Dear Sir Madam,

Respected,

I would like informed you that incident happen with me at service station No. 868 today morning I visit the Adnoc Service Station to fill petrol in my company car after filling petrol the staff they denied to provide the bill when i try to talk the Supervisor and in charge in the service station 868 they also not respectful talk to me.when i told i will be make complaint against this bad behavior they let me to wait 30 min in the service station for the bill then they provide some other person bill to me which is product (special c). They provide the bill which is not mine fuel bill was product is super.and they said this is same amount bill so you keep this when i said that i will be make complaint about this in your head office.then they said you go and make complain where ever you want we don't cares.like this such of behavior your service station person make me very upset to not fill the petrol again with adnoc.
Please we have request you to keep good manager & staff in your service station to support customer not to make upset or Unrespectfull things with others customer

The guys how filling petrol was not issue bill with car number and he cancelled the filling
