ADNOC Service Station Al Mussalla (592)

Worst customer service experience from the call center 800300. Its been 3 weeks I have registered a complaint. Whenever I call them they will register new complaints instead of solving the old one. CS-04277304
This is the last one they have registered. Have to wait for long time to speak. Last week when I called 800300, I ask them to speak with the supervisor and they told me that the supervisor will call me back with in 2 hours. Until now nobody contacted me. Its better to close your reward program until you have got good customer service team at your call center

It's a regular ADNOC petrol station but the good thing about this spot is that it also has a good rest area, 3-4 fast food options and Masjid.

It is a serve yourself fuel station and their services a re e exceptional

Good place for filling up petrol and ATM machine is available

Quality and Service are good, however avoid peak hour visits

Located in a very convenient place in heart of Shariah. It is an old petrol station. It is small and have limited space, so often becomes congested. Sometimes the waiting line stretches up to the road. The ramp to access the oil change station is short and very steep. One of the few petrol stations to have manual car wash but it is slightly expensive and old. I would suggest a complete revamp of the service station.
