Adnoc Petrol Station Al Taawun

For the second time I am in for an oil change and the employees are evading work and sending me to another station, once under the pretext that his hand is injured and he cannot change the filter and another time under the pretext that he only has the expensive type of oil. I hope that ADNOC management will address this problem.

The inspection service for the registration renewal is very convenient for us living in the area and the process takes about 10 minutes, no more having to drive all the way to Tasjeel and waste hours between waiting and driving in traffic.
As for the gas station itself, its what you'd expect from Adnoc but very busy, car parks are usually full and has very little clearance so its common to see cars stuck there honking at each other, on top of it the cafeteria attracts many cars blocking the way while they wait for their tea.

They only have 1 staff to fill in the petrol and since he is only one u have to wait for long time especially if its peak hours. Suggest yo add staff to avoid this long waiting time

Car wash are good, staff cleaners work efficiently

Abu Dhabi Vehicle can be inspected in this branch. Such a relief as we don't have to travel from sharjah to abu dhabi for inspection. Thank you ADNOC

Special gasoline not working on one of the pumps without noticing the customers till they reach the pump

Worst car service, even for car washing they don't have papers for car mats since one month don't ever go there

I went for A car wash which was fair price 35 dhs, at the pre wash just after its done the staff asked for payment which should be after service is fnished

At the vaccum area staff have one job to clean the interior, and after i left the stains were still in the cup Holder.

Did not. Polish the tyres

Trunk was vacumed and the things were just THROWN back In the trunk, highly un professional move.
Been to other car washes and they literally ASSEMBLE things in trunk back and thats how it. Should be.
Never visiting again!

Today morning I went to fill the fuel in the station. There requested the attendee to full the tank. He asked the payment mode I answered by cash. He filled the tank and I give emirates id and cash. He stated arrgment that emirates id to given before. He asking me that why you tell us before that your required points when every points are added any shopping it will be added after the purchase. I did not understand what was the system.
From long time I use only Adnoc is very good one fine day they requisted my Emirates id they started the point system I do not ask them give point against refilling. They explained that you will get some offer like that they explained
Now they are explaining the rules for the point which we did not asked.

Same petrol station like other the different is service I truly appreciate their work under 45 degree literally is mind blowing. But still if you will ask extra things to do so immediately you will face angry answer such as" this is a not change place " listen man I'm trying give it to you tips. Could you change for me coz I do have "an example" 100 Aed into 50 and rest are 10 or how u wish. Thats I'm facing every 3 days. But now I started up to prepare some cash before come to this petrol station. Make life better use brain
