Tridom - Indoor Theme Park

I asked the reception girl ( her name is Nita ) about the minimum amount for the card she kept saying the minimum is 200 however when other customers came ( non Emirati ) she told them that the minimum is 160 Dhs.
Be careful when you are paying. Please take the necessary action against the employee

سألت موظفة الاستقبال (اسمها نيتا) عن الحد الأدنى لمبلغ البطاقة، فظلت تقول إن الحد الأدنى هو 200 ولكن عندما جاء عملاء آخرون (غير إماراتيين) أخبرتهم أن الحد الأدنى هو 160 درهمًا. ما حبيت طريقة النصب على الاماراتين و في دولة الامارات.

Every Tuesday we go to tridom and enjoy it very much. Tuesday many games 1 dhm only. If u want to enjoy all the games in summer time pls visit in the morning.in the evening there is so much rush

When with kids in ras al khaimah, tridom is a well maintained joyland to them. Staff was friendly, but the place is always heavily crowded. More Staff is required to supervise kids and some of them were being treated poorly by their elder colleagues during the play time.

There were not a single seat inside to sit that parents could avail while waiting on their kids. No dustbins around hence alot of littering by the kids or may be even adults.

Overall my kid enjoyed playing here but it's more expensive than the activity in dubai mall hence not a good value for money spot

المكان ضيق والتذاكر غالية 17 لعبة ب 160 درهم والالعاب فيها غش واحتيال خاصة التي فيها جوايز مثل علاقة الكرة والاجهزة اللالكترونية والعاب الاطفال كالسيارة لك 3 دقائق فقط بمكان ضيق فيها اكثر عن اربع اشخاص يدورون مكان واحد وفي العاب مملة لا متعة ولا حماس ندمت اني رحت هذا المكان

Good place for children to have fun. Many rides, arcade games, and an infant play area. Somewhat reasonable pricing. Occasionally offers special rates.

The game zone offer varieties of games and engagement for all the ages. Best in class rides and very friendly staff.

It is very good before but now some games are not working and the minimum recharge is 50 ade which is expensive.

It's a nice nice place but staff need to be more alert and aware of badly behaved children who are left to play without the parents present. Some can be violent, this can ruin the fun and experience for other sensible children. Staff are hesitant to call those parents to come back and speak to their child, I'm unsure as to why because this is suppose to be a happy, safe and comfortable play area for everyone.

My daughter and her friend were in the bumpercart playing and all of a sudden a big boy in a bumpercart pushed my daughter and her friend hard which caused a big back pain and has been hurting for days

It's okay not but why they are not giving 1dhs rides. It's getting expensive now charge for 50 dhs and only 16 rides which is not enough for small kids obviously

This is great place to take your kids. I about to pass where you pay a set fee and your child can play in the play area for 30 days unlimited. It's was approximately 120aed for the pass. I was a great alternative to taking him outside to play since it's so hot out. The staff is very kind and I like the system they use to keep track of the children.

It's awesome indoor kids play area in side Mannar Mall Ras Al Khaimah, every Tuesday here you can Access only 1 AED all the blue ride. Very good staff always happy to help people.

It's not a rush hour and the stuff not around the rides so we have to search for them all the times and go to reception counter to to ask them to send someone.really its bad management.

Very good highly hygienic and full precautions of covid and every Monday offers of Aed 1 for almost all the play

The playing area is good if fully opened; we paid full price for less than 1/3 of opened playing area. Closure because of Covid-19 precautions is nonsense; either u open the whole place or close it if safety is a your concern.

One of good place for children to play but the swip type is confusing little other wise the area clean and maintain the covid19 precautions.

Great for both kids as well as adults.it was a great experience.on mondays the rates are 1 dihrams.variety of rides and play zones. On mondays you can enjoy almost all the rides and game for total around 25 to 40 dihrams maximum.suggested for both adults and kids

The staff is very rude to your kids I should know I have been here with my little sister 5 times. If you are going to get the 100 day for 100 Durhams, it only last 31 days, but still a good price. Me and my sister bought chips and a snickers from the vending machine and they gave us a lecture about healthy food but they only had ice cream and junk in the vending machines. This was are last day and a herbal way to end it. It does get boring for 9 and up.

Biggest soft play i ever seen. Parents go in for free to accompany kids. Took the 1 month special, 99dhs can come in and play everyday.
When that ran out, took another 3 month offer, for 199.
My boy loves the place. I use it like a gym. Working up a sweat chasing him and climbing the 5 storey monster of fun.

They have closed a lot or sections unnecessarily. Only the ball pit needs to be closed really under covid restrictions.

Actually nice place to spend time with kids. Not very cheap and few games had some technical problems.

Very nice try to buy the 150 dhs pack then iou get more for your money and the slides are 99 for 1 month access and 69 for 1 day

This is by far the best indoor park I've been to in the UAE. So many rides for kids and adults as well. Fun city cards work here.
