Evrything good in this hospital staff r very nice polite and cooperative except dr anoop kumar gastroentrologist doctor he is worst doctor in whole world who dosent know how to talk with patient his behaviour with patient absolutely pathetic unprofessional

I am so happy after visit al saha al shifa hospital. I came with my husband to meet Dr. Radha krishnan. He is very friendly and his approach towards us was excellent. Thank you sir. His staff Mr.praveen also so kind and friendly thanks brother. I will suggest this hospital to my friends and relatives.

IN THIS HOSPITAL.

Their is a doctor named Doctor Ananad who is In orthopedic department. His rude behavior and third class manners are clearly visible in orthopedic department. He is such that he is eating Gutka in front of patients and not listening to patients problems. He is administrating wrong medication which is forbidden by other doctors for the same problem. He will waste customer time and show of his unprofessionalism plus keeps such an unhygienic room which is full off gutka and his food.

Everything is ok. But the insurance coordinator lady today is very slow in work and having very very bad attitude. 24/07/2023 9.32pm

The hospital staff and Doctors are amazing. I have been visiting this hospital since more than a year for m my prostrate to Dr. RADHAKRISHNAN. Amazing doctor with a human touch and down to earth personality.
PLEASE ADDRESS THE BELOW SITUATION IMMEDIATELY.

1) Your reception area lacks staff and space.
2) Please change reception area to a bigger area so you have additional staff. Currently only 2-3 staff are cramped up in a small space and it's difficult to address so many visitors. Also patients who have visited the doctor are also flocking the same reception to get their paper stamped or for further treatment. Make a separate counter for this so new registration is faster and smoother.
3) Make separate registration arrangements and vitals for room 30 to reduce rush on the main area.

I averagely spend averagely 2 hours to get a medicine which should not take more than 30-45 minutes. This is ridiculous.

To much congested, late in responding back, receptionist a bit confused and lacks internal hospital information.
Dental doctor is a bit arrogant and confused so canceled the appointment.
Would recommend to visit other near by hospitals instead of this.
Getting here is the biggest challange.

Everything is good in Al Saha. All of them will treat you well with a good service except the Orthopedic doctor, Dr. Anand. Don't waste your time here if you're looking for an orthopedic. Not recommend. He will waste your money, waste your energy, doesn't know how to treat a patient, there is no passion or motivation, no discipline, he will just try to get rid of you. Doesn't know anything. Change this doctor asap.

I would like to give 5 Star to Al safa al shifa hospital for taking care of me and my husband.yesterday i visited this hospital to consult Dr Ajith. RN praveen and Dr Ajith have given good services and way of taking care of patient is very professional.

One of the best hospital in sharjah, best doctor i ever consulted Dr Radhakrishnan. Nurses are very kind and helpful, specially the nurse Mr Praveen was very supportive and help us in clinc for all the procedures.

Gynacology doctor thinks she is the only doctor in the world and her behaviour is not good at all

We were then for my kids tooth removal, Dr Ameen was very kind and friendly, sister Jepsy was taking care of my kid like her own, going to a dentist may be frustrating that too for 6 year old kid but they made us comfortable. I personally recommend Dr Ameen and this place to everyone

Reception review. I waited more than 1: 30hrs today morning after taking my token to just here the word "Coming back evening doctor is not available".
Total waste of time in my off. If doctor is going for sudden OT also they should announce the waiting patients that "Particular doctor is not available.you can come back evening". They made us wait for so long just to tell come back evening.
Not all will get free time to come or waste there precious time on holiday.
WORK ON THE ISSUE. DON'T WASTE PPL TIME.

I have been going to Al Saha Al Shifa for my husband treatment for last 3 months. His treatment was under Dr Radhakrishnan, the doctor very good and calm and co-operative. Mr Praveen was very supportive, caring and help us in clinic for all the procedures. He is very helpful whenever needed. All the nurses at the stations and very supportive and helpful

I decided to go to this hospital as it was the best for my budget.
Surprisingly all of the stuff were very friendly and supported me a lot.
My treatment did by Dr. Thomas and he was so friendly & experienced doctor too. I’m very satisfied about the operation which has done by him.
Also,
Specially Mr. Praveen assistant me a lot for treatments as well as check-up timing arrangements.
Definitely I’ll visit this hospital whenever I need in the future.

I consulate with Dr Radiology. She was very nice Doctor and also Nurse of Radiology was very helpful and Good woman.because there was some another patient force her to take me for ultrasound. She said wait for ur turn, and She gave me my own time. Thanks to her

All staff is very good always available for my help specially Dr Ajit Kumar, shabeeb, sree nd Smitha who treat nd guide me in very good nd kind way.my condition was very bad when I m came al shifa hospitel but because of good treatment nd good staff guideness today I m fine thanq soooo much all staff.god bless u all️

They have very nice doctors competent doctors but their system is b***s*** you have to go all the counters and rooms to get your checkup done and don’t forget to ask insurance approval paper before going pharmacy otherwise they will send you back. I spend more then 2 hours and there was no queue at all

I consulted urologist, he was a Nice and well experienced Doctor And Nurse Mr. Praveen treated me like a brother, helped me a lot and he was well professional. Also the receptionist and lab assistants was very help in the station where i went, they were all good and gave me proper care. Thank you all.

