Doctor imran is the best doctor specially for Pakistanis, because he knows which medicine we need… but the reception guys are the worst …. Never attend calls …no support.patient needs to see doctor and just because we were little late they say come tomorrow…. This behavior from a medical clinic is not acceptable

Doctor imran is really good. But long waiting for the consultation, only one staff nurse and one receptionist. Patients are waiting long time for the vital and consultation.

Receptionist will make you thinking she has a position bigger than health minister. Congrats. Good attitude.

Very bad experience when i visit no electricity after came electricity told me wait again 30 mints system not working Doc available we are waiting one hour why don't send to doctor

They not only give medicine they even spread humanity. While all other health care is business minded, here there is one who really cares. I went here for pct test and i lost my job and was planning to go back india. I asked reception for discount she asked whether am vaccinated from india. I was vaccinated and had updated in al hossan also.so she told me then no need to take pcr test.you can show the vaccine details in app but i was not sure and I didn’t know about this.after that she told me i wil confirm and called the air india airlines and confirmed. Then they told no need of pcr if i have vaccinated from india. I bet if you went any other healthcare they would have never helped bcz they will get money. But i impressed by her care and humanity towards patient’s. I heard from many places Aster is care but here in access Muwailiah I really felt that. Thanks dear for helping me in my tough time. Will remember you lifetime.

This place now a family clinic for our family. Staff is very supportive, and professional. Waiting time is less and separate waiting area is available for families. Its a first stop for all health related issues. Doctors are professional, specifically Dr. Imran Rajpoot is a gem of the clinic! Kudos to Access Muweileh team!

It’s good clinic for basic insurance holders like family and children. No pediatrician available.doctors are good but reception staffs will bit to improve to handle patients.if they smiles it would be appreciated.

Its very good clinic with friendly doctors and staffs. Free parking behind the clinic. Less waiting and for the privacy family waiting room. Aster pharmacy work going on nearby clinic is an advantage. Recommended for all kind of problems.

I recently visited the clinic and had a good experience with the staff. Special mention to Dr. Kavitha. She is from South India and it was easy to discuss my health issues. I take my wife and children to her only for consultation. Keep up the good work.

Worst experience, doesn't have manners how to speak with patient on phone, making fool write the medicine brand in prescription where they have commission.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful awsome clinic. Its take less time to meet the Doctor, Dr. IMRAN very soft spoken and give full attion to the patients and all the quires, questions, doubts are adressed very professionally. When the patients come out from his room he feels very satisfied and psychologically strong. I really appreciate all the staff, BIG Thanks to all.

It was first time visit to this clinic, got surprised to see such clinic with friendly environment.

One of the Best clinic Aster having till on the basis of:
1. Friendly staff.
2. Less time to spend on waiting for consultation.
3. Dr Rajput is polite and humble and down to earth (i had shown my kids last week to him due to fever and throat infection), he is giving proper attention to patients, listening properly and then advising. Kids friendly doctor i have ever seen here. Not prescribing many medicine but giving to the point treatment as well as dietary advice. After consulting with him my kids say doctor uncle is best, he is always smiling.
4. Good to see family room available to get seated while waiting, rather than mix up.
5. Easy accessible from university road.
6. Good for those who are having short time.
7. Best Visiting hours based on days. Off peak i.e Tuesday and Wednesday must be between 2 pm till 6 pm less rush hours.

Suggestions:

ASTER MANAGEMENT please arrange pharmacy over there. Difficult to get medicine nearby, as our insurance doesn’t cover there.

One of the worst clinics I ever visited.

I went to this clinic for my daughter's urine routine test due to urgency.

They told the result will be available in the morning next day.

When I visited them next day evening, they told the test result is not available yet and I will get SMS to my mobile, when it gets ready.

This is the first place from where I have learnt that Urine routine test requires more than 24 hours, whereas in all other places it takes maximum 15-30 minutes.

I don't recommend anyone to go to this clinic anymore, as it will be a wastage of your time and money. It's better to go to any pharmacy directly and consume medicine based on their suggestions.
