A million thanks to Dr. Godfrey for helping my cat Broody out. My poor cat was in a bad situation with gum inflammation and infection but Dr. did a wonderful job with a surgery and put my little guy at ease. Many thanks to him and his staff.

Another routine annual visit to Dr. C for my dog Buddy. He’s not the easiest of patients to say the least, and I am so thankful for the understanding and expert handling and care from Dr. C Not mention his professional expertise. I can’t recommend this practice highly enough

Thank you very much to vet 24 team for saving our rescue kitten Lucky from the injury he had and also later as turned out he had parvo. They did their best and he is fine now! Big thanks to Dr. Asad who admitted Lucky when we found him. He was very helpful and understanding all the time. Always answering all our questions. As we were worried so much.
Also Big thanks to Dr. Godfrey who did the surgery and also took good care of Lucky and all the doctors, nurses and receptionists. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Always sending updates in WhatsApp. And it's really great that they are working 24/7. As we also found Lucky at night. I dint know what we would have done if no clinic would be open that day as he had a very bad injury.

I dont recommend at all! Its really expensive, and they could treat my bunnies, they gave me the wrong meds and my 2 bunnies died the next day.if you can’t figure out what wrong with them just say so? Literally the worst vet

I had a very bad experience with vet 24. I went there with full trust. I spared no expense in treating my cat and paid everything they said. In one month I could pay 6000 aed, thinking my cat was getting the best treatment and care. It turned out that they didn't care about him. Because of them my cat got a very bad flu, and they lied to me for 5 days, saying that everything was fine. When I asked them to send me a pic & video of my cat, they didn't. When finally they sent me video of my cat, I saw him in very bad condition. I rushed to the vet clinic and when I saw my cat, I couldn't believe my eyes.
My cat had one eye closed with discharge from his eyes, he had some scabs all over his face, he was breathing heavily, he was sneezing all the time with discharge, he was in pain, depressed, sitting in the corner with his face down!
And no one could answer my questions about what happened to him!
He had a urine infection and I bought my cat special food for urinary care. But when I went to the vet 24, I noticed that there was the wrong food on his plate, the water was ice cold! I wanted my cat to have the right treatment and the best care! Instead, he got the worse, when no one cares about him! And because of them, my cat has a permanent problem with his eyes. His eyes overflowed with pink tears. This is a side effect of the flu that he got, due to the negligence of vet 24.

After vet 24, I went to eye specialist, to get another opinion. And the doctor told me that the eye problems were a side effect of the flu he had. The only way to change it is to have surgery and put in a tube.

It's very difficult for me to write this review because I have these memories coming back to me. I cried every single day. Even now I’m writing this post, I’m crying.
Every day I wipe my cat's eyes so many times, wipe away his pink tears. And every day I clean up the pink stains on the floor, and wash the blankets from his tears. And I feel so bad that my cat will forever go through this unpleasant experience. All because of Vet 24! I will not forget them and I will not forgive them. This is indifference and negligence on the part of the vet 24 towards my cat! And to me! And I have proof of every word I say.

I advise you to stay away from the vet 24 if you love your pet.

I don’t recommend this place at all, I’m so disappointed that this is the only place that we have for emergencies, *they are so expensive, *I went for an emergency, and my cat looked poisoned, and we knew about that before, he should have treated her immediately but he wanted me to pay first then treat my cat, *he wanted to do an x-ray and blood test and all that was for 1500dhs, even people don’t pay that much for only an x-ray and a blood test, * the doctor was not good with her, she was kicking and he let her fall and got really hurt by that, so he took her inside to see what is wrong with her but she died, I’m sure that she got extremely bad because of that fall, I’m so upset, don’t go to them even if it an emergency, hope all your pets be well.

My rescued Maltese dog fell seriously ill on Sunday and I rushed her to Vets24 Veterinary Clinic. I'm happy to say that Lucy is back home last night having spent 5 days in the tender, loving care of Dr. Chenjerai, Dr. Godfrey and his wonderful team.

The Doctor was really really nice and they did an amazing job with my dog, who needed an emergency surgery. I only thing it is too expensive as vet, I am not judging the value of his job as doctor, but the value of the materials I have to pay for (materials soft tissue 315 aed, surgery soft tissue 630aed, bupresol 189 aed, XRay total more than 800 aed, anesthesia 890 aed.). I don’t know other prices around but in my opinion it is too expensive.

