I did a maintenance for my benz there.
Their service is good and fair labour charges.

I went there to fix my car and after I fix it
And cost me a lot for serving only 3 parts they took 1500 Dirhams.

When I get back to abu Dhabi the dash bord get on for the coolant level.otherwaise there is now problem with the pipe or the level of coolant water they fix another problem while I'm on the road The car overheated and surprised that the pipe out of it place they did not fix it well.

I had to move the car with recovery just imagine how costed me and the situation that I was in and I had to transfer the car to another carage in Abu Dhabi.

After that the another garage told me the pipe did not install it in its place and I had to bought a new one and took tine to find the pipe from the Workshops. This issue took more than 5 days between garages.
I had to rent a car to go for my work and pay for the rent, for the maintenance in the another garage, maintenance in Sharjah charge and for recovery!

اسوء خدمة، واسعار القطع واجور التركيب مرتفعه مقارنه باسعارها في السوق، استغلال وتاخير في استلام السيارة، وبعد الاستلام توقع على ورقة ان جميع الخدمات والقطع غير مضمونه، لما تطلب الخصم من الموظف علي، يعطيك الخصم وبعد مايتم تسليم المبلغ يفيدك ان المدير رفض الخصم ويجب سداد كامل المبلغ، رغم ان اغلب الخدمات المقدمه والقطع لم يتم تركيبها في السيارة، يجب مراجعة الفواتير وسداد فقط الخدمات المطلوبه واي خدمة غير مطلوبه مراجعتهم وعدم سداد مبلغها

وقطع الغيار متوفرة عندهم

تعاملت معاهم لعدة مرات ، وفي كل مرة عند تصليح السيارة ، لا تحتاج انك ترجع لهم بسبب جودة عملهم

I had an interesting.experience with the workshop, I went there after reading the positive reviews here but. I was shocked: O

1. The coordination between managment and workers so poor.i mean charging me for a part and minutes before the car check out everybody surprised that the part is not installed to begin with!

2. Mechanics fix a major part and ignore other related parts that will effect badly the main problem, you must check every close related part.i mean seriesly! If ur tooth hurts know why is that first not just change the tooth and ur good to go.

3. Electricians do okay to be honest, but still, the experience and the language for a certain diagnoses are not as expected.

In anyways, "if u pay money.and u still have the same problem again in your car knowing that you're taking care from ur side.then the workshop is a trap" thats my motto, so the search for a real good workshop still going on.

They don’t have skilled mechanic, service is such a waste and charges are exorbitant. We can do the service in authorised showroom with cheaper cost.

Excellent service always on hand I have been 10 years with them and happy to come back reasonable prices and good customer care.

They take way too much time to fix the car and the quality of their work neither matches up to my expectations or the price

Terrible garage. They wanted to change all the parts in my car for no reason costing 15k. Staff at reception terrible, no manners and ignorant. No English speaking mechanics. Avoid at all costs. They only car about the money.

1- أسعار مبالغ فيها. يجب ان تدفع 300 درهم قبل حتى ان تدخل السيارة للفحص ولا يمكنك استعادتها
2- الاعتماد في الفحص على الكمبيوتر من اجل تحديد سبب المشكلة وليس الخبرة البشرية
3- تشخيص سبب المشكلة في سيارتي لم يكن صحيحاً وبعد استبدال القطعة التي قالوا انها سبب المشكلة لم يتغير اي شيء وبقيت المشكلة على حالها!
4- مدخل الورشة عبارة عن ممر ضيق جداً يتسع لسيارة واحدة ، يتم اخراج وادخال السيارات منه عدة مرات مما يعرضها للخدش
5- غرفة الانتظار صغيرة و مكان الجلوس غير مريح مقارنة بأسعارهم المرتفعة
