I was referred to this workshop by Fidelity United Insurance as I was an affectee of a car accident and the insurance was liable.
My experience was horrible. The owner/manager was impolite, loud, hyper, cheeky and rude. Out of the blue told me to stop shouting when in fact i wasn't. He wouldn't want to listen to what i had to say. Instead of explaining in a polite manner he started telling me to go back to the insurance to get the damage surveyed. Clearly the guy was on a power trip of some sorts. I wouldn't trust my car with such a disfunctional headed workshop. So i went back to the insurance and was referred to a different workshop with an owner/manager who was very professional and polite.
Al Khumaseyah Auto Maintenance was a big waste of time. My honest advice to the guy in charge to take some customer service classes and be respectful to every customer regardless of their race and way of talking. Some people may sound loud due to unforseen reasons like being partially deaf (my case). It lies upon the manager/owner to be patient and understanding of their clients.

Hereby im describing my own experience of al khumaseyah auto maintenance workshop. Such a joyfull, telented and experienced staff really appreciated thumbs up

I am very sorry to say that they are simply cheating the customers.very bad experience.not even worth of a single star. So sad.
