The worst experience ever and the worst decision I made to complete my transaction at this place
5 counters, only one of them works for 4 and a half hours, and all transactions only takes 5 minutes! Does this make sense? !
I wish it was just like this. No, you have to go after that to a different counter with a different line to complete the rest of the transaction, which made us wait another 2 and a half hours to be completed, which required only 4 minutes with the employee!
Even the receptionists do not provide you with information, as if they are there to mislead you, not to help you

Almost all workplaces are empty. That’s why the queue is so long, it takes up people’s time.they don’t think about it

اسوء مركز خدمه حكومي مريت عليه خلال العشرة سنوات الاخيره ، الموظفين يعطونك معلومات خاطئه ولايساعدون العملاء ويحتاجون مشرفين يفهمون في خدمة العملاء وليس تعطيل العملاء

مالهم خلق يساعدونك، لو في شي اونلاين على طول يصرفونك ويقولون لك سير مكتب طباعة حتى لو شغلة دقيقتين وفوق كل هذا اسلوب سيئ في التعامل

كانت تجربتي فاشله في بداية الأمر حتى التقيت بالموظفه شما المحيربي قمة فالاحترام والتعامل لم اتوقع هذه المعامله في اول يوم من شهر رمضان انصح بالتعامل مع شما المحيربي لرحابة صدرها وتواضعها مع الجميع وملمه بكل حيثيات وظيفتها من خبرة و دقة و إنجاز المعاملات

Fleet service for to get tc number for my company, i want to wait like 2 and half hour. Only 5 peoples are waiting there but only 1 person in the counter and no token service is here. Somebody coming and talking with him and he is dealing with them and we were waiting like more than 2 hour. WORST SERVICE
