Most worst service. They will keep waiting you hours. Atleast they should need a advance appointment system. Everyone have value for their time. Please try to provide better service

Waiting times is too long (around one hours to se doctor & totally more than 3 hours for procedure)

Dear hospital authorities,
Today i checked your site for an eye doctors appointment.while searching i came to see the doctor name antony pothen still in your list.few months before i had written a review from my experience from that doctor as the result of addressing my issue. Authorities from al shams clinic side assured me that this won't be happen again and there are few more complains got against the same doctor. As a result of this they assured me the removal of that doctor from the hospital. But i came to know that still he is working there. Im very sad because you management still not adddressing my issue and you guys still welcoming his irresponsible act.still i plea to dear parents dont consult the said pediatrician I don't wish to happened again to another kid that what happens to my kids.still that days are like darkest nightmare to me

WORST clinical experience from my last 23 years in UAE.
Ortho doctor is confused to do treatment and asking me to go for a second opinion from any other hospitals.waited 2.5 hrs there and wasted dhs. 250/- for NOTHING!
Not at all recommended.

To much slow process, I was come 7 pm and now 9 pm but still not have finesh still not got madicen, I will be avoiding to come haer next time

I just visit that clinic 3 days ago the staff was very nice and also the doctor which i have an appointment was very polite and gentle

You need to wait for ages to see an doctor.
You are coming to see Dr when you’re sick but here while waiting you will get more sickness.
My suggestion to go to that hospitals how serve appointments not walking, they will just waist your time only.

Worst clinic … if u go fever you will get high bp…. Because they give you to do many tests… they simply no have experience… better try another clinic.

Unprofessional behavior in front office, if heavy waiting also without patient no issuance of token, we have a to present and wait 2-3 hours without anything

Experience was nightmare they made us wait for 2 hours, doctors itself are careless, they don’t care about patients they go out for hours and don’t even care what a patient must be going through. Pathetic service!

Im writing this review for children loving parents if you love your children never ever go and consult pediatric doctor "ANTONY POTHEN" like his name he is a POTHEN im the mother of 4 months old baby and 3.5 years child we consulted them to him for small cough he suggested us a have pnemonia medicine without even checking. Very next day my both children experienced huge cough and my small child got breathing issue we agian rush to hospital he said she is ok she will be better by next day again we waited till next morning rushed to other hospital from there they identify both of them having bacterial infection the medicines he gaved me affect contrary to my children's present condition and the worst part is my four month old baby lacks oxygen due to his medicine.and needed immediate admission for both children and with small one oxygen supply.small baby condition got critical.and the doctors from the other hospital strongly oppos the medicines gaved by POTHEN doctor. That medicine make my children's situation worsened so I humbly request if you love you children don't consult the doctor there and also don't forget his name " ANTONY POTHEN"

A very good medical center located at the main road going towards Muweilah commercial center.

Employees are very polite and always ready to cater to the needs of its customers.

Parking space is available, but charges are applied accordingly for parking a vehicle.

I have visited this medical center a few times and always obtained the medicines that I needed.

Do not prefer this hospital it works target basis, for every small things they need tests.we had very bad experience

Oh, this clinic is just fantastic! If you're having a super emergency, be prepared to wait for an eternity! You'll get to enjoy the musical stylings of 20 other patients before you, and if it's closing time, well tough luck! They'll send you packing faster than you can say "doctor who? " But don't worry, if your child has a fever, they'll just ask you to come back tomorrow. Who needs prompt medical attention anyway? It's not like being sick or injured is urgent or anything

I guess the doctor runs a play school on the side, because he clearly thinks that taking 3 hours to attend to 7 patients is a fun way to spend his time. Who needs prompt medical attention anyway, when you can spend hours in a waiting room watching the clock tick by? If you're looking for a doctor who has all the time in the world to waste, then this is the perfect clinic for you

With my personal and friends experience, Most of the doctors of this clinic prescribe uncovered medicine under insurance which create additional burden to our pocket.so if you can't afford extra burden than insurance, kindly avoid this clinic

Al shams clinic Muwaileh, very bad and rude service from the front desk supervisor. I was treated very rudely by the front desk. I don't think they have the training they need.

Honest suggestion, Please don’t waste your time. They won’t give appointment and they will take all day.

Please note am not telling about Doctors, they perfectly fine but same time the clinic systems and their supervisor and their rules is worst.

This review is exclusively for Dr. Shah Imran. He is an amazing doctor & a great human being. I have been visiting him since 2010. Recently, my wife had some serious health related issues. Apart from the treatment, Dr Shah helped and guided us like an angel. He is incredibly good. Not only did he take great care of my wife's treatment, but also he was lovely to speak with at every visit. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend Dr Shah Imran and want to thank him for his support and always being there to rescue us in difficult times.

We would like to inform general public regarding the Pediatrician that he does not have the curtesy to see the patient. I request good management to take suitable action against this guy or else we would approach MOH.

