مركز جميل ونظيف ومرتب، وله موقع مميز سهل الوصول والموظفين خدومين جداً، لكن أسعاره غالية مقارنة مع غيره من المراكز. أتمنى من المسؤولين عنه، تخفيض الأسعار بمقدار 50 درهماً على كل خدمة وخاصة الفحص الطبي للإقامة .

Mashallah the services are very quick and very good, I loved everything about this center.

Paid for VIP service to have results within 8hrs and came after almost 24hrs (they reassured me that results will be ready within this time from). Asked for refund and they stopped replying. I will not recommend this place if you want to be sure you will receive your exam results on time.

لكن عندما واجهنا مشكلة على مدخل المكتب
قامت المسوؤلة بطردي بشكل مباشر وهذا شيء جدا سيء
كيف مسوول يقوم بحل مشكلة بهذه الطريقه

I recently had a medical checkup at Al Taj (Friday around 2: 30pm). The process went super smoothly. There was a small queue but the line was moving at a good pace. Everyone was very polite and attentive. I was in and out in less than 1 hour (did bloodwork & x-ray scan). The public toilets are right next to it. Good experience overall, no complaint whatsoever.

Very poor service and extremely lazy staff, need to much waiting without any reason all staff is busy on the phone they not treat the customer well, i don't want to recommend to someone

Very happy with the service specially Miss Razan at the reception is really doing good job with welcoming smile and she remembers the customers and she follows up well for documentation and she will explain the process in the beginning and the entire team is professional. Highly recommended
