Worst agency and customer service ever. They are racist, they do not respect their customers, they discriminate between customers, especially Rashid Khan, one of the sales managers, who ignores customers and even don’t answer customer calls and massage’s. Some new customers get a car within days, while others get the car years later and both pay the same amount. In short, they have no system. I am a fan of Land Rover cars and a customer for 20 years, but Al Tayer has proven that they do not deserve to be agents of this brand.
