ABMCARE Apple Authorised Service Provider - Sahara Sharjah

No one should give our valuable phone there. The best thing is to give it to Apple store for service
I replaced my phone battery from ABM Care sharjah Zaharah Center . After battery repalcement camera stopped working. Then when I approached them they asked me to change the camera to solve the problem and told me the charge for it. I asked why should I pay for the trouble you caused? Then I reported this problem to apple and they suggested to take it to apple store, I took it to apple care .They checked it and found a disconnection in the camera strip, solved the problem and didn't ask for charge. I wonder how they became an authorized service center for Apple. Even better local service centers will repair. Here phone don't waste our precious time and damage the phone . very very bad service and customer relation

Absolutely top-notch service by Mr. Tameem. My display was replaced within an hour. Clear explanation of the entire process was done prior to the service. Would highly recommend.

Great experience. Mr. Tameem was very helpful. They changed the right side of the AirPods which has a problem with a new one without any cost because it’s still under warranty. Thank you!

ABM care Sahara center has a very fast and outstanding service for Apple phones. Specially would like to mention Mr. Abdulla and Mr. Hasan for their promptness and excellent customer service. I rate them 5 out of 5 for their service and would recommend everyone to give them an opportunity to help you.

Tried calling them I have new iPhone taken from authorised dealer speaker not working they don’t care called them number of times for solution. 4800 dirhams phone this is what you get.:

I was locked out of my apple phone for 4 days and spoke to 5 apple support staff it was a voice over activated issue that caused it,

Finally gave up and started searching for service center, abmcare was patient heard the whole issue and gave me multiple solutions,

Was quick n courteous and made sure everything was resolved before I stepped out.

My review is in regards to Contact them on the given no. Which is continuously engaged or hanged up. There is no way to follow up instead of going to Shj Sahara Branch.

Excellent service. I brought my iPhone SE 3 in because the charging port stopped working. The service advisor was very professional and walked me through all the steps in the warranty claim process. He was also transparent on pricing regarding claims with Apple Care+. After about 3 days, they got back to me and informed me that I’ll be getting a new replacement phone for free since the issue was covered under Apple’s 1 year limited warranty. I’m very happy with the overall experience and definitely recommend them if you have any issues with Apple devices.

Just visited today had my phone serviced in the sense the speakers were not loud and clear as it would be, they told truth about to only service the phone will fix the issue instead of changing speakers and having easy money.highly recommended due to their truthfulness also they did the service for me for free as well

Don’t visit them. Because even if you go with appointment they don’t care. You have to wait in the same que where walk in people also waiting. Not happy with the services at all.

I came with an Apple watch, i was unable to connect it, it tours out the watch required an update, the guy was so understanding and helpful.they had the time to explain to me more features on the watch which i didnt know, so professional.keep it up guys.

I had given my iphone for battery replacement and they told it will take 3-5 working days. But it took more than 7 days. Very disappointed with service time.
