Issues experienced:
1) Asked if it would they can finish the wash in 30 minutes as I had a commitment. They said yes, multiple times.
It took 45 minutes
2) They sat on the seat bolsters, flattening and damaging them.
2 stars instead of one as it is not expensive and for the price if you have a car with no bolsters, you should be fine. But you will have to wait longer than they tell you it will take.
