Makes me wonder why I did not read all the reviews before I boarded an Air Arabia flight.chaos at its highest order, and the glorified flight attendants just stand there.it almost feels as if they were recruited to wear a uniform and arrogantly stand around. Well, i'm not even going to think about what may happen should there be an emergency.
I had the most pompous male flight attendant who gave the passengers the impression that we had to greet him and be nice to him.what a laugh or should I say joke.

The worst experience ever! They hide terms and conditions and when you are at the plane, they say oh sorry you are aloud on this plane! Even though you have the right legally to go to your country of destination. Just hey come on loose your money and buy another ticket! It happened to several people who also tried to go on that plane. Simply no money refund!

Air Arabia Cabin Crew did not give me the pre-paid meal for my flight from Basel to Casablanca, when I asked them they said that hei have new crow and that their forgot the meal. They wanted to offer me a replacement in an open pack and unpackaged sandwich without specifying the shelf life and content, on my shown insert about this condition, the flight attendant wanted to offer me money, which they feared trouble if I reported it. I assume the crow ate the food, very embarrassing!
The toilets were dirty and there was no paper, when I reported this to the male and female flight attendants Crow in the front of the cabin, both just said and didn't do it. I reported all this to customer service and asked for my money back for the food I paid for and didn't receive, they sent me a standard reply and they didn't respond to my request. I will publicize this experience everywhere and take legal action against Air Arabia, have evidence of everything.

Nasty and old plans. It's like setting in a cow farm literally. Whatsup online chat, no customer service phone number to call. They damaged my luggage, which cost me 140$. I filled a claim at abu doubia airport lost luggage. I submitted the form many times, but they pretended not to see it and said I did not. I filled a claim with world civil aviation and usa civil aviation. It has been 5 months. Give yourself a favor and avoid them at all cost. Many people do not even get their luggage delivered. Flight G9351, Sharjah to Bishkek on 16.10.22 Worst experience ever and we did not take off yet, 3 hrs flight delay, after onboarding and 2,5 hrs of waiting inside the plane, the cabin crew found out that the door could not be locked in the airplane (how could you let on boarding to the plane with technical issues?), than all passengers been asked to change the aircraft (for own safety, as per the pilot), other half an in the bus - finally entered another plane, another hour of waiting for a cabin crew and pilot to be changed (due to some licensing not given to operate the flight, as per the cabin crew), during all this time cabin crew behaves, sorry, like on a Friday market (haha hihi, roaming around, not explaining anything to the passengers)

Just landed and learnt that cabin crew mistakenly blocked an emergency door and it caused 3 hrs flight delay and aircraft change‍️

Cheers to a second crew (that cane as a replacement), who actually operated the flight - blessing, smooth take off and landing, pilot and stewardesses are amazing

Madam Noor, the best person I would say from Airport Support team. Met her at Sharjah Airport trasfer desk for Air Arabia, she made my year, went above and beyond to make my impossible turkey visit possible. After 2 hours of continuous effort, she managed to get authorisation for me to visit turkey, so that I can see off my kids who were on trasit visa for 1 day. Because of noor I was able to hug my kids. Thank you Air Arabia, and Thank you Noor.

Worst airline that I’ve ever traveled so far. We had worst experience 3 times in our family from this same airline. Non-cordial, non-supportive & non-accommodating staff.
Incidents are as below:
- We had 2people traveling at same PNR & we had 20-20-20kg baggages yet We had to make 30 & 25kg & throw 5kg stuff at the airport bin.

- They didn’t allow us to travel to Saudi coz they had wrong information from Saudi Immigration that we can’t travel though any other airline but Saudi carrier. So we had to waste 4tickets & book another Saudi Airline flight. Later to our disappointment we inquired at Saudi airport & found out that the information was not correct.

- My Mother & Brother had to come back home in another incident after getting the boarding pass & passing the immigration, coz they didn’t want to miss Salah hence showed up 15minutes at the gate before the flight. They could’ve easily made to the flight well before the flight time yet the staff chose them not to. Irony was the whole flight had to wait for another 20-25mins for the luggage to be taken off the flight. Their preference was to waste another 25mins of all the passengers but to be a bit more accommodative.

They obviously don’t care about reviews or what people really think about them, but here’s another bad review.

The airline flies fine and the seats are good as budget can be. The bad part is the customer service and the greed for money.

