Best residential tower in area , good security features, well maintained recreation are , main issue is lifts are not in proper

Its a good place to live in that area. In Al Nahda its better place to live with family.

Amazing building but worst real estate to deal with. They have third party to for chiller so best believe AC bill will be insane.

Used to be good but horrible now: When I came here looking for an apartment, the selling point was the amenities, common area etc. It was true for some time, then the deterioration started. Off late, none of the selling point amenities function any more. Dried out Swimming Pool, Broken Gym, Broken Lifts. Average wait time for lift is 15 to 20 mins. Best of luck if your kid is rushing out in the morning to catch school bus. Will consider to move out once I get out of this contract. Big rent shelled out is not justified.

Amazing apartments with a really cool lobby and gigantic swimming pool the 7th floor is literally a gigantic park

One of the good and clean building in the al nahda area. Lulu hyper market located in this building.
