Very cold and non co operative staff either they don't have knowledge or they don't want to help new registration for new baby vaccination want to register at centre they said it's only online what if someone is not acquainted to do online registration. Why cannot they give service if they have opened up service centers?

Staff need to be trained professionally, they lack behavioural attitude.
They have rejected my appointment twice even after slots are provided by EHS online service.

SENIOR OFFICIALS SHOULD TAKE AN ACTION TO PROPERLY TRAIN THE STAFF.

Very helpful and accommodating specially the guy at the reception he will assist you from the moment you enter the health center.even after the vaccine of my new born son he will go outside to call taxi for you.the place is clean, The staff, Nurse and Doctor are friendly as well.over all it was amazing experience.

نداء للمسؤولين عنه محاسبة الموظفين يردوا ويسمعوا ويفصلوا الخط ويكونوا سامعين ومايردوا ترن ١٠٠ مرة عشان يرد مرة ويفصل عليك

خدمة عملاء ولا أسوأ ، الموظفين جداااا مهملين في تعاملهم تجلس في الانتظار ساعة والموظف جالس يلعب في جواله في الريسبشن وما ينادي للمريض ، في سوء تنظيم مو طبيعي قي الموكز ما تعرف وين تروح وكم تنتظر.

The staff is careless and rude

Very bad service now unlike before its very good. We waited too long and there is no customer at night time. But still we waited for so long. What is happening guys. Before it was very good but now it become worst service.

Hope you go back to normal.

لو في اقل من نجمه كنت حطيت حسبيا الله ونعم الوكيل لا نظام ولا احترام للناس ولا للاطفال. اذا موعدي كل مره انتظر ساعتين وتلاته ولو تشتكي يردون عليك بكل استهزاء اذا مو عاجبك روح وخذ موعد تاني اذا حكيت انو عندك شغل ماحدا يحترم شو بتقول. كل شوي تسال وين يحكو بياخدو بريك وما بيهتمو في زحمه او اطفال ملت من القعده ولا امهات عندها ميت الف شغلانه منتظرتها ولا كانو احنا بشر لاحول ولا قوةً الا بلله

Worst service ever bad experience sometimes they will say only cash payment then the other appointment they will say only card payment they even dont know what is going over there

من اسوء المراكز الطبيه في ااالعاالم. من حيث خدمه والاستقبال والهاتف الي حلم حياتي يردو عليه سيئ سيئ سيئ

طابور انتظار 3 ساعات بس للرسبشن، وموظفة وحدة و اللي ينظم الدور مش موجود وناس تدخل بدون رقم والوضع خربان ، لا تنظيم ولا موظفين ولا خدمة ، و اطفال تصرخ وتبكي ولا همها الموظفة.

انا حاليًا مريض وكنت اتصل منذ ايام وللآن لايوجد رد وسأضطر للذهاب للاستفسار ، حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل

انتظرنا اكثر من شهرين ومااجانا موعد لقاح ابني وتأخر بأخد اللقاح وبالاخير بقحناه بغير مركز ومايردون عالاتصال معقول مستوصف كامل مافي احد يرد علينا ابدا يلغو الرقم افضل خدمة جدا سبئة

I went there in the 1st week of August for my 4 months baby vaccination and they said that i will get message from MOH but its been 1 month past I did not receive any message from MOH or follow up call from this health care center for my 4 months baby vaccination. It is more then worst thing that you need to pay either 1800 drhms for the vaccination in a private hospital or if you cannot afford then you have to wait 3 to 4 months to get your number. I think atleast for childerens they should give some kind of facility where parents should not bother.

حسبي الله و نعم الوكيل. اعطونا موعد في مكان بعيد رغم انه مكان السكن في نفس منطقة مركز الخالدية لتطعيم ابني الشهرين ما فهمت وين المبدأ. اول تطعيم لازم في مكان بعيد حتى فتح الملف رفضوا و ما عندهم ضغط المركز فاضي. بس لمجرد انهم ما يشتغلوا زيادة لا حول ولا قوة الا بالله

يستاهلون اكثر من خمس نجوم بالنسبة للخدمات التي تقدم والازدحام الشديد ،،الله يعطيهم العافية جميعا

Through EHS application you can book appointment for 18+ covid 19 vaccination but when you reach there they say it's not available.