I visited this medical center on 17 April 2022 to consult pediatrician as my 2 yrs son was having severe temperature. I was very disappointed by experience and procedures as the Dr said my son was having only viral and give adol syrup. In actual my son was having severe throat infection and after 2 days of severe fever and next day visiting the right pediatrician, I came to know about actual issue and by taking antibiotic meds, my son is now fine (Alhamdolilah). Please do care for your kids and check for best pediatrician. I will never ever visit this medical center. Regards

I had visited Al Shams today to treat a wound and till evening nothing happened. I should say the process carried out is not professional. I have to visit other medical centre and was done in an hour.

So I wanted to write my experience with the doctor at Al shams
Dr shah imran is one of the best general practitioners.
Recently in the month of april my mother at night all of a sudden complained about having sudden vision blurry
We didn’t know what it was and waited till morning to show to the doctor
Once we reached the clinic to consult to doctor shah imran and explained him the situation, he immediately accessed the situation and by hearing the symptoms and seeing the BP which was not going down found that my mother had suffered a stroke without seeing the blood reports
He recommended us immediately take her to the Burjeel hospital emergency services due to which she would not suffer another stroke and the clot was taken care of time without much problems
If it wasn’t for the doctor we would be in a much worse position than we are in.
I definitely recommend going to the doctor shah imran as he has proven to us time and time again how good he is.

They are looting patients with all the test.
Even you go with headache they will give you a lot of test.
Not recommended at all.

Leading medical center in this area. Bit rush in the evening. Only Multispecialty Clinic and Diagnostic Centre in the Sharjah Industrial Area. They accept all major medical insurance. Available diagnostic like x-ray, lab etc.with Specialist dept.

Vv bad experience with pediatrician. He is not patients friendly.so rude.to talk with patients. Better go with gp. Pediatrician is waste.

Very sorry to inform you ……I really don't want to give even onestar; we visited last day and had a very bad experience with Dr. Pothen We can’t accept his behaviour and way of talking. He has no humanity and politeness, my opinion he is not fit for paediatrics dept.no one will come and visit again. I advise all other parents, please do not go and meet this Dr with your kids. Rest all we feel good except Dr. Pothen.

Popular clinic in this area, doctors and staffs are helpful, try to avoid visiting during pick hours (evening) as it is over crowded.

I really had very worst experience.nurse is having poor knowledge n doctors too.clinic is not organized at all.poor management.receptionist doesn’t know anything. For our safety n good health please don’t visit this clinic even for small emergency also.management should really look after this for patient care.

Management is from Kerala and they have been serving the society with all dedication and good staff support. Now they are standing in front to compete any organization and doing their best all the time to reach out to their needy and poor patients. The pillars of management are always there to support poor patients by doing lot of charity work in India and UAE. They are very much helpful to provide support whenever required and they are also conducting free Medical camp every year to support their patients. CME, S are conducted twice in an year and they are there with lot of activities for the public.
Currently running with different specialities like orthopaedic, gynaecology, general practice, internal medicine, dermatology, general surgery dental, ophthalmology, ent, and paediatric are available with laborotary and radiology. X-ray facilities are available for all the required cases.

Doctor's are fine, but the Reception and the service Staff are useless, hospital needs to be educate them or need to hire experience staff.

I Would definitely recommend this medical center for medical needs. I always find the reception/doctors/nurses very helpful and understanding. Communications at all times was open and we felt very secure that we were in the right hands at all times. The doctors and staff were very friendly and provided me with an exceptional experience.

I used to Visit this Clinic Once in month. I used to Visit Dr. Reshmi and i am getting treatment from her more than year and i am very happy and comfortable with her treatment. Thank u doctor for your care

Hence. In my Review, i had given only 2 stars for the Clinic and it is bcz of the Poor Hospitality from The Receptionists. Today during my visit there are 2 Gentle man in the Reception counter and the way they treating the people seems to be as we, patients are doing treatment with free of cost or they are doing charity for us. I had watched these two guys several times during my visit and I always found the same poor attitude from these guys.

The person who ever visit for medical check up will not be in a happy mind set and the same needs to be understand for the Staff and they need to treat them to make them happy and comfort.

If you want to get the above kind of treatment from the Receptionist, you better change the clinic as these guys will never change their attitude.

I hope the Managment will look on it very closely and will appoint some personal who can treat people with Respect and Care.

I left a very strident review earlier. I am amazed to receive a call from the management explaining the whole situation causing the delay and clarifying the misunderstanding I had.
I could say that I am not satisfied with the waiting time as the whole encounter was around 3 hrs but the wait is worth for to see Dr. Joseph Charles. He is an amazing Dr.and I am very satisfied with the way he dealt with us.
I have raised the rating of my review from 1 star to 4 stars because of the Dr. 's excellent behavior towards his patients and the management's approach towards improving the service standards, and truly taking the criticism in a way to devise measures for future improvements.
I am hoping the efforts of management and Dr will result in the waiting time to be well under an hour and would compel me to give 5 star.

