Very rarely do i prefer to give 5 stars since nothing has absolutely been perfect. Needed a wheel bearing for my truck & called them on the landline. Mr. Kiran was very responsive & asked me to share the details on whatsapp. Was super prompt to respond to all queries & also mentioned the price & availability. To ensure that I dont drive just to see the sample, he shared detailed photographs of the product highlighting the model no. & the packing which made it easy for me to pass on the information to the garage. When enquired, if the piece can be returned just in case the material did not match, he was more than happy to take it back as long as the same wasnt used. All of the above is standard operating procedure in most places but the prompt response & the willingness to help a customer not known to them was what impressed me. Hope you keep it up.