There was an error on their part to charge me extra for the ticket, extra for baggage even though we didn’t choose. Also they have charged me to change a date on my ticket 3 hours after it was booked. FLYDUBAI CHARGED US NOTHING TO CHANGE FARES. ALL INTERNATIONAL AIRLINES INCLUDING BUDGET.

There is a much better customer service from any other airline even Flydubai, but airArabia’s hunger for money is ignoring world standards.

Even though I booked on their airline website, they sold me a ticket 3 hours earlier which was more expensive than after! Even with no fare change, they still charged me a change fee + some admin fee.

It’s things like this that make this airline a bad option.

I spoke to Mr. Ahmed from customer service and he was like an angel send from above. I had booked for my fight via cleartrip which was a worst portal ever for bookings! Mr. Ahmed heard my complaint and was kind enough to understand my concern and he spoke to his supervisor and He sorted my prob in just few minutes. His gesture during my bad time will always be remembered. Alhamdulillah and because of the same I will always and forever choose Air Arabia and only Air Arabia for my future bookings! If there was any more star than 5 star, I would happily choose it for his service provided to me! God bless! #happycustomer

Worst airline, They will cancel flight when they get to know that they have no enough passengers.

So we cannot plan our travels

When you ask for refund they will decide what ever amount they feel you will get only 40% of paid value (specially when you cancel 1 way because of their mis-management)
Need an option for no star for organization like this.

Avoid taking Air Arabia at all costs! I even called the local office and they didn't help with anything. I travel frequently and have flown through some cheaper airlines but didn't experience such bad customer service as I did with Air Arabia. I was travelling for a conference with my final destination as Canada and had my ticket booked from Hyderabad, India to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia with a connection at Sharjah, UAE through Air Arabia. My second ticket which was booked by the conference was from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

When I was booking the Air Arabia ticket, I was concerned about the short 45 min connection time at Sharjah and called them. The agent in the call center said it's nothing to worry about and gave me reassurance that I won't have any issues. When I was checking in, I asked at the counter and they said the same thing. At the gate, I found out that the flight hasn't arrived yet and is late (which seems to be a frequent occurrence). I asked the Air Arabia agent and he mentioned I will have no problems catching my next flight.

Once I reached Sharjah, the next flight had already left and I was stranded at the airport. They said they would rebook me on the next flight to Jeddah but that would be useless as I would miss the connecting flight after and be stranded at the airport in Jeddah again. They were very adamant and didn't do much to help despite it being fully Air Arabia's fault that my next flight to Canada will be missed because their plane was late.

I took the next flight to Jeddah and had to purchase an expensive new same-day ticket to the US to eventually go to Canada in order to make it for the conference in time.

Air Arabia did nothing to help rebook the ticket and I had to bear the costs as a student for something that is fully their fault - even despite confirming with them 3 different times. I would never take their flight again by choice and would recommend paying slightly more if needed if you can find a different airline. Travel is already stressful and I would recommend saving yourself the hassle.

I travelled from Sharjah Airport to Goa on 30th December 2021 and Mr. Vincent who checked in my baggage is undoubtedly one of Air Arabia's best staff. Such a helpful and kind gentleman. It is staff like him that makes people want to travel again with the same airline.

Few weeks back i had traveled via Airarabia from Cochin to Sharjah with my 7th month baby all alone and the travel with them was the worst.

Before boarding, at the gate I asked if somebody could assist me with the bags as I had 1 bag and stroller and my baby wasn't sitting in the stroller I had to carry her along with my bag and push the stroller to which the staff said ma'am we don't have such an option.
After entering the flight I asked if i could keep my bag (backpack) down during the take off and landing as I had my baby's essentials like milk powder and bottles to which they said "No". They were not helpful at all. After landing they didn't even help me to get my bag from the overhead compartment.
I got out of the plane with my baby all alone and the weather was bad, too cold and I had to take the bus without any assistance.

All this is despite paying extra for front row seats and despite meet and greet at both airports. With other airlines and same facilities I have been treated very well as I was traveling with an infant. Air arabia is a definite no in the future.

Uzbekistan embassy confirmed that dubai visa holders doesn’t need Uzbekistan visa to enter in Uzbekistan but the air arabia staff at sharjah air port says they need visa, air arabia is not giving any email or paper to show to embassy and embassy is saying no need Uzbekistan visa to enter

The worst possible airline you can find, the only reason i use this airline is because i want to land in sharjah (which is the only airline that land in sharjah).

They will literally weigh your hand bag to check if it has more weight, and then charge you money.

