Very Nice Staff and helpful. Mr Tariq is an amazing guy and well knowledge about automatic transmission. I used spare parts from last 4 year and never any complaints. So keep it up.

Took the car as it was stuck on low 4×4 mode and not switching to the normal driving mode. They repaired by replacing the motor of the 4x4 double, but when I collected the car there was a loud cracking noise coming out of the gear, when I informed the foreman "Abu Faisal" about, he claimed it is not their responsibility and it is an old problem and I should take the car somewhere else to add grease to some parts or it could be due to the rain and mud under the car! I refused to collect the car and insisted to have it inspected by them, as the sound was clearly not there before. Luckly another person, who I think was the owner, managed to know what the problem is, which was a wire incorrectly installed by them when they replaced the 4x4 motor.
If I didnt insist on keeping the car, they wouldnt have fixed it, and it could have let into other problems with the wire getting damaged.

I always got excellent service from this work shop. They are fully proficient and really helpfull

They were very professional and friendly. They checked my car at same time and provided me with the report very quick

One of the worst customer experience I had in UAE, the guy who received my car has literally no Tech. Experience, did not implement the illustrated simple clean ups illustrated by me prior leaving my car, and his manager don't give a thing for a customers the only solution he provided is not charging me for the service they did not do.: D they are a joke!

I took my car for minor service and a small leak, 1st one guy told me we only do gear work, 2nd told me we do everything, 3rd told me we ll wash the car, 4th told me we ll charge u for that, then when i went to take the car they drained the oil and asked me to refill it and charged me for it (worst oil quality), on top of all of that they gave it to me super nasty and greecy from inside AND with a telted steering wheel. Time is money

اشكر شركة حوراني للصيانة اولا على حسن استقبالهم ، وثانيا على جودة العمل وسرعة الانجاز ، والله بدون مجاملة انا متفاجىء انو في ورشة بهالاحترام والامانة بهالشكل ، اشكر جميع الموظفين وعلى راسهم المهندس ابو فيصل ، والله حسيت انو السيارة الو وعم يشرف على صيانتها ، سيارتي من نوع نيسان كويست ، والله ماحدى رضي يغيرلي زيت الغير بالورش كلها ، كلهم خافو والجميع نصحني بشركة الحوراني ، واسعارهم كأي سعر ورشة صغيرة ، كنت متوقع انو راح ياخذو مبالغ عالية ولكن والله وبصراحة اسعارهم كاسعار ورشات البنغال برى.

I bought a gear converter from this place and it was bad another time I changed the gear from them and it was still bad I had to spend 660 dhs for my gear oil for prado 2006 model from company and the third time I went they are not giving me a refund, their products are all bad I would recommend not to buy anything from them.

تم إصلاح تسريب زيت محرك ولم يتم تنظيف تسريب القديم وعند فصل البطارية لم يتم ظبط الوقت والتاريخ ولم يتم تصفير عداد تغير سائل التبريد نتمنى من الأدارة تدقق على شغل العمال وتسليم سيارة حق الزبون وكل شي يكون نظيف وتعديل الأشياء الي تحتاج إعادة ظبط في حال فصل البطارية انجبرت اروح محل ثاني علشان اسوي برمجة ودفعت مبلغ إضافي مانعرف شو سبب هل هو إهمال ولاتكاسل العمال عن التنظيف او ظبط وبرمجة بعد تركيب البطارية

I've worst experience with Hoorani, I spent almost 5000 dhs for my GS 350 transmission, the day I take out the car from garage the same issue occurred which I had before changing the transmission. Now they are it's not transmission problem funny guys yaa, there might be good engineers in the company but NO time to look into the matter. Guys I suggest to take for any major issues to showroom itself at least for diagnose so that you will have some clarity. Best of luck

I would never recommend that as it’s the worst service I had for my car - I paid 4K to fix the gear but gear has same fault after 8months

من اصدق و انظف و اجمل الشباب و خصوصا محمود انسان صادق في عمله الله يجزيه الخير بنصح الشباب الي عنه مشكله في الجير على السريع عليهم و خصوصا فرع الشارقة

I wanna start by saying the service exceeded my expectation and Mr. Mahmoud at sharjah branch did what i expect and beyond.loved dealing with them and i have no regret over what i paid for such a professional service that was done even earlier than promised or expected time.in automotive service usually its very rare to find yourself ready to put such a high rating for a service professional and all i can say i wish there is more stars to add and a better way to thank mr. Mahmoud and the business owner for their great service and beautiful attitude.done amazing on my nissan pathfinder gear and i cant wait to hit the outdoor life and road trips to make new memories with my family.now i can say i feel more trust in my car to take me further than ever before with zero trouble.

I had some noise problem with my car and all garages told me i have to replace my gear because it had some faults but i took it to alhoorani to check and the tech guy fixed it in few seconds and it was something with rubbers only which saved me 5000 AED!

