Very bad service, specifically the guy in fish section, I ask the duty manager in charge, I told him what time now and he answered the correct time almost 12noon, i told him your fish section almost empty at this time and you open at 8am you suppose to open and make everything ready so the customer will choose the variety of fish they want, could you imagine almost noon fish section is not ready yet, and they guy there told me i am only one person it's not my problem you accept the job why you are complaining? I went there at 7: 30 PM today i.e
THRUSDAY OCTOBER 27.
At the Men's section near Lawman PG3 counter, there was no man to cater the customer's query, when asked for a person, a guy with middle age came up and started misbehaving with me that why am I asking for a person at the counter when everything is kept open in racks.
I wanted to buy at least 50 pcs of shirts to gift my family members which I have now bought from Lulu where they take care of their customers. I do not know whether you have any courtesy to take care of customer's query and tell the person to apologize, still dropping you mail

I just want to share some points regarding your brochures, please make sure the items are available in the store as per the brochure given, i went to Kingfaisal safeer Market to purchase the one in brochure, the sales attendant told me the item is not available, its available only in al khan branch, kindly rewrite the items if they are available in the other branch so it's not wasting time to visit your branch, im so disappointed.

No way to follow up on a purchase! Tried reaching them so manny times no one answers!
