Worst person zero knowledge the idiot receptionist is a utter useless fellow doesn’t even care what people saying. They charge and consultation charge is very high. This hospital doesn’t serve patients well worst place

Worst management at emergency selector very very slow they have worst rule they doesn't think about the patient sooo rude sooo bad attitude with patient and there relatives stopp this it's a hospital

Worst worst hospital I have ever visited, we came for emergency and we waited hours to do one check up, emergency nurses green green zone area worse even, there is a lot of people also coming after us with pain and they don’t take it as emergency until person is dying, so sad 1st time we came and this is the experience we got from this hospital. Simply they don’t even deserve the 1 star idk how people are even delivering and trusting their life with this type of people omg omg, there is a lot of Newly graduated going to be nurses walking around idk what they will learn in this hospital, don’t spend ur time or ur money for this type of hospital. If emergency is like that idk what’s happening with other part of hospital.

لا موظف يقدر منك وسوء في التعامل ولا فيه ترتيب في الصيدلية تنتظر بالساعات نلتمس من جهة الاختصاص إيجاد الحل

مستشفى القاسمي هو مستشفى حكومي سيىء
نتجنب زيارته رغم قربه من المنزل
اخطاء طبية كارثية
و اطباء معظمهم يتعلمون مهنة الطب على حساب صحة المواطن والمقيم بالدولة
لديهم طبيب عجوز في قسم للعظام من جنسية عربية سيىء التعامل و متعالي على المرضى و يبتز المرضى بطريقة غير مباشرة!
و أي حد يدخل عليه يخبرهم و بكل تعالي بأنه ضابط برتبة لواء في جيش بلاده!
فعلاً لا يستحق التواجد او العمل في مستشفيات الدولة
تخيلوا طبيب تدخل عليه وانت مصاب بكسر و تورّم في ساقك وغير قادر على المشي بدون عكاز و مساعدة وغير لائق للعمل ، و يخبرك بأن تذهب للعمل حتى وانت مصاب! فقط لأنه طلب منك مساعدة (خارج المستشفى) سابقاً وانت لم تستطع خدمته!

ينتقم منك وبكل وقاحة و بطريقة يعتبرها في نظره طريقة قانونية و تحميه من المسائلة!
مفكر بلادنا فوضى مثل ما يحصل في بلده

و للأمانة. اكثر من طبيب من الأطباء الموجودين في نفس القسم مستائين منه و يخشون مواجهته (اخبرونا بذلك عدة مرات)

نتمنى من مدير عام مؤسسة الإمارات للخدمات الصحية الدكتور يوسف السركال فصل هذا الطبيب السيىء السمعة و المتعالي على الوظيفة و تعيين من هو أفضل عنه أخلاقياً و خبرة فعلية
و الإمارات تزخر بالأطباء الأكفاء

This hospital don’t even deserve a single star.if you in pain or dying never go to this hospital they will made you wait or maybe passed out.extremely and extremely bad and sick stuff with no manner also doctors are careless they don’t even know about any procedure just they will ask you come after 48 hours for more which cost a lot and there will not 7days free doctor consultation, they will made you charged everything you visit.blood test took 3 hours almost.
They don’t give importance to their patients, I really don’t know how government still keeping this hospital.

Very very bad experience there we have appointment there 13 sep my wife was pregnant and when I get appointment that time staff ask if you feel any pian etc you can come directly in emergency so we go there on 6 sep in emergency they charge fee and waste our time and delivery was near and there doctor and public relation office ask you have need to leave hospital and go in any another private hospital here we don't have bed
It's very strange for me that time
We are living in UAE and UAE is safest county and here in qasami hospital staff and managment behavior is very bad then I leave the hospital and go another hospital that time I feel it is more than bad from my home country hospitals.
I give star not for good performance just for comment.

When we go in hospital directly they give painkillers without understanding the problem

If you have lots of pain but still they tall you for waiting
Just now I wait outside 3 hours and then my number came

Never ever recommend to just go for quick visit, no doctors no responsibilities no understanding no one care … should be closed before too many people lost their lives

I went to EMERGENCY reception at 2am because I have a huge discomfort in my ear, they dont have any doctors to attend and they will tell you to wait for 2 HOURS! Worst lady receptionist attitude. No sense of urgency and doesnt even care!

Unhelpful emergency team and keeps you waiting as if you are here for playing and not for emergency

ما شفت اسواء من مستشفى القاسمي بالشارقة! فقسم الطوارئ تجيهم مريض و تتألم و يخلوك في الانتظار لين تموت! و اسلوبهم في التعامل مع المرضى اسوء ما يكون. المفروض الجهات المختصة تعيد تاهيلها من اول و جديد و اقصد الموظفين بالاخص الاستقبال و التمريض.

