Poor attitude and not detail oriented about the product, after lot of my text message ignored via what’s up finally I got appointment to visit the villa house, she was very ignorant and poor customer handling, even if I wanted the villa I feel bad they way ms N handling my tour overall.

Its my worst experience with this real eastate. Agents Fazil and Vasanta both are big Cheaters.
I booked flat on 20 nov 2022 and they lie to me that there is sewa issue, today on 29 Dec after 45 days when i visited there, i found that other tenants are in flat.
They are giving u only fake promis.
I strongly recommend to all never deal with this agency specialy Wi
th Fazil and vasanta both are cheaters.
If u have any deal better cancell immidiately.

One of the most unpleasant experience I'm getting from (Ms. N) this was my first experience with your agency and for sure would be the last.
During 4 days I was chasing the above agent to get details about a property on your portfolio and arrange a visit, unfortunately this agent is not well trained enough about the basics of customer service. Just by courtesy she had to acknowledge whatever message she receive in WhatsApp instead of reading and ignore!
People don't have time to waste with such attitude.
Hopefully my feedback will help to improve your services in future.
