PPF need to done but I don’t know, if I am wrong please correct me. I couldn’t find the 3M label on the PPF material so I refuse to fix. But I have seen label on the back paper of PPF here I couldn’t find it.

So let's start with facts! The only authorized 3M service in Sharjah is Al Fawzan. So if your looking for original and professional job done on tints then this is the place. The owner Mohammed is amazing and his team is excellent! Great attitude and skills. Highly recommend the place!

Al Fawzan provided very good service at fair charge but a bit slow. I was promised to have my car completed with its seats upholstery works within 2 days, but I got it completed in 3.5 days instead. The business owner Mr. Mohammed Habibi showed excellent friendly warm welcoming attitude and I will definitely consider using their services for the future requirements if any.

If you don’t love your car then go to this place. My car was having an issue of axel and noob mechanic replaced the axel with a shorter axel due to which all the gear oil fell down. I gave another chance and this time mechanic forgot to add seal due to which again gear oil fell down and this time it happened in my office parking. I anyhow managed to reach the al fawazan garage and the guy who sits in office he was very very rude like if you have don’t a mistake. So to summarize, i had visited garage 3 times to fix the same thing. Moreover, i paid AED 500 which was not at all worth. To be honest my dear friends never visit this please. I installed two things with them the window tint and PPF. So the window tint was not a professional job their price (900aed) was about 3-4 times more than local shops. But I wanted to try the 3M quality. Hopefully, it lasts or does not fade like the cheaper quality. I have had it for 2.5 years now, and it seems to be alright so far. But back to installation, there are edges where is not covered by the tint on the front and side glass.
The PPF said it's a 5-year warranty. I installed it at the front side of the car only in June 2020. Less than a year later (May 2021) I, got involved in an accident that affected only my side mirror so, the agency replaced it. I went to Al Fawzan to install the PPF on the side mirror (willing to pay some fees) as they said there will be a small amount to be paid if something like that happens in the future at the time of installation.
They keep saying the employee who works on PPF is not there. He is outside the country. So, in September I went and asked them for a whole PPF for the car and they said they can do it (I did not tell them that I want only to do the mirror this time). So, he goes to the car and tells me, oh! You already have PPF than I tell him, yes and I installed it here and, I want to do the mirror, he goes back in and, another one comes out telling me they cannot do it because of the same excuse the person is outside the country, but that was not the case when I told them I wanted to do the whole car!
That is the warranty part, let's talk about the job itself, it's my first time installing PPF on a car but, when my friend saw it, he told me the job is terrible, you can see every PPF edge everywhere it's installed on. (for example, installing a screen protector on your phone that does not cover the whole screen and your finger bumps to it every time your finger runs on the screen).
He showed me his car that he did back in 2015 in Saudi and, it was still clear and, I cannot even tell it was there at all. He had to open the hood. And he told me yours will start coming out by the time, every time the car gets washed.
I would not recommend them at all.

I would definitely recommend this place if you want to restore the body paint of your car. They did a great job polishing my car and finished it in a day's time with no delays. My car was polished inside out professionally. Loved their service

Hashim was clear cut straight to the point. He values the customers time and offers adequate knowledge with quality 3M tinting. I recommend this place for low cost tinting.

Overall, cheating …. They try to give wrong size to my car, they don’t understand wrong size will create speed error

Very Bad Service, I went there for alignment and balancing and now my alignment is worse than before.
And the way they treat their customer is very bad.

I am using 3M for windows.
They give 2 years warranty card for window tint.
After two years still like new without scratches or colour dim.
Other services are okay in emergency,

They have no proper pricing.their customer service is poor. Tyre prices or exorbitant, need a lot of bargaining.

Quality, staff and after sale services and warranty are poor. Never will visit them again and I didn't recommend to deal with them

NEVER EVER GOTO THIS SHOP, they don't fix tyre issues, they destroy even more, very very unprofessional staff, have no idea what to do.i did my car alignment, and balancing, instead of fixing they damaged my car badly, went second time still same.went to other place, alignment was all wrong

Fake warranty. Very bad service, if there is zero star i will give him zero 0000. Not straight forward with the client.

Very poor quality of service and also they are using very low quality of material to fix the things and they will charge high price also worst service I fix my tires issue from there in the very next day the same issue started again then I went to another shop they fix properly. I wasted my money and time so if you have better option don’t go there at least you can save you money strongly not recommended.

Beware of high pressure sale tactics. I went for changing the tyre and they showed me the tyre which was of different size and offered competitive price saying that they will give the correct size tyre after get it from the go down and by the tme they managed to remove my old tyres quickly and later they bring the tyres and fitted which was not of the same specification, Rating and Size when I noticed it they tried to convince me the benefits of it leaving me in a undesirable situation where my old tyre was already damaged when they removed.
