Its a scam and fake company.i was called for interview via email.one lady took all my documents copy and ask me to pay 210 AED.i asked this fee is for what purpose! She said its for your emirates ID. As i was in the flow of that continues questionnaire i gave her money.she told by monday you will receive email for interview. No calls no response no emails.

I just want to say our uae government why they are not taking any action for that kind of scammer now a days day by day these kind of scammer people are more active and we such like innocent people target of this scramble. Hopefully in future our uae government they are not more tolerate like this kind of fraudulent behavior.

They are all ruthless, don't waste your money here, they don't give jobs to anyone, they just take money and don't even listen

Scamers, Fake interview. Asked for 210 dirhams, Should screw them, I wonder why the police or CIDs not taking action against them? And they always change the company’s name, but location is the same!

I also receive multiple emails for those job positions which i had not applied for ‍️, why UAE govt is not taking action against these looter's?

My Brother just got an interview today and they're asking 315aed change visa status fee. I called and told them that there's Law in UAE that Employer should not ask for any payment to the employee. Then she's telling me that this is refundable and this and that.so I checked their company profile in goggle and there I saw all negative reviews. Shame to this Kabayan lady who's victimizing her co-Filipino Overseas Worker.

Beware of Al Alam Al Afdhal, it is a scam company. They charge 210 dirhams from job seeker and then they offered me a salary pack of 3500 dirhams.that too on the condition of working within a week. Even after 1 month there is no response from them. So I contacted them and a lady answered the call but she didn't speak, she doesn't know how to speak politely.

Oh my god last week I went there and paid 210 now waiting for call and mail and praying for a good job.we all should go there and collect our money. After reading reviews iam shocked with in 2 or 3 minutes I paid 210.

My God i realized it was a scam when i already paid my last money.but i came back to get a refund but the lady give this reciept to to me told me not to worry just wait for an email. Lets wait for 1 week and see.

Uae police must enquiry for this like agencies. Today the mnaager pakisthani bite me and wrongly behave me. I say i want to cancellation. That time he said after 20 days. This agencies give job less people and take mony every people. 0 star

This woman Muskan from INDIA, she's a deceiver, she will say all the good things a jobseeker wants to hear! And that filipina from the entrance who shut the door so loud after we left with our complain, how sad Kabayan, you are a Filipina also like me struggling for a job but it so sad that you are one of these people and that African in room 3 who keep shouting at us when i said i will withdraw my application so I can get my money, shame on you! I don't want to give this 1 star to this company, fully fraud. I went two days before for Job interview. A lady named Zoya did not ask me any questions and said that she was impressed by my education and experience. She told that I got job on a construction company in HR and my role is hiring and firing. She ask 200 dhms for legal procedures and 10 dhms for VAT. But she clearly mentioned in the receipt that 200 dhms for interview scheduling. After 2 days I called her number and it is invalid. Reviewed their company and knew it was a fraud company. Now only I realized her word 'hiring and firing'. I feel shame on me how fool I am. Whoever reading this post, please inform this to your jobseeking friends. Atleast they won't loose money.

This agency is scammer they will collect 210aed for processing and interview and they will promise you a good salary and job but after collecting your money you will be a piece of shit if you will asked and follow up from their WhatsApp number they send you forward answers continuously on process be patient it takes 10-15 working days etc. Don't waste your time to come there 100%scammed.

I took my friend for this office when i was checking the details one african guy comes and threatened me. He said he will put a case on me.for asking details then i reaize something is wrong all scam poor people fall in this? They keep on moving to new places. And dont provide proper details untill u come for the extact location

They are 110% scammers, with all the false promises they made to take money (210 AED) from candidates and then they do nothing.

Very bad service, really cheaters, take innocent job seekers money and may god curse them, never ever plz don't go to this place, don't loose your money, they give hope and take the money after that they don't try at all, The UAE government should look into this as it makes the image bad on the government as well, I humbly request the government to take actions against this cheaters, we come here in hope and they ruin it, I'll complain to the police and the relevant authorities and hope they'll punish these guys, plz don't visit this place, definitely they'll cheat you.

