Absolute worst experience with a service provider in UAE! Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Save yourself and do not send your cargo through 123cargo.

We sent our cargo in March 2023, with a commitment from their sales executive, one Mr. Ratheesh that the cargo will arrive in 45 days. However with an extra grace period from our end, when we tried calling them, they did not respond to our calls at all. We tried calling Mr. Ratheesh multiple times but we found out he was ignoring our calls on purpose because he answered his phone when we called from a new number. When we got a hold of him this way, his usual dialogue was "Give me 5 minutes/30 minutes I will reach office and get you an update" but he never seemed to reach his office to give us an update. It was a torment for my parents when moving to India because the way they were behaving, we thought our cargo containing items with a lot of sentimental value was lost and they were not giving us a clear answer on what's going. Very unprofessional behavior of dodging our calls, and giving us false information of "items stuck in customs" (if we managed to force some info out of them).

Finally 6 months later we received our cargo, and a lot of our valuables were broken, crockery shattered, our microwave panel was caved in. Seems like our cargo was tossed around and not handled well as a whole.

Please do yourselves a favor and find a different service provider for your cargo to India.

Packing at Dubai was good but their delivery partners in India are very unprofessional. They just unload the luggage. They don’t install and even they don’t come with a single tool.

We shifted our luggage from Dubai to Jaipur and paid AED 9000. The luggage was unloaded with unskilled labor and some stuffs were broken.
They didn’t installed TV, didn’t install cupboards, almirah, dining table and other items.

If there was 0 I would have given that rating. NEVER SEND YOUR GOODS THROUGH THIS FAKE 123 CARGO. Your goods doesn't reach and they won't refund the amount also. This is a fraud company. Please don't waste your hard earned money in this looters. This shop in Rolla was closed by police as there were many customers fighting for their goods and amount. Now they started again to loot people. They are fraud. The owner had absconded to Kerala once customers started following up with their goods and amount return. Q

Elaborating my review as requested. No one is in charge there. And instead of asking me to elaborate please check your records on the committed date of delivery vs actual date of delivery. Destination was Jabalpur and the name is the same. Please update your review response.

For all Potential customers- if you want to get your international cargo delivered in the industry standard times, do not use them. It took me multiple visits and several of their Lunch breaks to know the status of my consignment. Their answer was pretty straight forward "I don't know sir" and "that's the most I can do"

As for your response, the location is same and the contact number is what I reached your office the first time. If you however insist, I can share pictures of the invoice and all other contact numbers I saved during the fiasco.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

- They will quote you a low price when they come home to check your items and then once the goods are packed they will change their quote drastically

- The goods arrive damaged and they will start blaming the Clearing agent.

- The clearing agent is another disaster. Massive attitude and his loading staff are will mishandle the stuff right before your eyes.

Avoid them at all cost.

Worst courier service.
They first took cargo to their godown and then demands n number of additional charges and put additional conditions so that we have to accept whatever they say.

I send two shipment in October 2020 still I didn't receive they are fraud there rolla office is sealed but they have another office in industrial 17 sharjah there pickup (vehicle) also moving. I will make complain against them. All of you guys please make complain against them.they are working in industrial 17 office sharjah.

123 CARGO IS FRAUD.please be careful Not at all a good experience 123 cargo they do not respond you, your cargo stucks with them for months, its been 5 months that my cargo was shipped through them and still not reached my destination, from the last 2 months they are only saying the shipment is stuck in customs, god know when my cargo will reach my destination, i am tired of following up with them, i highly dont reccoment 123 cargo to anyone.

Very very poor experience on this cargo service and delivery. It has been over 170 days and still our cargo has not been delivered.the Sharjah rolls cargo office has been sealed because of bad reviews hence we can’t complaint against it. We had 11 boxes sent and has important stuff in them.

Do you have any update on the parcels sent? I am yet to revive the cargo sent 9 months back. I have filed a case in Sharjah court though Tas Heel.

Very Bad service. I had send a cargo in 15th October. Yet to deliver, almost 6 months now. No proper response from the personals. Finally I visited their office in Rolla Sharjah and found the shop is sealed by Sharjah Economic Department due to various complaints from customers. I too lodge the complaint with Sharjah Economic department. Guys lets make a group and claim for our losses. Friends, Do you have their Registration number with Sharjah Economic Department (SED) as this needed for lodging the complaint. One I found from SED frond was expired in 2019. It seems they were cheating the customers since 2019.

The most pathetic cargo service.please don't use it at all. I had arranged cargo on 5th jan 2021 its 4 months i have still not received my box.awful people.fraud people

Sent the cargo from dubai on 19th Oct. Was supposed to reach in 30 days. Its now been more than 120 days and no update yet. They hardly pick the call amd when they do, its always stuck in customs.
I am going to the consumer forum and also filing a complaint with the local cops as this seems like a fraud company to me.

Very poor customer service and cargo delivery, due to the bad experiences we faced. We received the cargo after 85 days, that also after continuous follow-ups. Most of the time, they never picked the call and gave false dates. Mr. Ratheesh whom we used to coordinate had answered the call only twice irrespective of our en number of calls and failed to provide a proper response. When the cargo items was opened we found it damaged, photos attached down and we have sent an email also within 7 days as per the terms regarding the damaged items. But there is no reply to email and Mr. Ratheesh does not pick the call. If they are not able to deliver the goods properly then why take commitment. This shows lack of professionalism. We are cheated and we warn others against use of this cargo. Poor service, unprofessional with lack of commitment, response and attitude.

