One of the worst experience for new vehicle. This is my 3rd Mitsubhishi with the same worst experience everytime I buy this brand because it is genuinely good brand but service of Al Habtoor Staff is really bad and need a lot of improvement on this. Everytime disappointing customer with delay in delivery and no coordination from sales staff.

Wonderful experience in the service center especially Mr. Narinder. Very prompt and punctual. The reason for me staying with service center is Mr. Narinders honesty with the job and always on time services and punctuality with my cars services. They do not try to loot you with unnecesary and timely jobs. Highly Reccomended. Thanks Mr. Narinder.

I have been servicing my Pajero at Sharjah habtoor center since 2016. Excellent service. The staff is always ready to help. To me I come to one person Mr. Rany Barua Chowdhury who has always been at his best with customer service. I have never faced any issues post service from Habtoor service center Sharjah.

I’m using Pajero 2012 model and km is above 385000 am doing all service from Al Habtoor Sharjah. I have a good experience with front line counter Mr. Zainudheen and Mr. Rany both are very good and good approaches and vehicle delivery on promise time.thanks Habtoor motors Sharjah branch

Such a very bad experience always they are wasting long time always i book the appointment to manage and save my time but at time time of booking nobody give any booking or wip number but i reach service centre they are demanding that booking number if we don't they have and they give to enter in machine and take token but which booking number they give even that booking number machine not accepted showing invalid they moral is its useless to take appointment

My colleague and I bought our cars here last May 2021. I bought the Montero Sport 2019 GLS High Line and my colleague the ASX MY 2021. I was checking around showrooms for promos and looking at vehicles that we have preferred to, but the experience I have with Al Habtoor Sharjah since I stepped inside the showroom was really outstanding. They are really taking care of customers. I can clearly suggest Al Habtoor Sharjah for their customer service than other showrooms. Hands up to Wael Hammad for his great customer service and even after sales support.

Service center is good but it's very Dusty. Parked car outside service center will get covered with dust in 10minutes. Area is full of dust. / 9th October 2022/ visited Service centre on 9th Oct for regular service and paid additional AED 2098 to get better car posishing with ceraminc/ but once car was returned back, i found the car polishing service was below standard. Job card number 16302337 dated 9th Oct 2022.

Very pathetic service to clients who has been with them these past 4 and half years. Just because one of my service was done over 1000 plus km they voided my warranty and refused to change the parts and i paid for changing not to mention that i had already paid for extended warranty. Just an excuse to use the fine print on a contract. What's the point of an extended warranty then? Rather pathetic

Very bad service center. I have called the spare parts department they never ever answered my call. Then I went asked for parts the wasn't avaliable so the agent was asked me to drop my mobile number in the month of Ramadan then today I went there the agent was like when did you give the number and all. Then I have said him today to check the 3 parts for my car and call me then he called and said one part is avaliable. Then I asked him about rest parts he is like you only told one part. In shorten very bad experience no respect for customer

Customer service is good, but service 9f the vehicle not, for major service they 9nly check the AC filter without identifying another issues, coz AC not cooling well, separate AC check will cost AED 400, NO value for money, over all thanks to Lora

أسوأ خدمات لا تليق بأي مستوى عالاطلاق. تركت سيارتي في التصليح وخبروني انها بتخلص بعد اربع ايام طبعاً لا اتصلوا ولا كلموني بعد ما خلصوا ولا حد يرد عالتلفون. المساحات بحاجة لتزويد بالماء ولا حدا كلف خاطره يشيك عليهم ويزيد الماء بالاضافة انهم سلموني السيارة من غير ما ينظفوها من الداخل مع العلم انهم دخلو السيارة وشيكوا عليها من الداخل والدليل على هذا الكلام انه في اغراض شخصية مفقودة من السيارة. المفروض الوكالة الراقية تهتم بأدق التفاصيل الخاصة بسياراتها. انا نادمة اشد الندم على شرائي سيارة ميتسوبيشي بسبب التعامل السيء

I have given my car lancer car to Sharjah Al habtoor motors service center, I have paid for contract basis this is my second year still the service is not good and every time they are asking additional money for service then what is the point for paid in annual contract, really the cheating, now I got a call from service centre and they are informing 15nos of engine clips are missing and each charges 10aed and service charge for fixing the clip is 250aed, so the total additional cost 400 aed, I don't know what is the point of paying in contract basis

They should be more specific with their Advertisement banners. Advertised 885/Month and 0% Downpayment for Pajero when asked they said its another model and 2018 model. Are you serious?

Better to fix your car in other garage it will never be higher than their prices but sure your car will be better.

I bought a Montero sport car before two monthes it is an amazing car but the floor mats wasn’t for montero, when I took the car for the first service I have been told that I have to buy it separately! Seriously! When any body buys a new car from the agency it supposed to include everything inside it.what a shame! If I knew that from the beginning, I wont buy a car from them.

I'm really not satisfied with the service I give my car for repairing the took very long time to give me estimate, repairing is not done properly, the gentleman who receive my car I informed him the in advance technical issue in the car some sort of sound coming in the bottom of the car please check but its not repaired they took more then 10 days to repair others parts of cars in between I remind him that please don't forget to repair which I asked final day when he call me to pickup the car I asked him again about same issue he replied me that part is not repaired you have to pay Dhs 2000 more parts and labour, for parts I understand but why I have to pay for labour since the charge me already for labour i paid around 6500 already they should check while repairing after that I call to speak to manager of maintenance department left my cell number with lady in maintenance dept.but no response my humble is to the management please check this matter if this thing is happen with other customers too slowly slowly you will customer I shall be highly appreciate if the management consider this matter

Really no one cares to listen & understand, what is the real problem for which the customer came to the service Centre. They are busy selling their service packages. I have called to know the status of my car, no one cares to call and update the client. Should improve their standards immediately.

Bad experience. Al habtoor service centre sharjah branch. All the coins i kept in the small compartments are gone and stolen. These coins are used to pay parking, but all my coins are taken by your staff. Disappointed. Very disappointed.

I had a bumper repair with them and it’s perfect as good as new.they told me it will take 6-8 days but they called me after 3 days and tall me it’s ready. The staff were very friendly. Everything was good.

The worst customer service ever. I was never acknowledged when I arrived and was told to wait. I waited for over an hour while other drivers arriving after me were acknowledged straight away.

Worst service ever! No one is caring what customer service is all about. Waiting the whole day to get the call from them but in the end u need to struggle for atlease couple of hours to get it through your right agent to listen from her ohhhhh sir! Let me check whats happening with your car.