0 stars. Not worth your money. I had to fight for only 55dhs they took from me. They will not listen to you even if you have your reasons. I was not looking for a job anymore with them and they kept insisting to pay the full amount to get the refund back (210)! Why? I talked to the manager and waited for more than 20 mins and they only gave me back 30dhs because of a piece of hard paper they put "MY Documents" I gave them inside! If you pay more they will deduct more. BE CAREFUL! Very unprofessional and FAKE scamers.

They are collecting 210 AED from all candidates and doing nothing for arranging any interview. They just collect the money to meet their daily target. They simply promising that money will be return if candidates are not getting interview or job after two weeks. But they will never return the money even after two weeks if we request them to return. They are using money back promise to cheat innocent peoples those who are ready to get a job for daily bread and butter of their family by even paying something. They are taking advantage and misusing the current pandemic situation, candidate’s hope, dreams and emotions to their family.they are simply looting the pocket even from unemployed people. My advice to all candidates not to pay any single AED to this recruitment team on any promises. They are calling to their office to cheat us.

I had paid 210 but they never call me for interview within a month. It's fraud company. After big drama 150 return. Don't go there, will take 210 but never call for interview. Taking benifit of frustrated job less candidates.

Scammers all of them, especially that indian lady Anna.they will just interviewed you then they will tell you we will get back to you after 7 to 8 days, which is not true they wont call you nor send anything. Even I wonder why till now the police have not yet arrest them and close their stupid scam office. You people you should be ashamed of yourself people are in need of a job and you are using that as an advantage to scam them.

This is a very sick place. From the moment I stepped in I know there is something fishy going-on. The first red flag is that I noticed the staff are not professionals. They consistently bang doors and not wearing proper uniforms. Then I heard complaints from a job seeker and wanted her documents back. Then I saw people coming out from the "evaluation office" with receipts and from there I know there will be money involved. Another thing is that, the interview lasts for only 1-2mins, professional interviews will take more than that for them to know more about the interviewee.

I'm sure everyone inside received an e-mail for this interview. Mine was sent by Zareen and was told I am going to be interviewed by Anna. Something is not right because there is no company declared in the email. I finally found the name of the company inside the waiting area, unfortunately, I don't have access to the internet at that moment to check for reviews.

In my case I happen to had an interview near the area and told myself I want to check this out and so I went there. I waited for my turn because I wanted to know what are they telling people.

I finally met this Lady Scammer Anna. Offered me a job in a big company and you know the rest, all those sugar-coated lies. It's a good thing I already worked in Dubai before and knew this kind of scam.

After that she asked for 210aed for the processing fee. I bluntly told her there is nothing metioned on the e-mail that I have to pay for anything and so I didn't bring extra cash. She even had the guts to ask me how did I managed to be in UAE and seek for a job without extra money. I told her my husband is working in Emaar for many years and that I don't have to bring extra money for job hunting. I asked her about the details of the company that will hire me, all she said is that it's a big company, probably she had a hard time creating an imaginary company name. I told her I would be back that same afternoon to get some money and pay her.

I went outside and recharged my etisalat and finally had an access to the internet. And there you go, all the NEGATIVE reviews are here. If only I can go back inside the office and warn everyone that this is a Complete SHAM. This is why I wrote a long review.

I feel sorry for those who took time to go there just like me, I feel sorry for those who put an effort to fully dressed up and hoping they will get a job and I feel sorry especially for those who actually paid for it. SHAME on this company and their staff for making a living by fooling hopeful people. We went here for a job not to be a victim.

To all the jobseekers out there like me, if someone asked for Money always think twice. Research on them first before paying for anything. Real employers don't ask for money for a job, they conduct proper interviews, and you will know how professional they are.

I hope this Al Alam Al Afdhal company will be shut down for good.
