محطة أدنوك للبترول147 / Adnoc Petrol Station

It is a small fuel station where they have 6 stations to fuel. This fuel station do the services like air filter, AC filter, A/C cleaning, engine flush, battery, free check up & top up, oil change, car wash etc. They have Adnoc Oasis refreshment store with washroom which is a default in all Adnoc gas stations and they have a caferia named Hot Cup which serves tea, sandwich and bites.

The card machine needs to be upgraded. I was made to wait while the attendant swiped my card thrice to pay for the fuel I purchased. Took over 20 minutes. They rebooted the card reader as well. Not his fault but faulty old card readers. Adnoc kindly upgrade these. I had to go to the convenience store and pay for fuel at the counter.

The guy at the pump he put the nazzol and didn’t even look I’d it starts or no then after he finished all 4 cars he came to my car and it wasn’t working from beginning (last pump near the washer 4: 40pm 6.4.33

I meet Muneeb Polokot around 1am 24th Dec 2022. He works as a pump operator. He is racist, rude and very unprofessional. He made me feel very humiliated and embarrassed because I gave him 200aed which for some reason according to him was fake. The cashier inside the shop confirmed the money is okay. He went ahead to rudely and shamelessly ask for my details so that if the money Is fake I will be contacted. How he talked didn't show any respect to me as a customer, even after I asked for a manager, he rudely told me that he is the manager and clearly he is not! Most embarrassing moment for me because clearly the money wasn't fake. Finally he said he'll accept the money with conditions that he will contact me Incase of anything. All this is happening even before I fuel my car. I had to leave the car and head out to look for someone I can complain to because I didn't want to escalate the matter and punch the guy.
Very unprofessional, worst service from him that I've ever received since my 10yrs of driving in UAE.
Do not let this unattended because I am willing to make alot of efforts to make sure that action is taken.

Complaint to Adnoc management

This station is always less crowded I really appreciate the 2 staffs who had morning shift today when I went to fill my car they saw my two toddlers seated behind as my daughter waved at them, quickly they got some sweets for the kids, it was really surprising for me and was feeling so happy to see people like them specially after the pandemic. Even though it's a small act but the intention needs to be appriciated. Unfortunately I forgot to check their names. May Almighty bless both of them.

This pump is most perfect because not too much busy soo it will not waste time just come and fly.

Fill your car without much rush here. I just wonder whatz missing in this petrol station.they have space but no good eateries or car maintenance facilities.but some renovation works are happening.let's wait n see.
