Iam a female. Iwent to do lip Derma pin. They put for me lip amla cream on the coridoor while iam standing outside room in large amount. I swallow some of it I feel tingling sensation of tongue and phaymx.
The staff working there not Organized. They are shifting me from one room to another.

I had my hydrafacial done by Ms. Hanane Chahbi. She did a great job and I am very happy with the service.

I was disappointed since I was expecting more due of the VLCC brand, don't waste your money on hydra facials.

***VLCC RAK Al Mamoura Branch*** one of the worst clinics in town, their services are very bad, the moment you pay their attitude will change and they will never respect you or respond to your calls & get back to you, also they never take you in, on time & they always delay the patient for NO REASON.

The staff are not professional, not qualified & not even helpful at all, specially the (Indian manager) of this branch, she is way useless doing nothing!

Another thing, they lie to people that they have their own call center, while they don’t have it & no one is responding to the calls.

This is my 2nd laser hair removal session at VLCC with my favorite laser practitioner Sowmya Thomas. She advised me to use Bios Square Epil Alexandrite ND: YAG laser. Previously, I was extremely suffering from excessive hair regrowth after laser hair removal and I didn’t see good results with other laser machines. However, after being consulted by Soumya, she instructed me properly, gave me significant beauty tips and she was really precise and professional during the session. After my first session, I noticed that 80% of my hair didn’t grow and my skin felt really smooth (no ingrown hair specially in the sensitive areas). Soumya is really patient and friendly I would revisit again.

I got shock from the complaints I have seen against the bad services and bad attitudes of VLCC-RAK. I'm wondering where's the officials health authorities from all what happening in this clinic, people are paying money not nuts!

I thought I'm the only client who treated un- politely and cheated by paying big amount of 7,000.00 AED with zero result of my expectations.
First, second and third disappointment the bad attitude of the manager, I strongly not recommend VLCC-RAK for anyone due to very bad attitude, disrespect of the manager, bad products and services.upon completing my sessions I will never even pass-by this clinic and I will not advise anyone to approach this clinic.

I recently tried VLCC's anti-ageing treatment, and I can't believe how much it improved my skin's texture and tone. The staff is professional and ensures you feel comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend it!

Very bad, in-proficient services. No commitment to appointments. Always confusion between staff for what will they do and when. They promised to transfer my package to the second location which i requested from the beginning because it is near to my home and work but they refused to do this after i paid money and they said other branch is not well qualified. I did few sessions there and after that as if found the service is so bad, i requested to charge me for those sessions and refund the remaining money but they refused and at that time they offered to transfer my to the other branch although they said before it is not good. I raised a complaint in the consumer production and waiting for an action. Not recommended RAK 1 branch.

Due to acne-prone skin, I struggled with dark spots and blemishes. I tried VLCC's acne spot treatment, which has worked wonders for my skin. I highly recommend it.

Mis-selling to customers then following it up with poor customer service and a refusal to refund a payment is bang out of order! I request someone contacts me before I file a case against you guys!

I was looking for the best slimming services and I got them at VLCC. The staff is doing a great job.

تجربتي مع الليزر تحديد اللحية كانت جيدة لحد ما لكن النتيجة مع الوقت لم تتحقق كما كنت اتوقع اتمنى تحسين ادائهم وتقليل القيمة المالية بالمقارنة مع مثيلاتهم من عيادات الجلدية المتخصصة.

اجهزة الليزر المستخدمة يغيرونها واستخدموا معاي جهاز سيء جدا جدا. بعد رابع جلسة
وكلمتهم بنفس الوقت بعد الجلسة ان الجهاز حار جدا وسبب لي الم ولكن تبرير ان الجهاز اجدد اجهزة السوق
وبعد ٣ ايام رجعت لهم اريهم كيف بشرتي تحسست أماكن ازالة شعر اللحية بالليزر بشكل كبير وسببت لي مثل حبوب الكبيرة (مثل الدمامل الجلدية) ، ودكتور جلدية اخبرني ان حرارته كانت عالية وأحرقت لك جذور الشعر بشكل حاد جدا.

لا انصحكم فيه نهائيا بعمل الليزر عندهم.
