They tried on a 22' suitcase for me very angrily at the BKK airport, the employee at the check-in desk almost shouted at me. In the end, they agreed that it was within the dimensions. Then they began to convince me that the laptop should be weighed together with the carry on, and it should be no more than 10 kg. Although in all airlines you can additionally take a laptop. They tore off all the tags from my luggage and forced me to leave check-in. I had to open suitcases and transfer things and carry them into luggage, so that 10 kg would come out
This airlines and sharjah international airport is running a scam where when checking in they ask for travelers insurance. This was not mentioned in their website nor when booking a ticket. Then they sent people to SATA agency and they say it is mandatory. So everybody has to pay 100aed per person in order to get checked in.
لا انصح بي هذه الشركه وخصوص في تعامل مع المسافر والموظفين التعامل معهم بي اسلوب غير لائق ولا يوجد احترام للعميل وكنت مسافر والمضيفات لا تقدر علي اسعافات الاوليه ولا يوجد قياس ضغط ولا حتى قياس سكر لا انصح بها
I do not recommend this company, especially in dealing with the traveler and the staff. Dealing with them in an inappropriate manner and there is no respect for the customer.
What is the meaning of customer service? Since May 2020, i was requesting your pardon to get the refund amount to my bank account for me and my family survival in UAE.
I lost my job and looking for new job since May 2020.since from that time, i am looking for getting my money back. I don't understand what's is your thinking about a common man. Poeple who doesn't want to travel further, how they will use of their credit voucher?
Is this mail is read by a human being?
Then i could get a juatice from you or you may forward this to your higher officials to whom they understand the feelings of a common man, who doesn't have job and looking for his own earned money that has been put it in your account since February 2020.
As if now, you would be able to raise some good amount of interes rate in your bank with MY MONEY, that i have raosed for booking family tickets.
I feel shame on your people and administration that doesn't need to understand the problems of your customer. And even i am calling your customer service centre, the phone will automatically cut off after my 10-15minutes of waiting to speak to your service men.
Do you think, is this the right way to count your bank balance?
Do you think, i have earned money to support like this airlines or my family?
Think once more and understand my bad situation, not only me a number of people are looking for refund money in this pandemics. Its not created by themself, the people trusted your airlines and book the tickets. But here if this happens to the whole world, how people like me will live further.
If you work at the airport, A1 building mainly accommodation for the crew there is a nice place there for serving food, you can enjoy a decent meal, breakfast is nice
