للاسف تاخير في العمل وعدم اتقانه. عدم اصلاح الاعطال وتركيب القطع التجاريه والحجه هي ان سياره تغطيها التامين رغم ان التامين شامل ومبلغ مدفوع له وقدره

Very very very bad garage specially to paint, i dont advise to ise them at all they failed to paint a bumper with more than 10 days to replace it

I did my oil and engine and filter change.
They miss placed my wiper cover.
Since one month they promised to get me a new one.
They are disconnecting the phone in my face since then
The supervisor is totally unprofessional speaks no English
I need my right.
Tried calling landlines with no success.
Asked for manager called back with no success

Thanks for the Arabia team especially. Mr. Niyas Khan. Because my car left side was completely damaged and they Repaired it properly and they gave me on time even through it was buzy schedule. Also thank you for the quality of service you had provided by your company. Nice Service. Quality of repairing works is excellent. I am really satisfied.

I had a recent car accident recently and was in need of car repair shop as soonest possible time. My insurance company, Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire (TMNF) did an awesome job to recommend Al Arabia Auto Maintenance Workshop, Sharjah.

I can't say enough good things about Al Arabia Auto Maintenance Workshop, they went above and beyond in repairing my car. From the moment I brought it in, Mr. Ajith was very helpful and he promptly process the required documentation for the repairs. He provided an outstanding customer service.

I have Qatar Insurance for my car, this is the garage they asked me to go to for windshield replacement. Approvals from the insurance took some time but the work in the garage took 1 day. Overall, I am satisfied with their work.

Very poor not at all friendly staff.please try to learn how to behave with a customer.we were coming for insurance repair doesn’t mean to see all your attitudes

Worst workshop to deal with in my whole life.
Took 6 days to make a small polishing work in rear bumper, very unorganized, poor quality and employees are so rude and lying about anything i ask them they kept delaying receiving my car also for no reason.
Never again

اسوء معامله و خدمه حصلتها من هذا المكان اندعمت و كنت انا المتضرر و من الدعمه في اشياء ثانيه اختربت داخل السيارة و لكنهم رفضو يصلحون الضرر الداخلي بحجه انه السيارة قديمه و طبيعي يخترب و فما يغطيه التامين قلت لهم ماشي مشكله على الاقل خلصو لي السيارة من برع بسرع وقت قالو في ظغط على الكراج و جلست اتواصل مع الكراج كل يوم بس اشوف كم باقي على السيارة خلوني انتظر 3 اسابيع و يوم يت اخذ السيارة ما صلحو لي دبه السيارة بشكل صحيح كانت ماتنتفح الا بلمفتاح و الشفط مب شغال فقلت لهم انا صارلي انتظر 3 اسابيع اخر تقولون لي تعال استلم السيارة و مب صلحين لي الدبه صح ؟ فقلت لهم ما بوقع على اي ورقه يبولي حد يتافهم معاي مثل الناس يعني رفضتو تصلحون الضرر بشكل كامل ماقلت شي و اللي اتفقت معاكم تصلحونه بعد ماتصلحونه صح ؟. شليت السيارة بغيت اطلع سكرو الباب علي قالو يا توقع يا تخلي السيارة مكانها فتميت واقف عند الباب وصارت مشادة كلاميه رفضو يخلوني اطلع لدرجه اجتمعو علي 4 واحد فيهم يقول لا تعلي صوتك هذا كراجي احترم نفسك قلت له انت مالك دخل لا تتدخل قالي بعد تعرف هذا كراج منو ؟ هذا كراج الشيخ ؟ شو دخل موضوع تصليح سيارة بكراج الشيخ ؟ و صل الموضوع لمركز الشرطة خافو فتحو الباب قالو خلاص بنسويلك الشفط تعال باجر بنعدل كهرباء مال الدبه الزبدة من كل هذا انا المتضرر و ايلي كراج يهددني ويمشيني على كيفه ؟ مايصير ها الكلام.

I would like to thank Al Arabia Auto Maintenance for giving my car a good repair. I had my cars paintwork done and the quality of paint and work was really good. Mr. Hisham is very professional and helpful keep up the good work.and Thanks the professionals who done this work.a few people I met in it Mr. Anish paint & polish (Supervisor), Mr. Immanuel, and Body works Mr. Sreekumar, Mr. Satheeshan. The workshop is huge and Highly recommended to service it.

Great work. My Toyota Camry was heavily damaged in multiple places, but now it is as good as new. This garage has done a good job in a reasonable amount of time. Mr Hissam is a co-operative and helpful person.

Prasad, ajith, muna and raju were very respectful and helpful.
I’m very satisfied with the service.