Their flights are so old and squeaky. I can barely have leg room on my seat.

There is absolutely no safety measurements for COVID, they transfer everyone in a bus to the plane. They weight for the bus to be filled and they close the doors.

The Best Budget Airline ever, they are never late if not before time. Really amazing experience, smooth take-off and landing. Also recommended if you have a medical emergency or travel of a patient.

I have never experienced such a bad experience in UAE until I had to deal with air arabia. I had to wait for at least 15-30 minutes on the phone to get my call attended to. Then such a rude agent picks up the line with attacking tone. Very disappointing experience

Ridiculous and pathetic customer service, got stuck at Lahore Airport in the morning flight, really felt helpless since there's no 24 hours contact no by the airline and you have to wait for their offices to open in UAE even if you miss the flight they dont care.
Never ever recommended.

Very poor customer support, I have tried more then 20 times in last 24 hours, most of time lines are busy, if get connected 4~5 times, it was on hold for more then 30 minutes, and after holding 30 minutes call disconnected, such a big airline and such a cheap response.

Worst airlines ever, i have been blocked in the sharjah airport because of an error in there system or something, not only this, but the transfer went from 6 hours to 38 hours, i tryed talking to the people in the passport control, they never gave any direct answer, always "waiting for confirmation from Moscow, no manager around to get to the bottom of this, no, the main office is closed and will be open in 2 days, your seat is blocked right now, we cannot answer anymore your question sir " like what am i supposed to do in such situations, i can't just sit around and think that the world is all rainbows and flowers, someone help me solve this.

Hello every body please do not make travel insurance suggest by Air Arabia (Tune Protect Insurance) because they are not fullfil their committed for claim but looting public money. No clear answer from insurance company they gave 30 working days and already passed when i asked them they mentioned Air Arabia not answering of reason of delay baggage. I will suggect buy air ticket or insurance from United States websites, you will get services on time as per my experience.

Overall flight is fine but the staff on sharjah airport is corrupt. I had a laptop bag while traveling as usual, no one ever asked me to give for the weight to include in handcarry. I checked my hand carry on boarding counter and he said it’s fine as weight was 10.5 and my allowed weight was 10 KG. Fair enough he didn’t asked to remove half KG. But after getting boarding pass when I went to go upstairs there was another staff to check the hand carry he said he will include the laptop bag with my hand carry I said no one does this. But he did add it and as a result weight become almost 15 KG as I had 2 laptop one personal and other from office. He asked me to pay AED 400 extra or throw away 5 KG.what a shame I was not able to throw my personal laptop or office laptop to save 400 AED. At the end I opened my hand carry and took out a bag of 3kg candies that I bought for my kids. I realized he was looking on candies, I said ok I will leave this bag let me go and he did it happily.that’s why I said they are corrupt I am sure not all the staff but there are few corrupt like the staff I met unfortunately. Be aware of this issue if you are traveling on this airline via sharjah Airport.

Air Arabia

My flight was cancelled by Air Arabia. They refused to refund my money although I clearly stated that i am not a regular traveler and do not see myself using the voucher on Air Arabia flight anytime soon. I suggested to let me use the voucher on other services provided by Air Arabia i.e. Hotel booking or car hire but they again refused.
Now I filed a complaint with Sharjah Economic Developement Department دائرة التنمية الإقتصادية بالشارقة SEDD consumer protection lets see if they can help.

Since May 2020, i was requesting your pardon to get the refund amount to my bank account for me and my family survival in UAE.  

I lost my job and looking for new job since May 2020.since from that time,   i am looking for getting my money back. I don't understand what's is your thinking about a common man. Poeple who doesn't want to travel further,   how they will use of their credit voucher?  

Is this mail is read by a human being?

Then i could get a juatice from you or you may forward this to your higher officials to whom they understand the feelings of a common man,   who doesn't have job and looking for his own earned money that has been put it in your account since February 2020.

As if now,   you would be able to raise some good amount of interes rate in your bank with MY MONEY,   that i have raosed for booking family tickets.  

I feel shame on your people and administration that doesn't need to understand the problems of your customer.   And even i am calling your customer service centre,   the phone will automatically cut off after my 10-15minutes of waiting to speak to your service men.  

Do you think,   is this the right way to count your bank balance?   

Do you think,   i have earned money to support like this airlines or my family?  

