زرت مكان لاسف رائحه مكان قذره تشم ريحه عفنه اقسم بالله ريحه دورات مياه قويه خاصه ممرات المستشفى والله انى حطيت كمام من ريحه طلعت بسرعه اتمنى المشرفون يهمتمون بالنظافه يراقبون عمال نظافه يوفرون مواد التنظيف الديتول و معقمات للمستشفى

زرت المركز مرة واحدة من أجل ابنتي و انا غير مواطنة استقبال جيد و مرينا في وقت قصير مركز محترم

الخدمة جداً جداً جداً سيئه
و بطيئين في كل شى ولازم انت الي تركض وراهم عشان تخلص
و ابداً مب ملتزمين في مواعيدهم نتريا اكثر من 45 دقيقه عشان ايه دورنا
و اتصال اتصل من اليوم لين باجر ابداً محد يرد انت و حظك اذا ردو عليك

So generous treatment and clean place, well organised
And I wanna thank especially to Mrs Bushra in reception, she is so helpful and friendly

Today i have visited to take appointment for vaccination of my baby, they saying after 15 days available.
Specially I want to of reception service and all staff good job

Worst place in terms of waiting, they give random appointments and when you come on time they tell you to wait and I wait more that hour to registering

Went to the center to do flu vaccination, very easy process, all done good and no delays… only one problem- the center can’t issue any certificate as a proof of the vaccination done…

Hello I went In your health center for Gynecologist reference I need to show it in Al qasimi women and children hospital, at first from reception they send me to Dr wala and she gave me a reference paper but with wrong patient name she doesn’t put my name on it. And I show it to the reception they said my reference paper it’s online so if I go to the hospital I just show my Emirates id and they can see it on there system if it’s like that then why first time they gave me wrong reference paper. I already paid for it. I just need proper reference paper from Gynecologist doctor to show it in Al qasimi hospital. Because I don’t have much time my due date it’s next month. So I need start my treatment at Al qasimi hospital.

I do for medical for the merrage last monday and i ask when we get the result the doctor said two days and i ask to the reception how can we get the result she said they send the messege, but tel now i did'nt receive.and now im trying to call the telephone is ringing only no one pick up.

I went for change the appointment date for the newborn vaccine, it's quickly done and special thanks to Ms Fathima for the best customer service

At first, I love the ambiance compared to the Al Kalidiya Health center because when we came here they have assisted us to get in to the queue very easily. The problem started to appear when the male receptionist made a mistake in registering my phone number when he already asked twice. So the doctor who supposed to call me for the screening test couldn't reached me, luckily I’m with my fiancé this time and he’s the one who received the call and inform that the doctor was trying to call me to no avail. So, when we went to the blood screening, the who took the blood didn’t even bother to inform how many blood they will take and how long would the test run before we receive the results. We had to call the doctor again to ask for an information that should be passed through to patients without having to chase them. So the days of waiting for the results started and this what makes me SO DISAPPOINTED we received a message about out appointment to get the results on a Friday morning. We received the message at 10 am stating that the appointment is at 8. There is not AM or Pm but receiving this kind or message at that certain time make you think it is for 8 PM. We even call the call center asking if we can reschedule because it’s a Friday and we wanted to have the employee a less work on Jumaa, however the call center mentioned it is only possible if we call the branch directly, we called them no answer so we went there for the appointment only to find out that they are CLOSED every Friday, which is understandable but why did you even set out appointment on FRIDAY? So we got no choice but to drive back home which by the way took 20-25 mins drive, as we don’t live near to this center. So come monday, we went there after work to find out what had happened. When we reach they said that the doctors left already so we can’t get the results. My fiancé specifically asked the male receptionist as he is alone by that time if he can get it in the morning along, as I have work and can’t skip due to commitment. Now Tuesday morning came when my then fiancé which is not my Husband Alhumdullilah went there and they were refusing to give him the results because I was not with him. He said that the male receptionist which surprisingly not in at that money told him he will get the results even if i’m not with him. So the other receptionist said no the doctor wouldn’t allowed blah blah blah… He then called me telling me what’s happening so I said, no you wont leave that place until you get the result as they promised. So he asked them again, which the receptionist said to ask the doctor, he went and ask the doctor but she said I really must be with him. He went back to them to complaint about their poor service and the mistakes they have given us (wrong appointment and wrong information) he then obviously raised his voice due to this bad experience and surprisingly another local lady agreed on him at that point as she herself is experiencing the poor service at this center, only then he allowed him to get the results. Alhumdullilah for this center as we were able to complete the marriage requirements and we are now married, however you guys really need to step up your customer service skills. Get proper customer service training, or get someone (not local, not arab) to be in the reception to cater none local and arab customer as i’ve seen numbers of customer too on different race. This is to match your customers profile for the betterment of your service.

Worst experiment, i got the appointment at 7: 15am after reaching there with come to know that center will open at 9am. No one bothered to sms if there is change in timing. On top of that no one is answering call and no proper information.
They don’t diserve even single star.
Very bad experience….

لا يوجد نظام في المراجعات وموظفين الاستقبال بطيئين جدا ومسؤلة العياده غير مهتمه في المراجعين والازدحام. والسبب من الممرضات الاسيويات. وبعض الأطباء فاضين في الغرفه ولا عندهم مراجعين لكن مسألة مزاج ينادون الأسماء.

They don't answer the phone and the clinc is a mess they even don't know how to use the queueing system very bad. They deserve a zero star rating

I don't know this logic, if you are not answering the phone then why you are providing phone number, I'm calling from last week but no one answering, and if you visit the center they will not allow you to enter and will ask for green pass

One of the worst medical canters not just in Shj but in the UAE! Worst social distancing and worst laboratory!

Health center clean and good staff is really good and cooperative i went there because butina health center is closed for some reason or may b due to maintenance so butina health center they refer me here to go i went and neet the staaf and doctor and it is my good experience actually i went for my baby vaccination and they are doing free because it is from government doctor and nurse have good experience and the area is really peaceful around i like the area around villas also