Poor service
They gave me appointment for baby vaccination after 5 months supposed to be vaccinated maximum after one month
They don’t mind at all
Even I asked admin to solve the problem but she is resistant

Here's a clinic that doesn't bother itself to answer phone calls.you're there to serve people, the least you can do is answer them when they need you!

لو فيه أقل من نجمة لأعطيتها لهم من شهر نحاول الاتصال بهم ما في اي حدا يرد نتصل اكثر من 50 مرة يجب على الوزارة ان تظر في أمر هذا المركز

اقسم بالله اسوأ خدمة عملاء شفتها في حياتي. لا تتظيم ولا اي احد يعيطيك المعلومة الصحيحة. وكل يوم نروح هناك يقولك تعال بكرة. تعال يوم الاثنين. حرام تنتموا لحكومة الشارقة. حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل.

There is this elderly man that directs people, I always admire him anytime I take my baby for vaccination, He's always smart, willing to help and humble not biased about your nationality.
From the receptionist they are well mannered and attends promptly to everyone, the doctors and nurses deserves a million stars️

GREEN PASS is required. This is for the ones who want to take their children to get vaccinated from 2022 and on.they are asking for the GREEN PASS.if you didn't get the three dos of vaccine and have a green pass in ALHOSN APP.you will not be able to get in.you might not get this on their SMS

Very bad experience i came there yesterday to open the file for vaccination of my new born baby.they did not let me enter as i don't have a pcr test.the guard said pls do the swab first coz thats the gate pass so i did yesterday.as i got the result of my negative result i came back today morning.imagine! The guard asked when is my 3rd dose i explained that i was pregnant i just gave birth on 2nd week of February so how will i do the booster! Again he said that if i want i need to go to al riqqa health center and ask them to give me an exemption letter as i just deliver! Very poor communication why yesterday he did not informed me he just ask my swab test.i went to al riqqa health center to get that letter then i came back to khalidiya imagine after all that effort the reception guy will tell me that there is no available appointment and if i want i can visit another health center which is outside sharjah! Imagine i need to do all that and finally will tell me that there is no available appointment.why you need to make it hard for the people? My result was negative.why you cannot let me in to think that i will just open the file so in that case i dont need to go to al riqqa health center and come back to you.

Alslam alikom. I need to know do u still need a pcr results. Before entering. No one answer our calls. My baby has a vaccine and i know to know before i miss the appointment. Do you still need the test? Please i need to know

غير منطقي تفرضو الللقاح على الناس و ما تسمحو الدخول بنتيجة سلبية يعني شو ذنب طفلي ما يسوي لقاحاتو اذا انا مش حابة اعمل لقاح الكورونا وًجايبتلكم نتيجية.

انا صار لي اسبوع بتصل وما في حدا يرد وها المشكلة مو بس انا كل التعليقات تشير لنفس الموضوع ولا يوجد حل برجاء التدخل من وزارة الصحة

The response is slow, I came 4: 30 pm early as my appointment is 5pm.but still. Were waiting for an hour.

Although vaccination is free but they give appointment date too much far. Their nurse mention date of next vaccination 19 Aug but still they give appointment date 30 Aug and my child missed one of the vaccination.
And next appointment they gave after 2 months and 2weeks. They don't care whether the child would miss any of vaccination. They should work on this.
Insurance approves vaccination after one month gap why they give appointment after 2 months.

Security Guard sitting outside (probably Bangali) has such a rude behavior. I came with my wife and child and on front of me he misbehaved with an African woman who came with her child. I told the guard to talk politely as she's a woman but he was still rude to her. I think, Al Khalidiya Health Center Management should take action or atleast warn him, not to be rude with the visitors.

ينجبر الشخص يضرب مشوار علشان سؤال لان ما يردون على التلفون. وتالي يرجع من عندهم خيبان. مع الاسف

موظفه الاستقبال
استقبلتني و قلتله اني مستعيل و ماعندي تامين و عندي محاضره عقب نص ساعه و وافقط و قالت اني بروم اخلص عندهم و عقب ما تريت 10 دقايق و هي تخلص معاملات الناس سجلنتني و قالتلي اصبر عند الباب صبرت ربع ساعه و عقب النرس تقولي انك اصلن مب مسجل و من بعيد الموظفه الاستقبال تسمع و ترد تسالني جدام الجميع اذا عندي تامين و ترفضني من الدخول.

