ADNOC Service Station Muwaileh (877)

Service of ADNOC Oasis (the shop) was very poor as i wasted my time to get coffee which I did not get. The rest of services are very good such as pumping gas and car wash. Please look into your shop services.

They don't know how to use Adnoc application. They told there is no discount in oil change if its not 10k and that was wrong

The service in gas and fuel is good. However, people in the barista need to be trained, they are new and don't have smart skills to deal with customers, compared to workers in other barista in other stations, others are much better and smarter

There is something wrong with your car washing service. The guys left stains all over my black car. When it became dark, the car looked worse than before the washing. Please, control the quality of the services you provide under ADNOC brand. Extremely unpleasant experience.

Very much congested. Single wash room next to coffee shop for these busiest station. Due to the continues uses it always dirty.
LPG Cylinder was not available around 10.30 AM Sunday.

يجب مخالفة من يقوم بتصرفات غير قانونيه في المحيط المحطه ،، اليوم سياره نيسان بترول سوداء دخلت للمحطه من طريق المخصص للخروج ، بسرعه وتهور ، واوقف سيارته امام مطعم المأكولات السريعه ، واخذ يرفع صوته على العاملين ؟! تصرف غير مسؤول ، خصوصا والسيارات مليئه بالعائلات والاطفال ، يجب محاسبة من يقوم بتصرف متهور في منطقه حساسه مثل محطة البترول. مع فائق الاحترام والتقدير

Both the air pump in the facility were not working and none of the staff bothered to inform me even though they saw me shuttling between both of them for about half hour. I came from Abu Dhabi to pick some one from airport. Rather than filling the air, it emptied completely

ذهبت لغسيل السياره في هذه المحطه وكانت لدي بطاقة ادنوك لغسيل السيارات ولكن تعذر ألعاملون عن قبول البطاقه بسبب عدم وجود آلة لتحصيل المبلغ من هذه البطاقة

Very rude car wash workers. They refused to give me my change and I’ve had a very bad experience. I asked them for tire polish yet they didn’t polish my tires. I’m never washing my car here again

I’m very disappointed with the car wash service. They charge 35 AED yet the car is poorly cleaned.

Fuel filling staff attitude is very bad. I was about to stop to fill but the machine was not working.the machine in front was ok (other car was filling from it) but the guys there wanted me to go back and again stay in line.and the way they where saying was not at all polite. I have never felt this kind of behaviour from any other staff till now.

Car wash personnel like to waste time doing nothing with a long lane waiting.

The most spacious and neatly laid out fuel station I ever saw. Adnoc stores are well stocked for coffee and refreshments. Great job!