ارجو من الشيخ سلطان القاسمي حفظه الله ان يحاسب هذا المستشفى الذي تسبب ب تاخير في علاج والدي واهمال حالته مما تسبب بوفاته رحمه الله
وتعريض حياة ابي الذي دخل المستشفى بسبب ارتفاع في السكر فقط الى مرحلة حرجة جدا وفشل جميع اعضاءه ومنها السليمه

The hospital is good my grandma stayed at the ER but there was this nurse at the 1: am shift she was so rude and heard her taking about me for no reason i think she is not suitable to be in the er where people need to be really patient and nice to their patients

موظفين الاسقبال ليس لديهم الخبرة الكافيه لاستقبال المرضى ليس لديهم اسلوب ولا يبتسمون. وعددهم قليل لموظفين الاسقبال وياخرون المريض على موعده

تخيلو كانت فيه حمى وقالولي درجة حرارتك 36 مافيك شي وروح عيادة واسط طرده ولما رحت مستشفايت ثانيه طلعت حرارتي 39 حسبي الله عليهم ونعم الوكيل

ماحد يرد على التلفون في قسم المواعيد ، نحن في ٢٠٢٣ ، ليش تحبون تسوون زحمة في المواقف أرجو الرد من الإدارة أو قسم العلاقات العامة ، إذا حد تكرم واتصل لكن ما أظن

Worst Doctor behavior experienced in my life. DR ZULFIQAR Orthopaedics.
I ask him how are you and he is replying in a very bad n rude way, aske me fast i have no time you are wasting my time, i got upset and said i dont want to ask you and waste yourtime he very rudely said ok go.
Dear Management if doctor's with this type attitude are representing your hospital, your good name and image will soon go down.
Kindly please teach him some manners courses.

اسوء تعامل واسوء خدمة. الطوارئ عبارة عن انتظار في انتظار في انتظار وعدم تنظيم وخدمة تعبانة. طول هالسنين ولافي تطور فالخدمة فقط تعديل منظر وشكل المستشفي دون كفاءة عاملين وموظفين

Avoid this hospital if you can afford another private hospital. The doctors always come late, no proper explanations, 1-2 hour surgery process will be dragged for 1 week.

My friend came with severe abdominal pain and parallized leg and cannot walk and crying from pain and they refused to treat her for not paying 400 dirhams for consultation fees
I will arise this to sheikh office and not let this pass

Very pathetic experience with the staff I visited with my wife in Emergency the doctor and nurse are not helpful also don't have proper knowledge for medicine they charged for 2000dhs which we can't think for that and now they call for followup with doctor saying need to pay 100dhs for appointment on phone call with doctor very bad.they didn't give report also they said it will be in system.

Went to qassimi hospital with child small cut bleeding.when asking about the paymnet and deduction receptionist Philippine guy (God will bless him) trying to help us from avoiding payment of 410 aed, but the PRO is not understanding the situation of patient.i think hospital should place a
better nice kind hearted person on that position.
After making the full payment doctor gives the best service. Made a big mistake asking for some kindness from managmanet via unqualified PRO.
Anybody knows better hospital with reasonable payment for emergency kindly reply.

I swear it's one of the worst hospitals, the nurses are bad and their treatment is bad and the doctors there are no words to describe how bad they are, all hospital staff have no humanity. I swear to god I prefer to die but I won't go to this hospital. I wonder why they don't reply for the comments ofc cz they know they are bad

Very lazy and mad emergency staff doesn't seems emergency education well! Since my brother fell down Infront of yomen Palestinian I guess and the receptionist was indian man said that after taking the 411 aed might take 3-4 hours I don't how this big hospital having such careless staff I swear never recommend or visit this hospital at all. Note: we went to zulaikha hospital in sharjah and the Dr and nurses attend him immediately and thanks god now he is looks better now,

مستشفى القاسمي مستشفى حكومي يتبع وزارة الصحة.
مستشفى كبير جداً يحتوي على كثير أقسام. وهناك قسم الطوارئ والحوادث يستقبل الحالات الطارئة على مدار 24 ساعة.
أيضا هناك عيادات خارجية لجميع التخصصات والأقسام.
يوجد أيضا قسم علاج طبيعي.
وصيدلية كبيرة جداً.
أتمنى الصحة والعافية للجميع
ملاحظة الدخول للمستشفى او العيادات الخارجية يحتاج فحص PCR صالح لمدة 14 يوم على الحصن

In My experience first time i saw this types of hospital.emergency ward waiting for 4 hr to meet doctor in emergency department.in my experience dint go this hospital for any treatment Specially Emergency Department.you try another nearest hospitals. I saw more comments about the emergency department.