اذا من البدايه علمتني انه اي شخص ماعنده تامين مايقدر يدش ابرك من ما اتريه و انا مستعيل ابدن طالب جامعي اخلص دوام يوم المركز يبند و ابدن ماعندي وكت و اول الصبح قبل المحاضره ب نص ساعه شكران

والله الواحد مايعرف شو يقول من برود وعدم اهتمام ولا مبالاه.
من الاشياء السلبية اللي شفتها

١- اللي في الكاونتر سلمت لها بطاقة الهوية بعد ربع ساعة سألتني "ان شو تبغي" مع اني ذكرت لها الموضوع علاجي.

٢- دكتوره مغلقه الباب على نفسها و الناس تطرق الباب ما ترد عليهم ويوم يفتحون الباب مشغوله بالتلفون

٣- البرود ابدا غير طبيعي. عيادة مسؤوله عن صحة بشر ابداً مافي استشعار للمسؤوليه والله العظيم عيب وين اخلاقيات العمل الطبي وين القيم اللي وضعتها وزارة الصحة في خطتها الاستراتيجية

٤- ساعة كاملة ولم ادخل على الطبيب فقط الممرض.

هذي ملاحظات انا شفتها ما بال باقي الناس. الله المستعان لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله

وضعت نجمه فقط لاستطيع التعليق.
والشكوى من عدم الرد على الهاتف في جميع الايام وجميع الاوقات للأ سف.

Very bad customer service.they will tell to come tomorrow and when u come there then again they will tell to come back again. Not organized‍️

The staffs are very helpful. They have helped a lot to get my baby's vaccine appointment on time.

قسم بالله اني اتصلت فيهم اكثر من 100 مره بس عشان استفسر عن شي واشوف كيف الإجراء. وماردو على التلفونات شكلهم راقدين ومستهترين كأني متصل لشركه خاصه مب عياده صحيه تخدم البشر وينك ياالشيخ سلطان تشوف هالموظفين المستهترين تراهم محسوبين عليك ياشيخ. الصراحه مستشفيات دبي وعيادات دبي غير ناس محترمه تتصل يردون عليك ومايخلوك تسكر الى وانت راضي عمااار يادبي عمااااااااار

Very bad experience. I went to book 4 month vaccination for my baby they gave date in May which is 2 month late.if 4 months vaccination after 6 months means 6 months when should give? What nonsense! For 10 mins of work they donf have appointment

المواقف دائما مغلقة بالحاجز على المراجعين، ويسمح لشخص واحد بالدخول مع الطفل مع ان المركز لا يوفر مقاعد انتظار في الخارج، والمواعيد تعطى للقاحات في نفس الوقت للجميع مما يسبب ازدحام، والخدمة بطيئة

كنت انا وخطيبي ذهبنا لعمل فحص الزواج
اول يوم ذهبآ للاستفسار قالوا لنا بالمركز
النقود الكاش ممنوعة فقط كروت
والأوراق الباسبور والهوية
ذهبنا بعدها بيومين
قالت لنا موظفه الاستقبال
الماكينة السحب فيها عطل بناخد بس كاش
وليس معايا نقود لسداد هذا المبلغ ٥٢٠ درهم
وقالت محتاجين صور الباسبور والهوية
اذهبوا صوروا بالخارج ليس لدينا تصوير
أطريت اخرج ابحث عن أماكن تصوير مستندات
وماكينه صرف

مركز كامل يوجد فيه جهاز فقط للدفع
وليس يوجد اى تصوير مستندات

ما شاء الله من أجمل وأحسن المراكز الصحية اللي موجوده في الشارقة وهو مركز الخالدية الصحي. وانا عن نفسي اشتغلت فيه وكان معايا افضل الأشخاص الموجودين فيه

I go 2 times in this center with my baby asking for vaccination schedule and the one man in reception dont want to give me schedule and he gave me a center which is far

Nurses and doctor are very helpful except the 3 men in the reception or booking area.thank you to the doctor who help me out i forgot her name but she is in room 28 vaccine room.

Very neat environment. Went there for daughter vaccination. But take appointment very early atleast before 3 months.
