Very poor service which I never saw, Receptionist are not corporative. But Dr. Mohammed ibnech are really good. And treatment also good.

Receptionist malyali lady not good to much attitude.

Please change another lady staff like phillipinos or hindi.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I was also very impressed with the doctor. I would not hesitate to return if needed and would not hesitate to recommend the clinic.l!

The staff there acts like doctor specially that Malyali Receptionist. The doctor hardly saw my kid for a min and wrote medicine. I wanted to talk to the doctor but they rejected as I am doing something wrong lol. I had to wait 40min just to discuss doctor for the medicine prescribed. Now I know why the clinic was empty with no or less patient. Not Recommended at all.

Its very crowded always and no one bothered at reception to answer phone calls.
If you are coming from far and want to know about doctors availability you will not find the info by calling but you have to visit the clinic only and you will know doctor already left.

Extremely disappointed with the rude behavior of the receptionists and the staff. Although the doctors are good, the staff considers themselves to be the owners of the clinic. No manners, no professionalism, no courtesy. I wonder how these bunch of bullies are working there. Is there a scarcity of manpower in UAE or what?
Never felt so humiliated by any staff person ever in UAE.
Is there any way by which the feedback can be shared with the medical authorities of uae to cancel their license.

Very bad experience. Pathertic place. UNDERSTAFFED WITH UNTRAINED NURSES. I went and waited for 2.5 hours although I was the next patient.
The nurse who came to extract blood was chewing gum and punctured my veins thrice without any consideration. When I asked her to leave she sent another nurse who too failed to get the blood.
Came back home without the test being done and convinced that I am living without blood.
One star cuz I cannot give minus stars.

Am visiting this clinic since 2019. Doctor is really good, well experienced and very friendly. However the service provided by the customer service executives are hopeless and nurses are too rude and time consuming.

What a infirmary can’t do, we can experience from these people (nurses and staffs) Very worst experience! Nurses and staffs are behaving very rudely, treating like irresponsible, talking like wrongdoer manner

Yesterday I went with my girl baby who is 8years old. As I didn't have option, I requested to use washroom, nurse staff refused to enter us. As a mother and daughter we felt very bad. If they get money then only allowed.

Dr. Mohammed is my worst experience of life, he doesn't care for the patient, but only for his clinic business making money from unrequired test. I had gone to him on 21/06/20 for pain in my lungs, & requested him for X-Ray. He than unnecessarily did ECG charging me 150/-, than followed by blood test for 155/-. I've been carrying all this pain till 25/06/20, & now finally he referred for X-Ray which is for only 100/-. I've also observed the same for my friend earlier. A very bad experience & people should not prefer this Dr.

Dr Mohammed is one of the finest doctors in the clinic. Very patient to hear all our health complaints. Nurses are also good too.

The worst service ever, unprofessional staff especially its owner talking in very rude behaviour with patients.not recommended at all

It is very disappointed to share our experience that, we felt the famous doctor in this clinic has 2 different style of consulting. How good he is treating or consulting a patient in their prime visit; is entirely different with their follow-up visit and which is free of charge.we felt they are not even interested to check the patient in his follow up visit.we should have wait for hours to see the doctor even 2 or 3 patients are prior to our token. Really don't know what system they are following for waiting their patients. After reaching to doctor they are not even listening our comments.feels very sad!

Its very sad that after so many negative reviews about the staff the managment chooses to sleep over it. The doctors are good but the nurses and the man at the reception has no manners, very rude, acts as though patients are getting free treatment. My 2nd experience and its horrible i would never recommend this medical center to any body. The day the staff are replaced the medical center will get a good reputation as the doctors are great. But till the change does not happen i pity the managment.
Rude, disrespectful, full of attitude, and they also bully the patients. They check tge category of the medical cards and send the patients to tge doctor. Even if the person is in a bad states. If god treata us one who are these idiots to mistreat us.
Y is this management sleeping? Disgusting.