I brought my cat as recommended by another vet for X-ray.the receptionist refused to bring my cat & I have waited for too long! & acting weird! The doctor is nice but I paid around 800 aed for sedation, X-ray & pain killer.too much!

Great team of Doctors and support staff. Grooming for my cat was excellent. Cat was treated with great care and definitely looks like a model now. Highly recommended.

The best Clinic I have ever seen, Professional people knows what they are doing, My baby Tokyo got sick twice and the first place comes in my mind is Vets24, within couple of days she is back to life and fully recovered, thank you guys keep it up.

First vet experience that we went to. Adopted a kitten and we were concerned that we brought her in even though it was less than 24 hours since we adopted her.
The doctor that saw us, he was a little bit impatient, he is not entertaining questions well, even though he knows that we are new. Idk if he was really a vet because we had to ask him which products to choose, he didn’t suggest immediately. Like he wants to get rid of us immediately. Some people come even though its expensive we did it for the sake of our love for our kitten, it is still a creature. 12 hrs after appointment still we don’t know what to do. Please don’t come if you are expecting good service. And also the doctor was sarcastic! T. T

The most dedicated and professional team of Vets in the Northern Emirates. I could not recommend this practice or team enough. Outstanding.

I feel so disappointed and upset on what they did to my cat. They shaved her hair off and she got so many scratches. I trusted them that they are real professionals.they cut her whiskers even after reminding them coz I already had a feeling that they don’t know what they’re doing. No wonder why she became aggressive.shaving her bony legs like that would make the cat uncomfortable, they don’t even know that.her paws look like a chicken feet. I suggest, do not trust them on grooming your pets.my cat has lost her confidence and acts very scared now. I really feel bad for her.do not let it happen to your pets.

Quality of care is excellent. Reception staff is warm and welcoming, and Dr. Chenjerai is very personable as well. He is great with animals and very reassuring towards owners. The clinic has provided excellent services for my rabbit (spaying) and my puppy (vaccines and microchipping). They also did their best to save my ill parrot and even though he did not make it, I will never forget Dr. Chenjerai's gentle handling of the situation and kind words.

The receptionist is always happy to see the animals and it is always pleasant talking with her as we wait for the doctor. The doctor himself is very patient, answers all questions in a knowledgeable and friendly manner, and handles the animals with affection and care. It is well worth the cost to know that my non-human family members are in good hands.

Compassionate team, specially at emergencies.
Members like Mr Donald are really genuine.
Doctors are so helpful, clear, straight to the treatment plan.
This is what is really needed in this field.

You preserve the life of our loving girl

There is a good place with good stuff but expensive I took my cat for vaccinations and my cat for long time had problems with ear
I did not ask for cleaning ear because already I cleaned at home but again the doctor cleaned and used the ear drops and after that he
gave me that ear drop not new one but they charged me two times one for the ear drop and one for that ear drop doctor used He put two drop frome my ear drop I purchased for my cat and charhed me again
The ear drop price 100dr and two drops he put frome same 105dr why?
If you go ther be carful of Unreasonable charge

I think the vet does his job well and is nice.

However the only problem of vet24 is the staff who serves customers at the reception.
She's so rude and I still really don't understand why she acts like she's a customer not a staff there
Actually it's so funny!
I guess she doesnt know her stage and doesnt understand what the seat works for.

Whenever she picks up the phone and have customers there, I really dont feel good.

Before, there was another lady and she was nice and friendly but I think the staff changed.

I want to visit again but don't want to see her again.
I don't know what to do.

I feel like she only cares of money not the customers

Great team, doctors, nurses, grooming.
Taking one star down because of the evening receptionist. They got to train her way more before letting her deal with clients. Confused, would say no experience with animals, needs to learn a lot from the day receptionist.

The best team by far. From entrance to exit I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The doctors know their stuff and took such great care of my baby. Also big thank you to the staff that made me feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend Vets24.

I just needed a quick groom for my cat but the staff all were so understanding, went out of their way to make sure they could pick him up and drop him off at times that were most convenient to me, and answered all of my questions without any hesitations. Everyone who works here is so knowledgeable and they care deeply. Thank you so much!

Hey everyone, we had been there yesterday for shower grooming for our puppy. My puppy being scared of the people as he was new to the place, he really enjoyed the grooming in Vets24. He was made comfortable and was taken care too.he was really happy when he met us after the grooming. Definitely would recommend vets24. Thank you.

They are really the best vet in Rak but the issue is that they really over priced but overall it was really good
