ADNOC Service Station Al Ittihad (194)

Today 9: 45 am, urgently I went to petrol pump for filling the petrol. I faced badly behaviour from the ADNOC first counter staff, if you want to know about the situation pls check your cctv camera, above 15 minits waited for him, (my vihcle Hyundai sonata) time 9: 45….

Very nice staff, ready to assist, even in the middle of the night or dawn,

Only 1 booth is run at night and there is no staff. The staff is also very bad.

يعني المحطة مرتبة بس لو تعيدوا النظر بقصة الخدمة الذاتية اليوم كان في امرأة مريضة مش قادرة تمشي ونزلت تحط بترول لحالا أعيدوا النظر بالخدمة الذاتية

Since the they added the 10 dirham fee of letting the pump fuel worker to fill your tank huge drop on their stations, i personally asked the worker.if i pay this 10 dirhams is it going for you or at least kind of percentage? He answered no.i am happy with ENOC, EPPCO and EMARAT petrol stations.
