It’s a really Bad experience the food was Really not the best I didn’t like it at all and it was my first time eating Al Baik unfortunately It is a bad start For me with Al baik I had to wait 30 Minutes even though I should’ve gotten my order way before that and the Food is Just bland and the fries Has a Little Bit of bitterness because of the lack of flavors, I also didn’t like the Way the staff was treating everyone it’s definitely not worth it.

This restaurant is very beautiful place. In front of water and park. Best place for family

They don't have broast
only chicken nuggets and it's full of oil
sauces probably expired and caused a stomach pain for me

It's THE place for delicious, clean, and very reasonably priced fast food, especially their Fish variety is unique and incomparable to any other food outlet.
I only wish they open up more outlets in Sharjah.

Amazing and delicious food taste. Mesmerising burgers & Wraps but poor management. Service was very slow. I went on weekend to Al Majaaz branch and it totally crowded. They were less staff to serve more than 100 people at that time. I waited more than an hour to get my order. Management should increase the staff on Weekends to serve the customer better and faster.

Best food with good service just you have to wait because of long cue.

It’s overrated. There’s no consistency in their food. I tried it multiple times but the disappointment was same. Not going to have it again.

Below average quality. I felt much salty and poor taste. We have Heard that AL BAIK food is good and tasty. If you are going for eating quality fried chicken then its better to choose KFC.

طعم الاكل روععععة بس في مشاكل كثيرة في الخدمة مثل
1- عدم اهتمام الموظفين لك يعني وانت تنتظر طلبك تسألهم عن الطلب يسمعوك بس ما يردوا عليك كأنك مو موجود
2- البطأ الشديد مع انه الزحمة تكون خفيفة

Really fast service and it also has a lot of options to try compared to the other branches. It is very accessible as it is located on the second floor, right at the entrance thru the parking. The food tasted good and was consistent with the other branches like any other fast food shop.

١_عدم اعطاء ثوم وخبز زيادة مجانية مثل فروع السعودية
٢_البطء الشديد لدى موظفين المطعم في الارقام وتجهيز الطلبات عكس فروع السعودية تماما
٣_عدم وجود فرع لمدينة كبرى مثل مدينة العين

كل ما اطلب من عندهم عن طريق طلبات اي طلب لازم يوصل ناقص شي
هم برجعو الفلوس بس انا بكون خسرت وقت وانا انتظر الطلب ع الفاضي
الموظفين ما عندهم تركيز في تسليم الطلب

New branch of Al Baik in Sharjah. Al Baik is great as always. Fun fact, it has broasted chicken pieces. So, don't be sad.

Worst food ever!

I would never recommend any one to go here and if you are planing to go there please don’t go it waste of time and money. We waited on line to Oder food for 15 mins after ordering the food again 20 mins after 35 minutes we got the food and there was no place to seat. There are only 5,6 tables for dine in. We bought food on another place also just to seat and eat

Staff not professional especially Ejeption guys who are arranging ques for delivery and the lady both are unprofessional. They shouted to me when i was waiting to pick up my order. Once lady pull me back, told me my order is not ready, i went backstep to wait.aftrr 10 minutes i moved forward then Ejeption forced me to back agin in queue from starting. I clearly told him the lady instruct me here to wait and my order ia ready now.but he do t want to allow me to speak and called security and advice front of me to bring more security person for me to kicked out. I felt very bad. I came back without pick my orders. This is my last vist and I will never recommend to anyone for al baik especially sharjah city center branch.
I also request to management to take the strong action against these two gyes, otherwise continued customer ignorance and insults may leads to effect the business.

The prices are good, but the chicken fillet have a very thick crust, and the fries always is cold and made from a long time,
The only good thing they have now, is the Falafel
