Worst service ever, from the employees to the RECEPTIONIST who gave bo care and have no idea what they’re even doing!

Took my car for a 8 days only to get it with the Same issues it already had!

Called me to come pick up the car but of course made me wait 2 hours because *they forgot to take it on a road test and wash it *

Very professional team, with quality of work. They are very detailed, specific and honest. Mr. Vincent he is the back bone, I like the way which he deals with the customer.

I had some engine management electric troubles with my Captiva. Al Ghandi team investigated the issue, carried out complex work in replacing and setting up the entire ECM and delivered the car in good working condition. I have noted over the years that they have one the best electrical team in their workshop. Thank you so much and keep it up.

I try to call them they hang the phone on me then no one answers… other brunches much better in dealing with customers