Extremely bad.i suggest ask 1-2 other opinions, after checking with Hourani team, they are the kings for RIPPING OFF, liars and very poor customer service and communicion skills

Delivery day don t trust them if they say 4 days it means 10 at least.
They tell you someone will call they never call.
Not even apologising

Went to fix my car and left it with them, they did not offer any gurantee on the work done and I ended up getting the same problem 3 days later and I had to fix it again.
Customer service was fairly good but workmanship let them down in my case.

I repair my Gear box BMW 2013in Hoorani automatic now it is very Good and smooth and her Service is very Good and deliver the vehicle as the same promise time am 100% satisfied.

محترفين و الشغل نظيف جربت معاهم بتصليح القير و تهريب في الزيت و اشتغلو شغل نظيف و سريع و ماشلء الله عندهم سيارات من كل الانواع امريكي ياباني كوري ألماني و من جميع الفئات سيدان و سبورت و اوف رود و الشغل احترافي بالتوفيق لهم

قمت بتصليح المتور بمبلغ 700 درهم لاند كروزر 2004 والعطل كان بسيط بالمحرك مع اني ذهبت لأكثر من مركز مختص واكدو لي العطل بالجير فسألت صديق لي ونصحني اذهب للحوراني وما قصرو الجماعه فحصو المتور وقالولي المشكله بالمحرك وتم حلها. اشكرهم على الأمانه والمصداقيه

I know this may not change things in UAE but one should know their responsibility when you run a company. I have joined in this company on 26th Jan 2019 as a Purchase Assistant. My agent from India had taken 70000 rupees saying I would get a job in UAE which would pay me 2500dhm with fooding and accommodation. No one came to pick me at airport. When I reached Ajman room it was pathetic I stay in India at 2 bhk house. God's grace everything I have in my life. I know Dubai is a beautiful city with good people. But people like Sundarasan makes Dubai name bad, he is a big fraudster. He calls so many Indians on visit visa and provides fake job and later they have to return without job. I worked for 10 days with this company later I come to know that my visa will not be stamped when I spoke to H. R. I was traveling from Ajman to Sharjah on my own for 10 days and I was offered salary of 1800dhm without fooding and accommodation. I don't blame Arbab for this he works hard to run this company. But false promise was made to me by Babu Raj from Trichy and Sundarasan he told me I would be paid 2000dhm. However does it makes any sense when company H. R says that my visa would not be stamped. I was given one month visa by my agent due to which I have lost my job. I know it was all planned. When I was leaving from Mumbai. I had lot of doubts on my mind this could be fraud my agent gave me only one month visa but I was told my job would be confirmed within a week. I will tell you what these agent does they call people and they keep them inside the room for 10 to 15 days. Later they will put them in some company where you get to know your visa will not be stamped. I was also kept at home more then 10 days later I joined the company. Trust me I like the company and the owner was good and I like my colleague as well. I have my brother who works in Ghana and he is the CEO of the company. That company is own by President of Ghana. He struggled as well but today his whole family is in Ghana and settled. I wish someone could stop these people from doing fraud. Sundarasan should not be entertained by employers because he cheats people. My visa has not be extended and I am still unemployed. I have taken loan from the bank and I paid the agent. But I don't get any respond from them. If you have some time just go near Ajman Bus stand you will here so many people are cheated by Sundarasan and other agents taking so much money giving false promise for job. I wish UAE government could do something about this and help poor people.

بعد اسبوع من تغير الجير بسيارتي الكامري ٢٠١٣ اوصي كل من عنده مشكله في القير يروح عندهم
كنت اعاني من مشكلة في القير ورحت كل كراجات تصلح القير بصراحة الكل يريد يستغل الزبون يعني بعد البحث لقيت انه ما حد بيعطي ضمان اكثر من شهر والوقت المطلوب ٣ أيام ويمكن يزيد ، اما عند الحوراني ما توقعت السرعة في الخدمة. بس ٣ ساعات وتم تغير قير تم توضيبها من قبل ، والضمان ٣ أشهر.

I would like to recommend to all who have problems in thier transmission, really it was a nice experience repairing my Camry 2013 transmission, I had problem finding a garage to repair, but with Al Horani in Sharjah branch within 3 hours they replaced my transmission.
And I was driving my car the result was marvellous and even the software of the A/T was updated.

They have high technology instruments and tools especially for computer checking/diagnosing. Impressed by their quality service! Hands up for Al Hoorani. Best choice if you need to fix your transmission problem on your car/s. Highly recommended!

I am trying to call them since 3 days nobody pick up the phone what they mention in their website as a call center, then another guy answer from head office saying call again the same spam number, bad policy and attitude if there is less than one star I will not hesitate to give
