beautiful of an experience it is.

A long trip from dubai but totally worth it