Was fortunate to meet Dr. Ismail Abdulrasheed and Dr. Reddy in the ER for my dislocated shoulder and they both were extremely professional and informative and I cant thank them both enough for their wonderful service. Thank You to you both & Al Qassimi for having such wonderful doctors.

للاسف اني بتكلم عن مستشفى حكومي سيء رغم توجيهات سمو الحاكم الطوارىء والعلاج والاهتمام جدا جدا جدا سيء.

Zero stars for a hospital that doesnt let patients enter to see a doctor. I saw security guard screaming at people and he sent us to emergency and emergency dept would not allow us to enter as they suspect covid patients. Where as group of ladies were allowed in from same place and they directed us to nearby hospital to take appointment from them and then come. All this when a patient is in pain. Worst hospital ever and I have received amazing treatment from others. Please don't waste experimenting with your loved ones health with those who don't care at all

Worst experience.
You will have to wait minimum 1 hrs to see the doctor in emergency.
Tried to complain their manager but he said " if u can't wait then go to any other hospital, we have only 1 doctor in emergency to take care 20 patients".

In emergency you may need to wait for one hour to see the doctor, other then that hospital is good hospital,

1.5 hours trying to pay… They don’t know what they are doing. Sending people around here and there just not to move themselves. At one point I said YOU go and get whatever you need, I’ll stay here and wait for you. Unbelievable customer service!

للاسف المشفى ليس له اهتمامات إنسانية. فقط ادفع. احضرت طفلي وهو مجروح في الرأس ويحتاج لتدخل اسعافي سريع لم يدخلوه وطلبوا مبلغا غير منطقي فقط حتى يراه الطبيب

My review is mainly concerning the lactation department. The first visit was good. The consultant was friendly enough. But the second visit was so disheartening. The same consultant (I wish I remembered her name) was so rude and abrupt. She kept me knocking and even standing at the door without addressing or even looking at me. If she was busy or wanted me to wait she could have just said so. But completely ignoring me while I was standing there was very disrespectful. And when we sat down to discuss my issues, she was rude, abrupt, judgmental and mean. Mothers come to you for reassurance, kindness, help. Especially first time mothers. But if this is how you treat them, please just close the department.

The WhatsApp chat group is better than the in person department. But please don’t make mothers feel ashamed of opting formula. Some don’t have a choice.

حسبي الله عليه من مستشفى ، ما كنت ابغي اتكلم عنه بس كنا عندهم بالطواري من كم يوم وعلى بالي تغيروا بس نفس ماهم تعامل سيء وانتظار طويل لساعتين بدون سبب ومافي فالانتظار غيرنا نحن ومريضه ثانيه ؟! ، والسبب اللي مخليني حاطه اكس ع هالمستشفى انه ب 2011 زين مامتت بسبتهم وصلت عندهم 10 الصبح وانا عندي نزيف ونقلوني من الطواري لفوق وحطوني بحجره خاصه لين تفضى العمليات ، وتميت لين 12 الليل ع اكياس المغذي يبدلونها لي الممرضات وكله هالوقت مافي اي دكتور شافني؟! بس بنص الليل قمت اهلوس واحس باحساس غريب وعلى بالي بموت وانني الروح بتطلع وماقدر آخذ نفس وتميت اوصي اهلي وهني اختي قامت تصارخ وتزقر الممرضات ، ويابوا دكتوره تفحصني لأول مره من دخلت الصبح ؟! حسبي الله عليهم ونعم الوكيل وتم نقلي للعمليات وقبل البنج اسمع الدكتوره خايفه تكلم مال البنج من انها تحاتي انني ما اتحمل العمليه لانني فقدت وايد دم، حسبي الله عليهم ونعم الوكيل

اطالب وزير الصحه بانه يحط جهه رقابيه لهالمستشفى ويجبرهم بأخذ دوره بكيفية التعامل مع المرضى وذويهم ، وانه يخافون الله فالناس

I just want to make an appointment, i called so many times, nobody answer the phone.one operator answered the phone finally, he transferred me to one lady, the lady was impatient, she transferred me back to the operator, i failed to make an appointment.