Update on 2nd March 2021: Now 5 months over. No Response. No Call Picking. No office Open. Did the escape from UAE?

4 Months over now. (25 September 2020 - 27 January 2021) No proper reply when the cargo will reach my home or clear customs from Delhi. When we call and inquire about our cargo the manager and staff of 123Cargo Sharjah making fun of us. They are not professional. They don't know how to speak with frustrated customers.

MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO EVERY ONE. PLS. PLS. PLS. DONT GO BEHIND THIS CARGO SERVICE ANY MORE. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR PATIENCE, PEACE AND MONEY. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

The only one worst cargo service I ever seen in my experience. Till now 97 days over my 8 boxes in one shipment is waiting for customs clearance in Delhi now from 5th November 2020 (about 55 days for customs clearance). Boxes were well packed on 25th September 2020 and picked from me and in the first follow-up after 45 days I came to that the items were sent from UAE on 25th October 2020 (After one month). No proper response from the staff. If your calls were picked up by their staff then you may have luck on that day. Even after too many follow-ups they gave some 3rd party agents number in Delhi (They wont have any responsibility on the value or sentiments on our items) and we need to call and ask to them. But they will not respond properly to us since they doesn't have any responsibility to answer us. I don't know how long again it will take to clear the customs at Delhi and reach the destination.

If any one in UAE please go to the any UAE authority to blacklist this company. Please anyone has any personal contact details of the owner do share. Just want to give them peace of mind. The worst ever cargo service provide.the staff and manager of the company should be charged heavily for such nuisance.really heart breaking after spending so much money and with sweat hard earned money this people have no sense.

It’s almost 8 months that we have not got our cargo! It was booked on 20th June 2020 and when I calling them no one is picking up the phone now. Neither on landline nor on mobile. I have total 6 boxes, 4 of them was received 4 months ago and 2 of them still remaining. The remaining one was contained very valuable materials; they are always giving some false dates. Now no info about my remaining boxes! I am very much disappointed.
It’s really bad experience for me. Regret to send my cargo through 123 Cargo.

They have not yet delivered my item from dubai to India Sent 9nov 2020.

Instead Got 3 of 4 boxes returned back to dubai address on 28feb2021.

I have sent a SEA cargo from sharjah on September 10th 2020, which is supposed to reach Chennai within 30 to 35 days maximum is what 123 cargo promised me. But till date I haven't received my goods. Its been 83 days today December 1st 2020, Whenever we call and check, they say that they face some issue with the customs, but they themselves did not update us about the status. Atleast in case of delay, they should inform us as part of courtesy. Hope they contact us ASAP with latest update.

There is no response for the missing item from your staff Lalji since 22nd October.

Rateesh always says I will check and confirm. Never responds. Atleast please confirm that "my items are lost" with you. Appreciate to have your response.

I am editing this review below to say that my TWO boxes were not delivered even after 70days of delivery. Following up with Rathish and Anwar.so far the response is VERY POOR.

THEY STOLE MY VALUABLE PARCEL. FIRSTLY THEY DIDN'T DELIVER IT AND THEN MADE UP LIES AND FINALLY SAID THEY LOST IT. HOW CAN ONE LOSE THE PARCEL SO BIG PACKED IN FRONT OF ME. THEY MADE LIES FOR 3 MONTHS. TOP OF THAT THEY ACT WITH AN I DONT CARE ATTITUDE. Fraud people and services.
They will say that they will call with more information within 15 mins but never they do call. I called literally hundred times.
I regret sending the parcel through them this was my first time to send a parcel through sea. I gave 2 parcels out of which only 1 reached the other parcel is still now - no idea.they kept telling lies that it will be reached. The parcel contained lot of valuable items clearly they stole it. Its not about the money its about my sentiments and time spend on the parcel.

Very bad service. From Shj Rolla office staffs are not replyng properly and till date now cargo still not dilivered. Very poor service.

Already send so many messages and I've send an email as well but nobody has any clue where my shipment is the only reply I'm getting everytime is tomorrow we will tell you.

I availed the services of 123Cargo to ship my households from Dubai to Coimbatore. All my items (including glass items) reached safely without any damage. Thanks to the packing team at UAE (Jinu/Jinesh and his team). At Cochin, Mr Shammas took care of the process and neat service. Only hardship was, unloading the boxes at my residence. If they can arrange the manning at major cities, it will help us. As labours are charging huge amount for unloading. Charges also competitive with market. I am happy with 123Cargo services.

Great experience. Recieved my things in Kerala in 10 days, safe and sound. And the service was excellent. Well packed. Thank you guys for taking care of my things so well.

Cheats. One carton containing items worth aed3000 was stolen at Delhi and never delivered to me. I received aed1000 as compensation.

Recently my cargo of household items reached Kochi port. Its customs clearance & release and onward transportation to my home town was very efficiently coordinated & managed by 123 Cargo Kochi representative Mr. Shamas and his team. Highly appreciated.

Had a bad experience my package was not packed properly even after paying extra for packing and got my package completely damaged they even ignore you if you need any information. Do not recommend.

Recently, I send some goods and reached safely. Good service especially Kochi port manager Shamas coordinated very well.

I had very bad experience with 123 Cargo in customer support after shipment.when i used there service to ship my household things to India in 2016. As per their norms shipment by sea will take 3 months. But it took 5 1/2 months. I received my package damaged and 40% of my things inside are missing or stolen.
When I raised a complaint they didnt take any action and not even compensation for lost things.
As I left the UAE for good. I couldn't take action on them.