Think once more and understand my bad situation,   not only me a number of people are looking for refund money in this pandemics. Its not created by themself,   the people trusted your airlines and book the tickets. But here if this happens to the whole world,   how people like me will live further.

If I could give no stars I would. Unhelpful rude staff at all levels. Broke our expensive luggage then refused to let us to a claim form for insurance. Delayed and kept us on a hot sweltering plane for an hour before take off. Extremely terrible airline! Avoid this airline at all costs, they are beyond hopeless!

WARNING TO EVERYONE: Cancellation policy is not clearly shown during buying tickets. If you even purchase Flexible tickets and cancel it later. The money will NOTTTTT be credited to you bank account but to ther account for future flights which expires in one year. The worst Airline I have experienced in my life

Worst airline ever,

They advertised to give free wheelchair service when you purchase a flight ticket but in the airport they will ask you to pay 100 AUD and they dont even listen to your complain.

Also their airplane for Long Range is Airbus 321 Neo which is really small for 8 hours flight.

No doubt that this is low cost flight.but I was disappointed during my first and last journey with air arabia. I was flying from Gizan saudi arabia to Kathmandu nepal via air arabia and my transit point was at sharjha airport. I have been checked in from Gizan airport and went to Sharjha airport inorder to get connecting flight to Kathmandu. After waiting about 7 hrs at airport while my flight departure time came I went towards Mentioned gate by airport authorities because I had already boarding pass from Gizan airport for next flight. I had one hand bag with me I was moving towards get for final security check suddenly few air arabia staffs having manual weight machine where they are stopping the passengers ang taking weight of their hand baggage.they stopped me at same place and took weight of my handbag which shows about 13 kg, while allowed hand baggage is 10.then they ask me to pay additional charge for extra 3 kg which cost about 100 SAR but I strongly refused to pay because I had brought 3kg sweets from duty free.after many discussion they told me to remove excess 3 kg things from my bag but I refused too finally they allowed me to go without payung extra ccharges. But I was standing for a while at same place then I found that the air arabia staff is collecting money from passengers and keeping on his pocket without issuing any invoice. They just attached one Tag on the bag. My question is No doubt that air arabia mention the permitted weight of handbaggage but is this right place to take weight of hand baggage of passengers? Is this a professional way of getting charges of excess baggage? Is that amount reach to airarabia company or that will be personal properties of tgose staffs?

during my returning flight after one month the flight departured 30 min late from Kathmandu due to traffic flow at there which is normally occaring there.after reaching sharha airport its about 1: 30 pm and my connecting flight to Gizan was at 1: 45 which was missed. Then we went to transfer section we (there were another 4 persons with me) were informed that next flight will be after 24 hrs. After few request they provide us one vouture for a lunch then we went to dedicated restaurant located near sharjha dutyfree. After standing about 5 min at restaurant counter we got packed meal (biryani) which was not fresh. Then we went again to the Transfer section and they given us one vouture for hotel. We went to the transit hotel located inside Sharjha airport. Hotel staff shows one room which was not looks as hotel room from any angle. Air arabia provided us a hall where 4o nos of beds on one hall as i uploaded on pictures, no properly house keeping done. Not organizeed. I spend about 20 hrs on that hall and fly back.to gizan.

I chose Air Arabia over Pegasus because they promoted that they were providing more baggage allowance. When I called the call centre they said they I could purchase extra 20 kgs for 20 AED. And I canceled my Pegasus flight, then booked a flight from Air Arabia.

When I went for check-in (at the sales branch at Al Ghurair Centre) the employee there (Mohamed) said I have 8 kgs excess baggage and I should pay 366 AED. I was shocked. I told him what I talked with the call center guy. But he insisted on the payment. Then I asked for a discount at least. He said "ok let's consider it as 7 kgs and your payment is 310 AED). I said "This is not fair, you can be flexible about it. Other airlines are so. And also I was misinformed by your call center". And he invited his manager. The manager (Anna) was very rude and grumpy. She grumbled "You have 8 kgs excess and you have to pay". I said "What? A couple of minutes ago your personnel made a discount and now you're even ignoring that? "
She said "I'm his manager and it doesn't matter what he says. It's my word which is valid". I gave up and said "ok, I will pay. I gave them my debit card" and she grumbled with a very rude face and tone of voice "We don't accept card, pay in cash".
And I paid in cash.

1.) Air Arabia call centre does misinform
2.) The personnel at the check-in are rude.

Thank you Air Arabia, you showed me all the reasons why I shouldn't fly with you.
