Staffs don't work as it supposed to be!
Some supervisors are rude when they address costumers.
No one maintain que.
20 minutes require to register with the Wi-Fi services.
No wheel chair services available.
Unprofessional technical supports.
Some staff behaves rude or give those red eyes to the costumer.
Some don't understand the work from the top. Hahahaha.

Simply a nightmare.
You'll be in luck If you find even one nice person there. Staff is super rude. You'll be hearing a lot of Come now, come than, come later, come tomorrow, you should've came yesterday.
But unfortunately they are one of the few option for renting commercial vehicles. As long as you don't have to contact them, business with them will run smoothly.