Visited clinic on 20.06.2020.token shows 9 patient in quie. After 2 hours also same condition. Very bad coustomer service

I went for check up. A I had insurance card and everything went fine. Dr said please come next week for check up. I came again, he said come next week. My checkup was going Ok that's great. But now I came. The reception guy says your card is inactive. I called insurance, they are saying your card is active. But still these guys are repling same and not cooperating with this matter. At the end I went back without checkup. So if you have insurance card. Don't come here.

I have been visiting al shams from 4 years nd i always prefer Dr shah imran. His attitude nd attention towards patients is really great. His medication is absolutely great he is really great personality. Nd caring person. As far as my concern it is good for us that we have such kind of doctors outside the home very caring nd lovable.

I went NMC to GMC but when I met Dr imran Shah after that I never went any where else and from last 11 years I m going to him and even for my kids also I go him because I trust him and 100% satisfied from his treatments he is the best, and I pray that Doctor like him we have every where, Allah Bless him

Pediatrician Dr Potan always write direct Medicine name (mostly non covered by insurance) without writing medicine formula.so, pharmacy can, t change the medicine if it is not covered by Insurance where as all the other Doctors all over UAE write medicine formula along with recommended medicine. So, we were forced to pay by cash for pharmacy medicines even though we have insurance card. So i don't prefer him as a Good pediatrician if you are using Insurance card.

I’ve been visiting shams clinic since 4 years now. I only prefer Dr Shah Imran, His attitude towards patients is commendable. Dr Shah Imran is absolute professional, He knows exactly what medicines are needed for any sort of medical recovery! From understanding the issue to prescribing medicine he makes sure that the patient is healed and left with no complications.

Dr shah Imran is a gem of a person and is an expert in his field.

Be careful what doctor is prescribing, read the medicine package, they gave vitamin D to my 3 months old child which is meant for adults and doctors have a big ego problem asking them something sane and scientific is considered as a challenge by their doctors

We had bad experience from General physician (lady doctor) who just refers to ENT for any case even for a normal fever.

Dr. Imran Shah - I am very active and with that has come my share of mishaps. Dr Imran Shah explains exactly what is wrong and how we are going to repair. I sincerely trust him, his medical knowledge and his judgment. The entire staff is friendly and makes you feel at ease even through some not-so-easy time.

Visited the clinic on Saturday morning 10.18, token showed 3 people in queue but waited for more then an hour and still the numbers were not moving, several people just kept entering the doctors cabin, I don't know how long I'm gonna be here as my number being RT 16, the screen still shows RT 12. This is my last visit here.
. Update.well finally i got to see the Doctor (Dr. Joseph Charles) who was very professional and did a minor procedure on my son's Toe. Hope to have a better experience on my follow up visit.
(ps I am aware of follow up/ex-ray patients but I hate gate crashes)
. Update 2 went for a follow up with the doctor. It was a smooth visit this time. And I got a call from the management on the review so it's good to know customer service is important. This Calls for a change in review from 1 to 4 cheers.

Visited on Friday evening. Doctor went for emergency treatment and I have completed by 10 pm after 2 hours of waiting.

Lab person said closed for today, so come tomorrow. Nice service.

Visited Saturday. Test completed and asked to visit next day again. Reception and Labs people treats like someone who came to disturb their celebrations.

It's Sunday. Let me post remaining tomorrow.

I think I don't have to. My fever should have runaway after this 3 days.

We have been visiting AL Shams Clinic for almost 8 years now. We found Dr. Shah Imran GP very professional and expert in his field.
After diagnosing he knows exactly what medicine you need. Even my parents came from India on a visit, he helped both my parents (mom dad) with good medicines.
My in laws came from Canada they were also pleased with his diagnosis and medicines given.
Dr. Shah Imran can easily communicate in English, Hindi/Urdu, and he can also speak bit of Bangla therefore lot of Bengali patients are comfortable visiting him. He can understand their language and thus the problem/symptom the person is trying to explain.
I have recommended him to at least 5 of my know families and they all go to him for any issue. Be it with kids, females or male.
I would highly recommend Dr. Shah Imran to visit at least once because action speaks louder than words. You will not come to know unless you try.

Dr Shah Imran is one of the GP who is very kind and humble person. We never visited specialists in this clinic if Dr. Shah imran is available. He is always very cooperative and listen to our problems very attentively and assist us in very nice manner.

Easy to access clinic with decent doctors. Went there for general doctor consultation. They treat you well, long waiting time.

I have been visiting AL Shams Clinic for almost 10 years now. I met Dr. Shah Imran GP very professional and expert in his field. After diagnosing he knows exactly what medicine you need.

I have so many health issues but in his treatment half of the sickness disappear. Dr Shah Imran really humble and polite. He is our family dr now.
