Very disappointed with the service of Diyafa staff after very long time, I’m regularly coming to Diyafa medical center from past many years and so many doctors and nurses and the front office staff changes but first time today I’m very disappointed with the front office staff who is named Vinolla, we came to take medicine for my wife and front office staff says her name not in system I’ve no idea how suddenly disappeared from system as we are regular here in Diyafa and she was not willing to help us only she was raising her voice and got angry saying that wait will check I’m coming onece a month here I don’t know you guys, do what you wants these are the answers we got from her and I plead her not to raise your voice we are regular here check properly but she was still not calm and saying the same thing also another nurse came and telling us we know you people will check and also she is asking do you know her she is new here, I don’t understand one thing if you new to place be patient to people specially place like this, people come to get themselves better but these people giving them more headaches
All in all today will be my last day and my all family members last day of visit your medical center thank you for doctor Hakeem and doctor mohan kumara who always took care of my family I’ll not allow any of my cousins or family friends to visit Al Diyafa medical center in any case of emergency this is what we got from you guys for a past long year been with you and trust you, thank you

Very bad welcome from the receptionist lady. The guy was there so nice and friendly with the patients. Doctor services are best highly recommended.

Completely unprofessional, dishonest. We asked if insurance covering tests, receptionist said most of them not while it is! Eventually the doctor came out and wrote us a reference which we found out later that it is not even required.
Unprofessional way to claim money out of patients, they should close the center instead

They don't deserve even 1 star, they deserve negative star infact.
One of the worst medical centre in Sharjah, no ethics and professional at all, giving false excuses and letting patients suffer more who come there for medical support, doctors never available when you really need them and they inform come back when doctor is available when you visit them suffering with severe pain, please be careful before visiting such a unprofessional medical centre

Last Friday 7th April I visited my son was sick, I had insurance and they let me waited more than 30 minutes with my child having high 102 fever, finally telling insurance people are not responding, mainly they wanted me to pay them. No complaints for doctor, but reception staff weired and if they are pushing people to pay cash its by management policy not by themselves. Please clearly write outside your clinic cash only if emergencies, never visit you again or recommend, thanks

We are disappointed with Dr. Mohan Kumar's behavior. We had to wait for more than an hour with our 4-month-old baby, but he didn't give us even 5 minutes of his time. When we asked for some clarifications, he got upset and told us he was very busy with 10 more patients. He raised his voice at us and acted as if he was providing us with free service. I have never experienced this kind of bad behavior from a doctor before. "

0 customer service all staff from pharmacy to including clinic staff they will not care about patient they'll care just money even upon request they didn't share WiFi, all Malwari on reception will show you attitude and rasicsum, I went there because it's near to my home only next time I will not go.

Pediatrician is very good, but nurses are un professionals, don't know how to behave, especially nurse saranya's attitude is very bad. Dear management please train your nurses how to behave.

I always visit Al Deyafa Medical center for my general medicine. Dr. Abdul Hakim’s medication has always helped me recover quickly. Also Dr. Mehwish is very friendly and always provides suggestions to better health. The nurses are very friendly too.

21/11/2022 3: 30 Very poor management and reception is very Rude, i’ cancelled my appointment and i use another madicl center.kindly someone observed all the staff and try to take action.i will never visit again.

They do not deserve any starts. Terrible service. Nurses and front dest people are completely inefficient and very rude. They treat us as if they are giving the service for free of charge. Does not know to talk politely even. They definitely need some clear training on basic manners and customer care. Dr Abdul Hakeem and Dr Mohan are the only reason I go there. He is an excellent doctor.

Not even a star if possible. I went there yesterday as I had a car accident. The Doctor recommended me for a Xray and CT scan. I was told by the receptionist that she requested the same to my insurance and waiting for the approval. When I followed up to her, she to me that it's not yet approved and that she will be the one to call me once it is. My neck down to shoulders are already suffering from the accident so I called the Insurance company. They told me no request has been filed by the clinic. So I called back the Clinic and complained about it. She don't admit that she didn't file and also she told me that she is busy with other patients. I AM ALSO A PATIENT, told her but she don't mind at all. She doesn't have superior with her right now so I couldn't get to her manager. It's so disappointing that a clinic doesn't have any sense of urgency and care for the patients. It's very frustrating. I would not recommend anyone to go and visit this place.

Dr Mahwash Shahid, is one of the best GP in UAE.
She is really compassionate and her treatment really works well, to the point and reasonable, highly recommended!

I went this clinic for dental treatment.quite good dentist with expert knowledge.very satisfying consultation charges, no much rush

How inhuman can a reception people be. I always respect phillipini people. Very bad when we call to am hospital on emergency obviously it's urgent. My mom was sick as Dr. Hakim is good docotr I wanted to take my mom there. Still thyy had 10 min of time and I was staying just near to them but she dint even connect the hospital

A clinic for common people, so don't expect luxury here. The rates are cheaper than any clinic in this area.

Horrible clinic with no covid precautions taken. No sanitization what so ever. And getting people together in a crowd. No tissues available. The manager who was claiming to be the newphew of the owner was shamelessly rude and had a bullied nature. Doctor especially the GP Abdul Hakkeem, when approached by a patient's opinion on their case, was arrogantly shouting on patient and saying don't come to me don't come to my clinic if you don't follow me exactly. Proper bullied and arrogant clinic with very bad vibes and no humanity what so ever in the nurses or the doctors.

Its one of the best clinic in Sharjah with affordable/reasonable price. Highly recommended for family's

Very bad experience poor service especially the manager of the clinic. Even in the hard times of covid they aren't compessationate to people. The doctors and nurses all Keraliet and very rude like animals. I'm sure the senior management will look into this.

Our family visiting this medical center since last one year. We find the staff very friendly and always helpful.

Dr are good but the phelepeno receptionist (I don't know name but she is oldest staff there and last Yr pregnant) have no maners to talk with the pationt very very rude and manersless.

ever and I was asking if my insurance is accepted here or no but the Filipina receptionist is very rude and tough moreover she is not even having a sense of how to deal with patients

What people don’t do means, do not go to this clinic at all. Very arrogant nurses and staffs without minimum manners

A clinic where you can rush for urgency open till 9: 30.
AED 60 for gp without insurance.

Worst Clinic in the entire UAE.

1. The consultation fee is comparatively higher.
2. They will ask you to do the lab test and will charge you.
In other clinics the test will be covered by the insurance. The reason telling is they don't have Lab. Simply fooling and making business out of that.

Very very disappointed with experience.

Good Clinic with Reasonable charges for the treatment, Dental Department is really supportive and doctor is good.
