Worst garage ever for bmw waste of time, waste of money no respect from nasser to the customer. They only promise with no actual effort i spent 8000 dirhams for smoke issues in the car and yet still having the issue after leaving the car more than a week in the garage. Dont go there.

VERY SLOW and IRRESPONSIBLE. They call and threaten you to file a case if you put bad review. Secondly, if someone puts a low star, you can suddenly see their acquaintances giving full stars to supersede a bad review. Thats their strategy. Only two things I was upset about are:

1- They did an extra job on my car without notifying me of the cost as they promised me before to not pay any extra cost + I also already made it clear to them to inform me of any extra cost prior starting the job

2- I was irritated to see a new staff in the garage working unprofessionally on my car removing out pins like ripping a bmw owner’s heart

Good garage and very good prices. They arranged vehicle pickup, fix and returned it. Slight delay due to logistic issues but over this is now my go to garage with my car. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed.

Worst experience! No respect to customer and continous recurring for the same issue again and again after temporary fixes. If you are bmw owner go somewhere else! Especailly electics, gear, AC, radiator issues. They don't respect customer time and will delay at last minute for the next day as they are not working on your car unless you are on top of their heads!

All the above with evidence, today I cam back again for the 4th time for AC and radiator issue and everytime I have to pay although i changed all parts previously.

Would like to say thanks to this team! Usually bringing my F25 for service to this garage. They are trustable professionals, always client oriented, with good price list and always original car parts. Recommended garage for BMW drivers!

The guys there know BMWs at the back of their hands and had also seen them do other complex European cars. Don't judge it by the way it looks, they offer guaranteed fixes at very reasonable prices. I would not trust my BMW with anyone else but these guys.

I am reviewing my own seeing a very negative review of of Ms. Monique and it doesn't look relevant. Looking at the number of multiple star ratings for this business it seems the person who has made the comment has a grudge.

Despite being a qualified and an experienced automotive engineer myself, I have been referring my Beamer to this place. The team is very transparent and very honest. I call on all to kindly disregard the comment from ms. Monique.

Very nice and friendly staff. I appreciate them for helping me out with solving the issue with the crankshaft pulley in my BMW and for waiting for me to come back even though it was after their closing time. Reasonable prices too, highly recommend!

Very professional for all BMW vehicles.
I was really satisfied with their work and they charged very less labor. Mr. Shankar was very professional in explaining my vehicle problems in detail.

Never ever visit them, They ruin my audi A4 and made it like scrap.they overhauling my engine Audi A4 by saying they are professional BMW expert and Volkswagen specialist. I went for Misfire, Oil leak & Oil Consumption. 1 and half month they took to fix and after hand over the car, Misfire was gone while giving back rest are there only (Oil leak & Consumption). After a week my engine died while driving in the middle of the road. Waste of all money.
He promised me 1 month warranty and they are not ready to give any bill and fought with me, so that he doesn't want me to come back if anything happen in future. And finally that happened (Engine Died) after a week Just 900km drive. Now he is not even responding.

And they damaged couple of my parts as well.

Not at all professional never visit them.

They really are BMW specialists, these german cars are not easy to handle and if you take it to someone who dont know about it they will ruin it but these guys know what they are doing and they know every single detail about BMWs. I have been going to them for about an year now and never had any issue I am very satisfied and have recommended to my other friends also and they all have same remarks.
One of the best BMW specialist out there.

Worst garage I ever visited. They ruined by x3 transmission system. Waisted my time and money. Funny thing is that they call themselves as BMW specialist.

My car was not starting after their work on my car. First said battery life finished I bought a new battery still not working then they said petrol is empty I bought petrol and added again not starting.they don’t even know why my car was not starting.
Please don’t get trapped