Worst garage to deal with, my car has been there for 4 weeks. Painting quality was terrible, they kept all of the parts inside which made the interior in a terrible condition and full of dust. In addition to that, all the supervisors are not professional, not polite, they can’t solve any issue. Would never recommend it to anyone specifically if insurance. If i would rate it it would be -100. They even broke one part on my car and said that it was there before.in short words (garage management is terrible and unprofessional). Worst experience ever, worst people i have dealt with.

Very expensive & incapable!
The worst 2700 i’ve ever paid
- they took all the money and time (to change 3 pressure sensors & engine mounting 8 days!)
- they didn’t even fix the reason I approached them for
- they didn’t even make a road test before or after the service
- i sent the car after washing and they give it dirty (both inside & outside)
- they didn’t even balance the car!
In summary i regret wasting my time & money there.

للاسف اصلاح الهيكل سيئ جدًا لم يتم تركيب الدعاميله الاماميه جيدا ووجود فوارق بين الجانبين والصبغ سيئ كذلك ارجو من المسؤل توعية العمال وتفعيل دور المشرف في التدقيق النهائي على الصلاح لكي يتم تسليم المركبه للعميل بدون اي ملاحظات

I would recommend people to visit here, the prices are reasonable and the service levels are amazing. Mr. Prasad was very professional and very helpful throughout.

Al arabia 24 7 very busy workshop located at center of Sharjah. Staff are active. Now vehicle detailing, body Polish - are upgraded for customers

Very very bad service and i will not deal with this shop or qatar insurance who dealing with this shop! Small scratches taking 10 days maintenance!

They very good at handlung the claim paper work. There was no hustle. Also, their repair work was good

The quality of work is very bad I never experienced like this.
The finishing is very bad, the car recived very dirty and dusty inside and outside.all plants clips removed and didn't reinstall.
The people in the reception are good.
Not recommend at all.

I contacted this workshop for repair of my Nissan Pathfinder. Ms. Nouran and Mr. Anujit promptly assisted me to receive the car. I was impressed with Ms. Nouran's polite and swift handling of customers issues. All the best wishes!

Dear All,

Renault FLUENCE. (Front bumper damaged in accident - Paint and Head light replacement).

I gave the car for the repair shop on the 7th October 2021 and was told that the car will be read by 13th of October, the delivery was delayed and was done on 19th October 2021.

The Paint Job was really bad and the quality of workmanship was pathetic, I was travelling again so took the delivery of the car and returned it on 28th October 2021, i arrived back to the country and came to collect the car on 14th November 2021.

THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DELVIERY EVER, i have done detailed cleaning of the car by paying AED 470, please see below the pictures of the car when i came collect the car, i told the team at the garage and they were like not bothered just dusted and delivered.

I was travelling so was not able to share this last week, the feedback, but this is the most pathetic and unprofessional way to delivery and use the car given for repair job and spoiling the interior of the car.

Please look into this matter and get back to me for with a proper response and action that will be taken for such poor quality and unprofessional behavior.

The employee responsible for the service does not answer the phone or WhatsApp, one of the worst maintenance places in Sharjah

Completed my 160k service in this workshop. To an extent there prices were high but rather quality of work was satisfactory. Mr. Habeeb was very friendly, he was very courteous to pick the car, perform the repair and deliver back on time. Highly appreciated service.

Good service and the staffs are very talented. Mr Anujith was attended my claim, everything done perfectly.

I went many time they are not care about my tiny issues. Which my engine timing is missing from the spark plus.bcoz of there laziness they said it won’t be a problem u can still drive my vehicle but it’s stopped middle of the road…

I had a chance to get my car repaired from this Repair shop, i had contacted My Ajit, since it was covered by the insurance so I don’t have to do a lot, after the initial process like police report, car owner card (Mulkia), driving license etc, i had handed over my car to Mr Ajit along with all the copies, he has so much energy and Ajit was ver helpful, he arranged all the copies for me, he did all the formalities so quick, hardly it took 10 minutes. The same applies when I went to pick up.
Its not exactly a Perfect match by the denter but denter also did a very good job.
Overall I recommend you guys to visit this place for any kind of work, insurance or without insurance they do all kind of repair works, oil change, tuning service, mechanical works etc

This is for mr Ajith. I came to this Garage I did not even hand over the car by my self, recovery guy dropped there I came for acknowledgment that my car reached on the right place. I saw the place is it's so well organized and all the staff was so helpful and so professional the guy who help me to much his name is Ajith when ever I called as a good customer service this guy give me very good response of my calls I brought for him gift because I m so happy about his efforts and his organization he has so nice behavior. Came from insurance company to drop my car for a fix.they don't respect clients at all. They don't respect time at all and you feel like you are in some sort of outdated country centers where they run the business as if its their own play ground.
