ADNOC Service Station

It's ok service can be more faster. As there was only one staff was there to fill the patrol and take long time to fill it

Due to Mc Donalds Drive thru no other lanes, we really have to wait long queue to access to ADNOC Gas Station. Moreover, they have very narrow entrance to refuelling point and only one air refilling point which lies in corner which is not easily accessible.

Me and my husband are really the loyal customers for ADNOC for fuel refill in our car. We are both working in hospital so it is really important to make our cars full fuel. I went today 11 April 2020 at 17: 21 in the ADNOC to get a fuel and some snacks in the shop. We heard that there will be compliments for medical personnel so I just ask the Filipina Lady having duty within this time in the cashier about if its true or not but instead she rudely answer me back if I am
on duty or not. If not then she will not give. Only this branch having a rude employee. I know its only a small thing but I am also asking nicely to her but instead we received this kind of attitude. Sad but true. ️

It was too cunjusted, but there is no choice at that place to fill your gas in an emergency situation. I went there because am almost my gas tank was about finish within few kilometers like 25. I mange to reach there and there was a little busy that time I filled it full tank. The best thing that threy removed self fueling system for a While. This will not be applicable in a busy city I belive. Remote area will be preferable.

Very slow workers on fuelling your car, changing oil is fine though! One star cause one of the workers did not close my fuel cap and it fell somewhere and now it is lost and they are 'not responsible' and 'we dont know'. Fuel cap is a key one and the car is old so it is rare to find the same one, else I wouldnt have complained

When you buy petrol from any ADNOC petrol station always fill E-Plus grade in your car, unless you have a sports car. Don't just waste your money buying expensive Super or Special grade because that doesn't make any difference.

Old pump still running in the new times after good Maintenance.
During peak hours there's rush / a waiting & it becomes difficult to manoeuvre the car.
But recently the Authorities did a good upgrade for entry & exit from the main road.

Small, congested and need to get in the service lane early. Sometimes in evening there can be long queues.