One of worst Hospital in UAE.
On 31st July 2021, my wife's amniotic sac was fractured, she was in very serious condition. I want to Gynecology Emergency Department. But one Egyptian lady doctor was there on duty, she misbehave with me aswel as with my wife. She did not provide any medical support. She was shouting on us. Two European doctor was there, they try to arrange a bed for us but she did not support at all. She is a heartless lady doctor, very danger. She need to visit one Psychiatric doctor. We sepnt almost 4 hrs on emergency, but we did not find any help. Then we went to Shaikh Khalifa Hospital, Umm Al Quain which is One of the best hospital of UAE.

Nurse fauzia was extremely RUDE. She absolutely ruined my sister in law’s birth experience. It was her first baby and she left her traumatized with her rude behavior. I would love to get her fired if only she had informed me during her labor.

مستشفى سيء جدا ومعاملة غير راقية، أجريت عملية جراحية هناك لزوجتي وبعدها بشهر رجعت العملية مرة ثانية، فضلا عن أنك لاتتمكن من مقابلة من أجرى العملية فيما بعد للاطمئنان على الحالة، وتجد صعوبة شديدة في الوصول للطبيب، قدمت شكوى في المستشفى للوزارة بخصوص هذا الشأن.

طلبت مرة سيارة إسعاف بسبب ضيق تنفس، فقالوا الاسعاف السريع لا يأخذ إلا إلى مشفى القاسمي فقط، رغم وجود مشافي قريبة جدا من بيتي، وأخذتموني، إلى مستشفى القاسمي.

١. لم يتم استقبالي بكياسة ، بل بتوتر وتهويل الأمر من قبل دكتورة سودانية متنطعة متكبرة وممرضة
لا تعرف الانسانية، قالت بصفاقة لزوجتي وأطفالي الخائفين: اسكتوا أنتم فنحن لا نتعامل مع الصغار. ولم تعلنوني او تعلموا زوجتي بحقوقي كمريض.

٢. لم تشرحوا أسباب الخيارات العلاجية المطروحة والبدائل المتاحة لي رغم اني كنت واعيا وكنت اقول لكم: انتظروا فقط دقيقة حتى أتكلم.

٣. سلكتم (الدكتورة السودانية تيسير والممرضة المصرية التي تصرفت واقترحت وقررت كأنها دكتورة اختصاصية) سلكتم فورا طريق العلاج الخطير وهو شق الرقبة وإدخال أنبوب، الذي ربما يؤدي لغيبوبة دائمة ثم للموت رغم توفر علاج غير خطير.

٤. طلبتم بإصرار وبلا إنسانية، من زوجتي المنهارة التوقيع على تحمل مسؤولية علاجكم الخطير. دون مخاطبتها باستخدام مفردات واضحة ومفهومة لها. بل على العكس تم بجلافة ايقاع الرعب في قلبها بقولكم: (نحنا مو الله) أي انني ربما اموت وعليها ان تتوقع ان تصير أرملة. (واحدة سودانية سمينة منقبة لم تعرف عن نفسها قالت هذا)

٥. تكلمتم مغ زوجتي وأسرتي بطريقة مهينة. رغم انكم السبب في انهيارهم وبكائهم. بينما كنت رغم ضيق نفسي أطلب منكم التروي.

٦. أصررتم على وضع أنبوب وإدخالي في غيبوبة ورمي المسؤولية على زوجتي.
وفشلتم في اتخاذ القرار الصحيح، وفي النهاية طفلتي الصغيرة هي من دلتكم على القرار الصحيح وهو البدء بالعلاج غير الخطير ، ومنعتكم من سلوك العلاج الخطير! وأمام إصرار طفلتي وبكائها وصراخها ، للبدء بالعلاج الدوائي قبل العلاج بالغببوبة.

٧. لم تأخذ الطبيبة السودانية رأيي قبل إحضار متدربات لرؤية حالتي بشكل متكرر كأنني فأر تجارب، رغم انه من حقي رفض المشاركة في برامج التدريب الطبي أو المشاريع البحثية. وهذا انتهاك لخصوصيتي.

٨. لن أسامحكم ولن أنسى هذا أبدا. وسأذكره في كل مناسبة.

Its is the worst hospital ever I highly alarm and do not recommend it.incorrect and improper treatment, care of patients, and neglecting them, not mention the selfish neglect medical staff. We done a surgery on it and there was very poor care post the surgery.

My son was born there on January 6/2019
They didn’t diagnosed my son properly at his birth
My son was having kidney issues but they discharged me as a normal case and later on i came to know my son was very sick since birth