Wonderful experience with Al saha al shifa hospital. Dr Khalid Saad, gynecologist is incredible. He not only took great care of my health, but also lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. He was a wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. I am so glad I choose saha al shifa and would highly recommend to anyone.

As all the previous negative reviews states, their management skills are truly pathetic. Not just the coordinators, floor supervisors.the doctor too (Ms. Nisha Babu Sujatha). When told her that we have been waiting for more than hour post our appointment time.she literally pounced on me and called their floor supervisor inside her cabin and said. "if the patients and not ready to wait.let them call the cops". She was that loud that few other patients outside their cabin heard her too.
One of the worst customer service experienced. Not recommended at all.

I wish I knew the name of the managing director of the hospital I would have taken this matter to him/her.

Poor services, rude nurses, you can see the fight goes on the reception usually if you're going through insurance you will suffer a lot.

World worst hospital here no doctors only buther no care its a best place for malwari community nurses all time busy in talk dr behaviour very bad they don't care people no new technology equipment dental service worst they not use new equipment I go for dental treatment dr busy all time on phone I troube with too much pain but he not cut call after 30 min he check my tooth and wait more 20 min I give you small quantity of injection after 20 min you take pain Keller injection then you go home start antibiotics I told please check properly he say please go outside and wait more 30 min I am waiting my hubby go and talk with dr say if she wants tooth extraction so I do but now 8 30 my time 8 but I check your wife tooth again then he check no infection he extract my tooth with plast type equipment he have new technology equipment but not use he give me injection very badly now four days finish I trouble with too much pain pressure I feel pain in my eye 4 nights I am not sleep I use medicine but no too much effect I post my experience only because I faced trouble pain if you love your family your kid yourself so don't go al saha al shifa hospital here only buther and I request to uae government please take a action against these kind hospital I am not on any medical panel I pay my pocket my money my blood money they eat haram they not give proper facilities we are in uae not any 3rd world country

I took an appointment today 8: 30 for gynecologist
Dr. Sumathi
And we are at 8: 30 PM in hospital
But we are told to wait
Till i told them we are waiting for a long period
Then
They took the fees
& send us to Dr.sumathi's room
Then we have to to wait a painful 45 minutes in front of Dr. 's door
But we have to still wait
God knows when ever our turn will come

Only 1 star because the receptionist’s do really hard work there I really appreciate them but rest of hospital and management should be -5 star they should be improved it’s so dirty and non hygiene

Very bad response when asking any enquiry. I called them to ask whether they have any blood test package running and they asked me to whatspp.no response even after one day.if they can’t respond they why they asked me to whatspp to know the details? Pathetic!

The Doctors may be the best in the world, but the front office and marketing team really needs to do their job properly. Was disappointed to be turned back from the hospital for an 12: 45 pm appointment and asked me to come after 3 pm as the doctor was busy in an operation. I humbly request this hospital's management to consider the patient's time as well. I will never go to this hospital ever, where the support stall are so so complacent.cant risk my health!

Had been consulting their urologist, Dr. Radhakrishnan.satisfied with the treatment. Happy to see that they are putting a lot of hardwork in improving their customer service, can see new staffs hired to guide the patients.
Would certainly recommend this place for quality treatment at very affordable price.

Dr. Radhakrishnan Kumaran (urology) was very good. Good service. They have all the laboratory facilities also.

Horrible wait time. Lack of communication between departments. Avoid to go unless you are seeing a specific doctor else you will waste a lot of time.

Circumcision for baby will never suggest this hospital.as they hidden charges as they don't disclose until end. Be aware all, better to pay 300 or 500 extra but go to other hospitals, like thumbay.

Worst Experience ever. First time i visited this place and i went to Dr. Nazar.for a simple food poising and the reason to go was sick leave for my office but he asked me for blood test i informed him i don't have insurance and only need one day sick leave but they didn't care they only need money by giving fake test. They way he was talking absolutely rude and was asking personal questions that have no link with the food poising in front of my sis in law. He said without blood test i will not entertain you, don't waste time go and sit outside i have other patience.then i went to reception and claimed my money back as he didn't treat me. Now i will inform the ministry of Health about this malpractice of fake blood test for even a one day.

One of the best hospital in the sharjah.i came with my friend to visit orthopedic doctor he got released his problem very fast.before he consulted many doctors outside but the problem was not solved.the radiology doctor's report also perfect.good facility free parking also i will recommend this hospital 100%

I have done a full body health check up here. I am completely satisfied with the way they arranged the package. The nursing care is excellent. All facilities under one roof. The prices are highly affordable

Amazed of the rush inside when we visited the hospital. After 2-3 hours of waiting managed to see the urologist doctor but he don't have enough patience to listen the patient. Also he treat like we came for free treatment. Personally we felt that once they managed to get a patient they will do all the test or scanning which is available there to make the profit.because those strangers sitting in front of reception, all of them were there in ultrasound scanning or something else. Doctor already went without waiting for the report and somebody else is handling after. Such horrible experience and wasted almost half of the day there.

Services are amazing, customer care staff always smiling and helping us in everyway, nurses are doing good as well. Doctors are well experienced and updated themselves with latest technology.

if there is any lady doctor for ultrasound section it’s more comfortable for female patients,
And for parking, those who have standing in front of the gate that person is asking money.i think it’s free parking?
